During the installation, one of the plastic components on my headlight assembly was broken. This damage now requires me to replace the entire headlight, which is discontinued and extremely difficult to find. While the employees attempted to locate the part and claimed it was in stock based on online information, it turned out it was not available anywhere. Throughout this process, the staff appeared inexperienced, unknowledgeable, and lacked a positive or professional attitude, which only added to the frustration of the situation. About a month prior to that visit, I had gone to the same location for a new car battery. The employees struggled significantly to remove the old battery. After installing the new one, they applied a jelly-like substance to "prevent corrosion." Unfortunately, this caused the opposite effect and led to my starter failing, which cost me over $500 to repair. Due to these repeated issues, poor workmanship, and unprofessional service, I would strongly recommend either doing the work yourself or going to a professional mechanic instead of relying on this location for installations or assistance.

We telephoned Auto Zone on THF Blvd in Chesterfield for help. The manager, Brad W., went way beyond the call of duty to help us. Not only did he source the correct car battery quickly, have it in stock, and give us the best price available including a promotional discount, but he actually immediately drove to meet us in the parking lot of the store where we were stranded and he installed the battery for us there, on the spot, at no additional charge! This kind of attention and service is never seen any more in modern times - not anywhere. Honesty is hard to find these days so this AutoZone will be visited again.
