So yesterday I needed a critical part for my daughter's car. I searched the various parts stores…read moreonline, but none could get me the part faster than two days, except for NAPA Auto Parts. Their site said I could pick up the part at the nearest store today IN BOLD, so I prepaid and expected to get the part today. Good to go, right? I waited all day today for the email telling me the part had arrived, until 30 minutes before closing, then I went there. You guessed it, they didn't have the part. The clerks told me, "Yeah, sometimes the computer just says that." and "This happens pretty often. We've told corporate about this issue, but..." Now, this is a common part for a very common car, and they've had 24 hours. They know they have a problem, but continue to promise delivery times they can't make. That makes it intentional dishonesty in my book. If I wanted to wait two days I would have bought the part online, cheaper, and had it delivered to my door. Instead, I chose NAPA based on their lie. If you have to have a part to get a job done on a deadline, don't buy from NAPA. They have plenty of competition. J. Bee

The WORST customer service in my life with any auto parts store the award goes to this location! I…read moregive a NEGATIVE 10 Out Of 10!! The so called manager didn't try to help me at all! Other that tell me my battery was bad! I said yes I know that, that's why I'm here! She said she couldn't look up my purchase date and get me a new battery since it was still under the NAPA 18 mo guarantee! My bad battery ALSO has their Florissant location right on the battery and yet still said without my receipt she can't do anything! She was rude and condescending and after this experience I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO this location Just because of her rude ass! And if my manager talked to me the way she talks to her employees I would tell her to FUCK OFF and walk out!! My god she is the WORST!!

We found out we were leaking antifreeze and the repair shop didn't replace the cap on the overflow. We were panicked. Not only were they ready to help they did it with a smile and a laugh. Dale found the cap in the engine and got us some antifreeze and taught us a trick for easy pouring. We walked in a few minutes before they closed and they didn't rush us out or act like we were bothering them. We will return and send all our family and friends when they need auto related things!!!
