I love Dean Team Hyundai to get my Hyundai serviced. Every time I have gone in, I have been told exactly what repairs or service my car needs, and they even go as far to say what services I DON'T need that I thought I would according to Hyundai. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of, and that's important to me as a young woman. Dean Team is always very fast in taking care of service needs and are always honest about the time it will take. Everything is great, but I do have two recommendations. The first is to bring back Saturday service hours. This was the most convenient time for me, because I didn't have to leave work early or on my lunch hour to get service completed. The second is to have a better process for loaner vehicles. I recently got my 60,000 mile service done, and this was going to take a very long time, so I was told I would be able to get a free loaner vehicle which was amazing! I signed the paper stating that any damage sustained to the car would be my responsibility, but this was never gone over which I feel is important. There was also no walk around of the loaner vehicle or disclosure of previous damage, so I was unaware of any of these things. When I returned the car at the end of the day, the service advisor showed me some major damage to the front hood of the car that I did not know if it had been there before I received the car. He told me he would check with his manager the next morning and call me first thing. Thankfully, the damage was already there from a previous customer, but I was concerned about this for quite some time. I think it would be a much better process to explain the customer is responsible for any damage, show them any pre-existing damage to the car for their own knowledge, and do a walk around of the vehicle. This will help ensure that everyone is on the same page. Other than those things, I will continue to go to Dean Team for my service needs! read more
