Funny, I will never purchase anything from this company. It's ridiculous to be treated like you don't need customers.

Robert Bateman at Enterprise was the opposite of high pressure sales, answered my questions and got the sale.

Months later -- and by pure chance -- I discovered it was never actually registered as CPO with Audi of America. I was sold this vehicle under false and misleading pretenses. My initial calls to the dealership were ignored. After persistent follow-up, they eventually acknowledged the mistake and promised to fix it and provide documentation. To this day, that documentation has not been provided, and my most recent email has gone unanswered. Instead of being proactive, the burden has fallen entirely on me to get answers. No apologies, no nothing. For a vehicle of this value, this is completely unacceptable. This is a clear case of misrepresentation, and I am now considering formal complaints with Audi of America, the Missouri Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, and other consumer protection and media outlets. If you're thinking of buying from Audi Kirkwood -- be extremely cautious. Promises made at the time of sale may mean nothing once the deal is done.

The internet put me in contact with a salesperson who informed me that all inventory of the model I was considering had been marked down to invoice pricing. My salesperson made sure I knew he was highly sought after and that his time was limited, as he was also working with another customer that day. I got to test-drive only one new car for roughly 30 minutes, which left me uncertain, and I told him so. I did tell him we could look at the numbers. After that, my unease grew as I felt I wasn't getting a fair offer on my trade. It was 2k less than other dealers had offered. They firmly told me, "we will lose $1,000 by taking your trade." At that point, I stated I would rather keep my trade and receive the $1,000 discount, so they would not lose that money. They promptly declined that offer. To make the trade point even clearer, they were only offering me $2,000 in trade for my Range Rover. Somewhere around this timeframe, a comment was made about "already spending 8 hours with me," and later, "that only $200 in commission would be made on the deal." The salesperson had already arranged for a car to be prepared for me to purchase before I had even agreed on the price or decided to buy one. I started to feel pressured and guilted into making a decision. As a stereotypical woman alone, I caved and agreed. During the rest of the buying process, the advertised "dealer discount" was used to tout why I was getting such a great deal, and why their hands were tied at the advertised price. I became so aggravated during this part of the process that I was about to leave the dealership when they offered me the option to return and get my trade back for the $2,000 by the end of the week. The next day, after arriving home with the new car, I let them know I was coming back to pick up my trade. I did end up doing so. Getting the trade back ended up being such a cluster that it would take paragraphs, and I will refrain, since "they were doing me such a favor." All I can say is this whole negative experience ensured I will never return to this dealership, not even for service. I am likely to resell or trade the car at a loss to get the memory it holds out of my sight. Also, if you buy from this dealership, be aware that you will be handed an arbitration agreement when signing the paperwork, as if it is a required standard document. It prevents them from being sued, even if a faulty car kills you. I was not even aware I had one until reviewing my paperwork at home. The salesperson emphasized the importance of positive reviews for him from the moment we were on the test drive. I felt pressured into proving one of those as well, and if you've read this far, you can tell I chose to share my experience instead.

I spoke with Austin Dry, who was super friendly and not at all pushy. My visit was maybe total 20 minutes over the time I was on a test drive. When I got back, Austin told me to call/text him with any questions or concerns. We had discussed too, I could send him pictures of my trade in and they could let me know an estimate of what I would get for my current car. After minimal back and forth on the price of the car, and my trade in value we came to a pretty quick agreement on Monday and I picked up my car that day! The process of signing all the paperwork was super painless, and didn't take much time at all. I'll say too, it stood out to me that I received a promise to pay for a new key as the car I was buying only came with one. In cleaning up the car for purchase, the tint on the back window was accidently torn a bit. I was written an IOU to fix the tint, and I just scheduled to drop my car off and receive a loaner while they fix it. Great experience at this dealership! Especially given a horrible experience at a different one, during my process of shopping for a new car. More dealerships should take note of how these guys do things! Thanks again Austin!

Lars was the type of salesmen you hope for. He was friendly, helpful, and made the experience fun! He never once pressured me or gave me salesman shtick. He was honest, straight forward and cared about me as a customer. The exact OPPOSITE of the people I purchased from down the road. It's just a shame I didn't find the exact car I wanted (though I know he would have if i gave him more time) because I would have LOVED to buy from Lars and will definitely come back if I ever need a car in the future. Thanks for being a great human and treating me like one. It is a practice severely underutilized in our day and age. I will tell my friends to come to Saint Louis Acura.

Said I was early - never acknowledged that the Toyota dash could be wrong or misleading. Several other employees watched this including other advisers and no one stepped in. This turned into an escalation where he ended up telling me to take my business elsewhere. I did - within 30 minutes I got a call from the manager wanting to make things right because "we got off on the wrong foot" I didn't get off on the wrong foot - the advisor was a condescending jerk who made it all about him being right and proving himself right despite me being there for a simple oil change because the vehicle said I needed oil service. Jay Wolfe service is a miserable outfit and I cannot recommend them at all - especially if you know what you think you want or your car tells you what you want.
