    GET A CAR SOMEWHERE THEY DONT HIRE PEOPLE LIKE " Alex the sales person " they transferred me to her and with in two seconds she was talking over me. She was rude and had no personality or was having a bad day. Either way she doesn't belong in sales for any capacity as this is what I do and have done for my entire life and it's my job to know talent. I was wanting to buy a 50,000 dollar Lexus GSF ( which I bought )from a dealership that didn't allow people to be hung up on twice and then actually answers there phone. It was unreal on how I was treated and when I called back to share my concerns no one ever answered again. I wanted to let the manager know and have him help me with shipping of the car to their Cali location ( which they did before for me ) but no one cared. Please take my advice as I was in car sales work in the hospitality industry, Your only as good as your leader, and they leaders there at Carmax are allowing this to happen.. go listen to your calls and u will hear how she talked to me and hung up. Lazy

Despite this, the dealership went ahead and performed additional service without calling us for permission. We were later handed a bill for that extra work. When I asked why no one contacted us first, there was no solid answer--just a shrug-it-off attitude. That alone is unacceptable. But it gets worse. I reached out to Kevin McCauley, the service manager, both by phone and email to try and resolve the situation professionally. Weeks have passed, and I have received zero response. No returned calls. No emails. Nothing. Just silence. We paid the bill to avoid a back-and-forth at the front counter, but that does not mean the issue is resolved. It means we were left without a choice in the moment. Service departments are supposed to communicate before making decisions on a customer's behalf--especially when those decisions cost money. That never happened here, and the lack of follow-up afterward made it clear that my concerns weren't taken seriously. If you choose to bring your vehicle to Bommarito, I strongly recommend putting everything in writing and checking twice before leaving your car. Based on my experience, once the work is done, you may be ignored too.

My first scheduler didn't inform me of their radius for drop off service. Their driver while taking me to my job didn't mention I was outside their drop off radius but when I called at 4pm - 2 hours past my video was received saying vehicle was done - that's right I had to call them- I was informed that I was outside of their radius but they wouldn't leave me stranded!! Well THANK YOU!! They sent a mechanic or porter in his personal vehicle to pick me up. How nice. I retrieved my car and left. One week to the day my oil light came on telling me I needed an oil change. I called and the phone RANG AND RANG AND RANG. I drove straight to their location after work and there were 4 people standing around gabbing but nobody was able to pick up the phone. I explained that my oil light was on but had a change a week ago. They said oh they forgot to reset. It took 2 people to reset the button. Geez!! Did they even do the oil change? Fast forward to today, I had an oil change done but waited. It took over an hour and half. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment, nobody met me at my car which I am used to from my previous Dealership, went in and was the 2nd person in lobby waiting. I received my all done video at 8:58, had a notification on Mazda app that my door was open at 9:21. Inquired with desk shortly after and was informed my car wasn't ready. At 9:30 the third person in waiting room car was ready and asked if she saw her video - I shrugged like WTH and was told they would check on mine. How can you forget me - I arrived when the donut man dropped off and I just inquired about my car! With in ten more minutes, a young man retrieved me from lobby said there was confusion with my paperwork but I was ready to go! Seriously!? The man that checked me in wrote on key tag that I was waiting. SMH! I was constantly met with excuses (short staffed, paper mix up, etc.) Sounds to me a reevaluation of training needs to be done!! When my lease is up, be assured- I will not be getting my next Mazda from Bommorito. They can thank their Service Staff for that.

    Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, and just a quick inspection (you never know…read morewhen something could be going wrong under the hood). First things first, I received an email about a special for 29.99. Can't pass that up! Second, they drove me to work and picked me up to drive me back. Both rides were extremely pleasant. There are a few names I'd like to throw out there. They need a good pat on the back (or a raise. whichever. lol) Aaron was the first gentleman I saw and who greeted me when I arrived. Very friendly and made sure I was all taken care of. Expert service. Next up...Bill and Dave. These were the two gentleman that drove me to and from work. They were so pleasant, I cannot emphasize this enough. Had wonderful conversations with both of them. Thank you for the rides, guys! After that, it was quick and easy. Paid and drove off. I recommend this place to anybody. They know what they're doing and I couldn't be happier! Thanks again!!!

Yesterday, Sunday, Info Center showed the car was operating at Reduced Acceleration - Drive with Care. Code was reduced oil pressure. Call dealership at open Monday morning, Was told to bring car in right away and the would swap out with a loaner. While checking in at dealer, was told they are 30 days out and they will squeeze in at some point. Kicker was they want to charge me $48 per day for loaner until they can verify there is an issue. Called Weber Chevrolet and Bommarito GMC and was told to bring car, they would get in right away and provide a loaner. Guess where we will be buying future vehicles and having service done. As soon as we pulled out of bay check engine light was on.
