I felt judged by multiple staff members, because my ID wouldn't scan. They treated me like I had a fake ID or something which was pretty funny because I provided my insurance as well and they still had to talk their manager into "letting" me take a test drive. Safe to say, I won't be buying a car from this location or company anytime this century.

I came one evening after just making an appointment maybe thirty minutes beforehand, and I was connected with Raphael. There were two cars that I was interested in, and while one of them wasn't available at the time, I was able to look at the other car I was interested in; the other was at another Enterprise location and not on site at the time. I would have liked an offer to test drive the car I saw, but I acknowledge I arrived here about fifteen minutes before the place closed, which is a little late perhaps. Raphael is a great conversationalist, and after the we met he followed up with me and even let me know when the other car I was interested in was available for viewing/test driving. I will say that he's not the best at remembering our conversations since he called me back more than once after I told him I would need a while before I got back to him, but he's overall friendly and professional. At this point though I had already seen another car in the area that was more competitively priced than Enterprise's, but I'll definitely keep Enterprise in mind for future business.

Not bad, not great, which was disappointing, primarily due to the demeanor of…read moreone of their Service Advisors (won't blast his name but it was the dude with the receding hairline). The other Service Advisors were cool (lady was nice). When I was brought to his station by the garage attendant, the dude with the receding hairline didn't even acknowledge me. While I could understand that he was dealing with a previous customer's paperwork, a quick glance up and a Hello would have been customary at any place of business. Dude was grumpy AF. I guess he forgot or doesn't care that Porsche sends out customer surveys after every visit. Anyways, I had a better conversation with the tech who was able to explain to me what was going on with my car. The tech was also the one who brought my keys to me when he was done. Thank goodness that i didn't have to deal with the Service advisor again; the dude was seriously a poor reflection of Porsche. The tech, however, was friendly and cool. The young ladies in the front were nice to make fresh coffee while I waited. However, if you want a refill, don't dare touch their coffee machine or else the old, blonde woman (looked like some floor manager?) will scold you - you've been warned lol. Having been to about 5 Porsche service centers in the US, this was on the low end. Overall, it is an OK service center. Location was convenient as I live only a few miles away. However, next time, I think I'll drive the extra distance to go to the Hanley Service Center instead.

    It would help if they were more honest with their customers…read more Here's what happened to us: When we went to the West County Audi dealership, we were shown a particular car's elaborate infotainment center at length, and we also conducted a test drive of the car with the salesman. After we agreed to purchase it, we were taken into the dealership, where we processed the paperwork and provided the payment. After the deal was closed, we were escorted back to the car we thought had been initially shown to us, and left the dealership for home. After we got home, we tried to access the car's infotainment center using my cell phone without success. Nothing we tried seemed to work. Finally, I emailed the salesman asking for assistance with our problem, but he never responded. I also called the dealership at one point, and they were very unhelpful, bordering on unfriendly. It wasn't until I finally took the car to a different Audi dealership, in Creve Coeur, for help did we realize the West County Audi salesman had apparently switched the car on us and that we did not actually purchase the car that had been shown to us. This was a major disappointment for several reasons, but primarily because we felt we had been cheated. The salesperson at the Creve Coeur Audi dealership readily explained how we needed to use a USB cord to connect our phones to the car which was entirely different from what the West County Audi salesman had told us. Also, the car we purchased clearly didn't have the elaborate infotainment system that had demonstrated to us so meticulously. We've purchased many new cars, and this is the first time anything like this has ever happened to us. We do not recommend that anyone buy a car from this dealership.

    This was a frustrating experience going in for an oil change. It starts when you walk in and see 3…read moreadvisors looking down at their screens and when one looks up and greets you with a "You need help?" The service advisor told me I was in for a wheel rotation despite what the dashboard message said - "Oil maintenance required" . Despite what I set the appointment for and what the vehicle said - he insisted on making his point and ignoring the fact I wanted and need an oil change. Said I was early - never acknowledged that the Toyota dash could be wrong or misleading. Several other employees watched this including other advisers and no one stepped in. This turned into an escalation where he ended up telling me to take my business elsewhere. I did - within 30 minutes I got a call from the manager wanting to make things right because "we got off on the wrong foot" I didn't get off on the wrong foot - the advisor was a condescending jerk who made it all about him being right and proving himself right despite me being there for a simple oil change because the vehicle said I needed oil service. Jay Wolfe service is a miserable outfit and I cannot recommend them at all - especially if you know what you think you want or your car tells you what you want.

When I asked to speak with someone above him, he flat-out refused to provide any information. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Scott later returned my call and was respectful and helpful, which only highlighted how poor Matt's conduct was. I made it clear that interactions like this are exactly why customers choose not to return--his behavior alone is enough to make me take my business elsewhere.
