    We visited from Memphis and arrived right at opening. The people there were super friendly. One the guys "Chuck" took time to give us a private tour. This team does great work and it was super cool to see up close what we watch on tv. Thanks for making our day special!

Have had it back two times and each time the mechanic says he doesn't know what I am talking about. Service Counter folks always seem like they are being bothered to answer your concerns. It's a known issue with Explorers and Ford has issued Technical Bulletins. They had it for 4 days just to tell me they don't know what it is. Tried to reschedule it again, 2 months in advance and day before appt I can't get a loaner car. Not sure who can go without a car for a week these days. This place is a joke. I have never used them before and will never be going back. Wish I would have bought my car somewhere else. There are several Ford Dealerships in town, choose a different one. I now use Clement and their service is fantastic.

My husband and I took 2 days off, went to several dealerships, and backed away from several dealerships when their ratings weren't great, they wouldn't allow us to get the car checked by our long-time car mechanic, AND THEN, when a well-known larger car dealership listed the car before they had checked it out, took our down-payment, and then realized that it needed over $10K of work, and they ended up selling it 'for parts - and we were left in a lousy situation'. We felt totally beat up and then found CROWN AUTOPLEX. They were kind, fair, generous, and very trustworthy. We ended up purchasing the car on the spot, with the inspection, emissions test, warranty, etc. in hand - and our daughter and I left the next day for an 800 mile road trip. For said reason; this is why I am hesitant on going to shops especially without true word of mouth. I google Past Present reviews and I believe the damn near 5 ***'s. I decided to book an appointment to have my condenser, ac service, and recharged as any shop else would do. When I dropped the truck off the guy in the office asked how do I know it is the condenser. I said because I can see the hole in the condenser. It could be other leaks but the condenser for sure. I was assured they would check all the other major components associated which is (ac service). I want to add my A/C was blowing cold before me dropping it off. Even while being a little low on freon at that time. Friday evening 11th, $1053.00 later, 3 return visits, and truck A/C is still NOT working properly. In fact on the 11th the guy in the office and your truck is ready and it was the condenser. The weekend I noticed it started malfunctioning, so I returned that Monday the 14th. I waited for about 2 hours while they ran test. Still could not figure it out. I was told to comeback today 17th which makes the 3rd and last visit, they called and said my truck was ready, I can hear something in his voice as he tells me its ready. So, I asked what was the issue, that's when I knew the did NOT fix the problem. I had to catch another Uber just to arrive at the shop to find out its not fix and to hear million different excuses of what the problem is. To be honest the gentlemen that works in the office really has NO clue, and when questioned about the work performed. He talks to you very condescending. I really don't want to make any assumptions of what I think. So now I have a condenser replaced and a malfunctions A/C, to suppose to be a replicable shop. Two things could be true, maybe replicable BUT not in servicing AC. Now I have to take more time to take it to another shop. After getting home, about 45 min later. I called and requested a copy of my receipt sent to emial. Still have not received it and I doubt I will. Details as mechanic, neglected to attach my crossbar back by the compressor. I had to secure it. When I mentioned the guy in the office of course became condesending. Frustrated to say the least! I got one mechanic, kept saying I am not throwing NO parts on it. I stated nor should you have to guess, you should be able to diagnose things accordingly. I dont like wasting my $$, I work to hard. IT really grinds my gears

Told them no fix muffler and door handle. I had the muffler they charger me 142 to put it on then 225 for door handle. Some how that comes up to 391!!!! Got home the pricks loosed up a different power steering hose so it wouldn't hold any fluid !!!!! Spent a fuking hour fixing it. Oh yea the old leak not leaking any more guess when he checked it he tightened it up and fixed it. Lol stay far far far away from this place.

Unfortunately I did not have this car checked by a mechanic. This is my son's first time choosing his car and I co-signed for him. My son's first payment would be due on May 16th. While they offered a warranty, it was a very conditional warranty and was not a bumper to bumper warranty. I had to buy in pieces. I have never purchased a car outside a dealership and had never seen a warranty like this. I passed because it was conditioned quite heavily and did not understand all the terms. On May 6th, the car started knocking although no oil lights came on. My son was driving his car to the shop on Wednesday May 7th and the engine threw a rod. We had the car towed into a shop and we are told that it needs a new engine. We called Country Club Tire and Auto and explained that the engine threw the rod before our first payment and they said, we now own the car and not their problem. I had this car towed home while we reevaluated the situation. We chose a shop which included a second tow. We did need a new engine which required all the extras. Additionally the radiator had to be replaced, the right front suspension is bad, the fly wheel needed replacing as well as the clutch. Some of this work is maintenance and some of it is major repairs that should have been replaced before being sold. I picked the car up today and to date, we have had to replace the following: Engine (used with a warranty), thermostat, thermostat gasket, water pump, belts, serpentine belt, air filter, coolant hoses, intake gasket, clutch, front sway bar links, spark plugs, engine torque struts, water pump pulley, fly wheel, right front CV axle, and radiator. Additionally we are told it still needs the right wheel barring replaced. The original purchase price was $6,800 and the mechanic bill to date (less than 40 days owned) is over $7,000. So essentially I bought a used car and while I did not have it checked out, it did not give Country Club Tire and Auto the right to take me for a fool. Maintenance and major repairs were badly needed. However they feel they have no responsibility for the products they sell. I would highly recommend that you bypass this business and purchase from a dealership who will take responsibility for the products they sell. If you choose to purchase here, have your products thoroughly checked out by a mechanic. Definitely exercise Buyer Beware when dealing with Country Club Tire and Auto. I will be checking to see if my car qualifies as a lemon at this point and have filed a complaint with the BBB.

They added an additional $7000 to my car loan disguised as GAP insurance. After I bought the car, I realized there was nothing accounting for that $7000 difference between the net price and the car loan. When I reached out, I was told they also added a service contract to my loan, without even telling me. I have no proof of gap insurance, and no proof of the service contract. I have asked multiple times since then to gain proof of that, in addition to canceling the unwanted service contract. Since then, I have been dismissed and ignored. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, nobody has helped or cared. They stole money from me at this point, and they are ignoring every attempt I make to get that money back. I say this again, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE.

It's just cause it didn't work out. This place is a side dealership of Jim Trenary Chevrolet where they sell mostly used cars that were trade ins. Very reasonably priced cars but there was a point where I wondered if the price was too good to be true. With cars that offered no warranties, would something happen that would make the car not worth the low cost? The salesman claimed he had over 20 years of experience but he acted very inexperienced and it was annoying when he constantly tried to convince me that he wasn't going to make money off my purchase. He kept saying how he only made a hundred bucks a car. I found that to be too up front to the point that it made me feel like he was hiding something. All of the salesman there were very disengaged with working there. They all had these attitudes about themselves that didn't make me very impressed. Now i wished I had more to experience with the actual buying of a vehicle. And I really regret that I couldn't buy the vehicle I almost bought from here because I really liked it. But hey, life happens and maybe it was for the better. Three stars for the sleaze and weird attitudes but I would definitely suffer that again in the future when I try looking for a car again. I might go to the main dealership though and ask about their cars from a distance. Odd good comment: the bathroom was nice and surprisingly clean for being only cleaned out once a month. Then we spend 36.00 for Safety and Emissons. FAILED! Both front shocks were broken from what the REPUTABLE Auto Repairmen said it had been broken for months due to rust formation on the springs. 230.00 New shocks, springs, and struts. We then called West Clay and they said "Well YOU must have gone mudding" Then a few days later the truck has NO POWER! We call again.. after I referred to the Lady as a BITCH she then threatend stating "He can bring the truck back" The alternator had been fried due to the changing of the wrong battery to the new CORRECT one. CHRISTMAS! I GO INTO LABOR AT 34 weeks and have to rely on my mother in law since our truck was broke down. New years comes around and my son and myself are still in the hospital. Where is my husband? FIXING THIS PIECE OF SHIT TRUCK THAT THIS DAMN COMPANY SOLD US INSTEAD OF BEING WITH HIS NEWBORN PREEMIE SON! We eventually confronted the so called "LADY" and what does she do? She calls the cops cause she got caught after we asked for our car back. One sales guy states "We couldnt sell your car it was so broke down." Yet again this "LADY" walks out contridicting each other and states "We sold your car to my son and it runs like a CHAMP" We then receive mail from this company saying "COME REFINANCE WITH US" so giving them a chance to make right we go up there. My husband is in there for an hour and everything is going great until the DOG comes out of her doghouse and states "YOU NEED TO LEAVE WE ARE REFUSING YOUR BUSINESS BASED ON A PREVIOUS BUSINESS DEAL" Now our truck is broke down AGAIN! We have had nothing but issues with this company! This company needs to be SHUT DOWN! WARNING: All the money they receive from customers is to provide their children in "PRIVATE" schools!
