    I brought my car here for service (first and last time) and after bringing it home I noticed fresh paint scratches on the hood. It's as if the hood was open when they raised it on the lift and it collided with something overhead. Spent $2200 in routine maintenance to get my vehicle damaged. They either have such a lack of attention to detail that they did not notice the damage or a lack of integrity to report it. Now I have to get it fixed out of pocket. Find a different Lexus dealership for service and avoid this one. Read and trust the reviews on this one.

    Dirty car after the "complimentary" wash

    My experience with sales was EXCELLENT. Alan was great and helped me find the car I wanted. My car is only 4 months old and a rock hit the windshield and it needed to be replaced. It took from Friday until Monday to reach a person to schedule the repair. The call center person said "They're so busy we can't reach them half the time". Finally got a voice mail for Charles but prior to that, Travis told me he could send an email to Derek ( which he never got ) to call me as this was the advisor I typically worked with for my previous car. Charles got me an appointment and a loaner. He said it would be all cleaned up when I got it. I take the loaner in on Saturday and go get my car. A young guy that worked there took my loaner key and sat me in the waiting room and said he would tell Charles so I could get my car and be on my way. More than a half hour later I'm still there . I stop an advisor and tell him all I need is my car and I ended up waiting for 40 mins altogether to get it. I tell him Charles was my advisor. Guess what ! Charles isn't there today. Office is dark. So I sat there for 40 mins of my day waiting for someone who wasn't even working. I finally get my car and it's FILTHY! No complimentary wash.... This was the worst and what's more I bought the service package because I was told it would be more convenient . Time is valuable... and my time was not respected.

    Heck No, nice facility but awful service and mismanagement give you the runaround and give you false information constantly not worth it

We were greeted by Jamel, but the interaction felt very disengaged from the start. During the test drive, he insisted on coming along but made little effort to be conversational or helpful. The car itself had more noticeable issues than expected, significant hail damage on the roof, a broken trail light, and interior panel damage. When we asked about possible repairs and pricing adjustments, and mentioning that we would have a trade in if the price was right he left and came back with an offer! After mentioning a trade-in and a $1,500 down payment, the pricing we received didn't reflect either. Once we saw that he was not willing to take anything off the initial price I mentioned that Carfax valued the car at over $500 for cars in that range with the extensive amount of damage, I was told that Carfax doesn't sell cars including being told that he wasn't "in the business of giving away thousands of dollars" and he could just sell it to the auction. At that point we got up and left. Overall, the experience was not very friendly or positive. I left wishing I could have worked with a different salesperson, because I would have seriously considered purchasing the car under the right circumstances. Instead, I left with an unsatisfied feeling. We have been to multiple dealerships during this period of looking for a new car and this was the worst experience that we've had at all the dealerships combined.

As they did a year ago, the attention, customer service, and overall time spent waiting reaffirmed that I made the right decision to go to Fusz. I'll see you all again next year. A month ago I serviced my MX-30ev. Yesterday, I went to Fusz Mazda to look at a couple CX-50 AWD models I had been researching. I looked online and Fusz had a couple very low mileage deals and some new 2026 models. I wasn't looking for a higher end model, since my primary purpose was an AWD for inclement weather. I reached out to Kyle, since he was very friendly and helpful with buying out my MX30 lease just over a year ago. Kyle was available to patiently talk me through my choices, both the new car and pre-owned selections I had made earlier. Because Mazda was offering a 0% interest promotion, Kyle worked some numbers for me, and I had enough information from him, to confidently choose a new CX-50. The transaction from start to finish could not have been easier. Kyle worked closely with the sales office to complete the credit check and with the financing manager to close the loop and help me buy my car. Great work from the entire staff.

I am always running over a nail or something else that requires a patch or sometimes (unfortunately), a whole new tire. It's a curse. We really love a local spot that's close to our house, but found ourselves in a real pickle the Friday before the Fourth of July weekend. We had a tire losing air, and they couldn't get us in until Monday because they were so busy. That's when I gave Henry's a call. Charles was so nice on the phone, and didn't even flinch when I asked if they could look at it and make a potential repair by the end of the day. I went and dropped it off right away, and they were so great with communication; without a few hours, they had found the culprit, patched it, and gave me a call to come pick it up. The whole thing cost $25 - I guess that's pretty standard for a patch, but it's definitely the least amount of money I've ever spent on a car repair. We will absolutely be using Henry's in the future and I'm so grateful for their professionalism and how quick they got us take care of!

    I went here to get a quote on a tire replacement and when I initially walked in one of the…read moreemployees named Phil was helping an older AA gentleman, he didn't acknowledge/greet me when I came in but I shrugged it off and sat down. 2 minutes later an older Caucasian gentleman walked in and he was immediately greeted by Phil as he was still assisting the first guy. Phil finishes helping first guy and then immediately asks second guy how he can help him. I let him finish helping second guy and when he asks me how he can help me I'm in complete disbelief. I asked him why he helped him before me and his response was "because he used to be the owner". I then tell him that I'm not sure if I want to give them my business and he says "fine you can leave, I don't have to help you". We exchanged a few more words and I left but that level of blatant racism was completely distasteful and I'll never return there.
