Had an OK experience. Not bad, not great, which was disappointing, primarily due to the demeanor of…read moreone of their Service Advisors (won't blast his name but it was the dude with the receding hairline). The other Service Advisors were cool (lady was nice). When I was brought to his station by the garage attendant, the dude with the receding hairline didn't even acknowledge me. While I could understand that he was dealing with a previous customer's paperwork, a quick glance up and a Hello would have been customary at any place of business. Dude was grumpy AF. I guess he forgot or doesn't care that Porsche sends out customer surveys after every visit. Anyways, I had a better conversation with the tech who was able to explain to me what was going on with my car. The tech was also the one who brought my keys to me when he was done. Thank goodness that i didn't have to deal with the Service advisor again; the dude was seriously a poor reflection of Porsche. The tech, however, was friendly and cool. The young ladies in the front were nice to make fresh coffee while I waited. However, if you want a refill, don't dare touch their coffee machine or else the old, blonde woman (looked like some floor manager?) will scold you - you've been warned lol. Having been to about 5 Porsche service centers in the US, this was on the low end. Overall, it is an OK service center. Location was convenient as I live only a few miles away. However, next time, I think I'll drive the extra distance to go to the Hanley Service Center instead.
