    This is not a standard 5 star review, because I'm about to tell you about how my day with the service department went wrong. I called ahead, got a quote, set up an appointment, and went in for my one hour installation job on a Ford accessory I bought from their parts department and was having installed by their service department. Seems like it should be a slam dunk, easiest type of appointment. Well stuff happens and that's not how things went. Without getting into specifics, I'll say that I found myself at the counter to pay with ammunition for my argument ready and waiting. I was prepared to have to fight for a fair deal, and I'm writing this review because of how great it felt to realize that I didn't need to. It seemed to me that a mistake was made and things took longer than they were supposed to, but instead of leaving feeling over-charged and with a conviction that I'd never return for service there, I'm writing a 5 Star review. I'll mention in case anyone reading this is wondering if I threatened to write a bad one or offered up a good one as an incentive to take care of me, that's not the case. I'm writing this review because their service earned it, and I appreciate the way they handled their business with me. Jeff did an absolutely stellar job of making sure that I was taken care of without me needing to fight tooth and nail for it. Things happen, especially as it comes to work on cars, but he recognized my situation and that my expectations were reasonable, advocated for me to have what I expected be my outcome turn out that way, and I will be bringing them more business in the future as a result. I'm a firm believer in the idea that you can't control everything but you can control how you respond to it, and I was very satisfied with how Jeff and his management team responded to this situation. Well done, Suntrup team! PS: the new lights work great and I'm thrilled to have the installation complete!

    I purchased my car here almost 2 years ago and the experience was fairly okay. I think it was quite stressful but I think anything that involves a large sum of money is stressful. This was the only dealership with the color that I wanted with the right model so I came here and even put down a deposit to make sure they hold the car for me while I sleep on it for a couple of days. During those days, the car salesman called me several times which I thought was quite irritating, but sure, he's only doing his job. I was preapproved by my bank and had a number in mind of how much I really wanted to spend but didn't want to exactly share all the information beforehand. Anyway, however rough it felt for me, I ended up making the purchase. They do give you your first oil change for free so I came back for that at 5000 miles. Also, when I made the purchase, I pointed out that the trim on the left passenger window is falling off and the salesman told me it's just a simple fix and it was fine during delivery. They had tucked the plastic trim back in and it held for maybe a week. I mentioned this during my first service with them and the guy said he will look at it and make sure it's fixed. Sure enough, it was back in like it would hold for maybe the life of the car. They called me less than a week later to check and I told them that it did hold up and thanked him for being so kind and checking up on it. Then a week came and the trim is once again hanging! Obviously, it wasn't really fixed. They just did a better job of putting it back up than I usually do on the daily basis. Approximately 3 weeks ago, I dropped off my car for an issue that is common with the make/model and I also mentioned that thing about my trim. Well, my car came home after an hour and a half of diagnostics because they wanted to replace the clutch and was told that it was on back-order. About 3 weeks later, I got a call back from Josh (the guy I originally dealt with when I first brought my car in for the issue) and he set-up an appointment for me and added a note that I needed a rental car as well. So when it was time to get the work done, everything went smoothly and after I picked it up, my car felt completely different. Almost like a whole new car! My trim, however, is still off and on but at least the main issue was taken care of. The service department has been more than helpful along the way and Josh even called me the day they were doing the work to make sure my expectations were being met because he didn't remember telling me that it will take a day and a half to change my clutch. Anyway, I feel like their service department is the main reason why I am giving this place a 4-star. I have had good service when it came to something that really matters and they do try to be as accommodating as they can which is more than what I can ask for. I say this because the first visit, I did not have a rental car booked but Josh did try and succeded in getting me one to use for a short time. As far as my trim, well maybe one day it'll actually get fixed.

    NO STARS1 My daughter purchased a used 2021 Buick Encore…read morefrom Ed Napleton Nissan with less than 68,000 miles on March 3, 2025. On May 5, 2025, she took it in to this Nissan service department complaining about the car shifting hard from park to drive. They noted on ticket that their were no codes and car shifted fine, They told her that that was just the way Buicks were but if it got worse to take it to the Buick dealer. On June 13, 2025 she took the car to Lou Fusz Buick. After test driving the car they determined it needed a new transmission. We then went and confronted the General Sales Manager at Napleton Nissan, Mazin Gheith, explaining our disappointment that they sold her a car with a bad transmission. He asked if she test drove the car! Then asked if there was anything they could do. I said yes pay for a new transmission. He said that it was a good thing we had purchased an extended warranty and that would take care of the cost of them fixing the problem. We said since their service department was not able to properly diagnose the problem and blew off her concerns that she would have the work done at the Buick dealer. Apparently there was a clause in the extended warranty that if there is a Nissan dealer within 20 miles of the vehicle the work must to done by Napleton unless Napleton waives that. That was another big delay, because they didn't know that and it took weeks before the warranty company would approve the repair. Once approved she took the car in to Buick dealer on June 25, but because delay in waiting for parts to be shipped work could not be done until July 20 and completed on July 22, 2025. She had to rent a car for 4 weeks and only 10 days were covered by extended warranty. I went back to Mazin Gheith at Napleton and told him we thought of something he could do and that would be to provide her with a loaner for a few weeks and he said that Buick was the dealer making money off this "let them give her a loaner". So in closing, we will never do business with this dealer again. They are rude, unprofessional, unreliable and have no customer service!

I'm a delivery driver who relies on their car for making a living as a college student. My older car had been having some problems so my friends suggested I buy a rebuilt alternator through Advanced Auto Parts online and they'd help install it. After the installation, my car worked normally for about a week then continued to die. After replacing the battery along with the rebuilt alternator, it was clear my culprit was the defective rebuilt alternator. I was forced to go to an auto repair shop to get a brand new alternator and another couple hundred dollars spent on the problem to finally have it fixed. My plan was to return the defective alternator back to Advanced Auto Parts to get my money back since it didn't work. After talking with Ken K. he told me that he didn't want to refund my alternator since he was concerned with meeting the stores quota for the quarter. I was immeadiately off-put by this comment because if their product didn't work, I wanted my money back. He kept prying me to return it to the store I had picked it up at because it was their problem - not his. He said he would be losing money by giving me a refund and I stated I had already lost enough money buying this product from Advanced Auto Parts and time out of working as a driver. I had to push to get him to give me a refund. This was the most unprofessional customer service interaction I have ever had in my life. He continued to try make an apathetic apology saying that he doesn't understand why a rebuilt alternator would be defective. After all was said and done, he said "I hope that doesn't happen next time and keep in mind you should return it to the store you picked your item up from" well Ken K, there won't be a next time thanks to your off putting social skills.

The salesman was extremely open about the car's issues and sent me a large file with detailed pics. I was not feeling that car and the salesman was professional and kind and said to reach out to him in the future if I see something else. No pressure. Last week I hit the "Request more info" button on a car I liked. I was not expecting much on a Saturday at lunch time. Imagine my surprise when about 5 minutes later, Lindsey called me and asked what she could help with. I had quite a list of questions so I simply texted them to her after our brief phone call. She mentioned that the car had just been consigned the day before so there was not a lot of info available. I texted her back the next day and she sent multiple videos she just took of the car. I said I'd like to set up a PPI. She sent me over 12 years of maintenance records and helped coordinate with the technician for the PPI since I was out of state. PPI got moved up from that Thursday to Tuesday. I wired the funds just at business close and I was driving home in the 12C the next morning. Lindsey exhibited incredible communication throughout the process. She was very prompt at responding to questions or needs. No pressure. Just an attitude of what can I do to assist in your decision. She picked me up from the airport and walked me through the features of the car very well. I would buy from RP Exotics again without hesitation.

    I STRONGLY recommend anyone considering RP Exotics read this before proceeding…read more I went through RP Exotics to purchase my first exotic vehicle. I purchased the car from the state of Washington, but had Parker review the deal, as at the time he was the only person I trusted in the car business. He suggested using a business open-ended lease structure to "save money" and referred me to a lender he stated he had worked with many times, with RP Exotics handling the vehicle registration. Approximately nine months later, when I sold the vehicle, I learned that $55,000 was applied against me as a residual by the lender they referred me to. When I asked the lender for an explanation of how this amount was calculated, I was told the details were proprietary and would not be provided. I also had questions regarding certain registration-related amounts, but was unable to get clear answers about how those were handled. When I raised these concerns with Parker, his response was that it was surprising and that I should consult a lawyer. After that, I attempted to get clarification on several outstanding & important questions, but many messages went either completely unanswered (but still opened), and the responses I did receive did not provide meaningful clarity. Throughout this situation, I did not receive an apology, explanation, or effort to help resolve the issue beyond the suggestion to involve legal counsel and one phone call he made to the lender. Based on my experience, I would HIGHLY advise having independent legal and financial review if you choose to do business here as this has been, by a very long shot, the worst car buying and selling experience of my life, and heavily regret doing business with them.
