( mind you I was the first owner of this car and it wasn't even at 50,000 miles). They kept my car for a month just for me to get it back making rattling noises it wasn't making before the engine problem and having oil fingerprints throughout the inside of my interior. After taking it back they told me they just forgot to reconnect something (very unsafe. Mind you I have a 2 year old riding with me) . Could've been dangerous. I had also explained that my car was jerking still but they stated that it wasn't doing it while in their possession. NOW after a short period of having my car back the jerking has gotten worse. I took the car BACK and now they are saying it's my transmission as well. After now having my car for a week, they reach out and say my EXTENDED WARRANTY only covers the rental for 7 days while also telling me my transmission is on back order until MAY, I dropped my car off the beginning of March . In reality they knew this car was a piece of crap. Now the extended warranty only covers 7days and I have to pay $25 a day until sometime in May. It's March. I gave them the same exact description of what my car was doing and they were able to all of a sudden know exactly what it was. After reading reviews, these Chevy Trax are pieces of sh*t and they know. That's why it's all they are giving people. They are trying to get rid of them. I bought this car with 17miles and needed an engine AND transmission before it even hit 50,000miles

All the while slipped in a upsale of an extended warranty for 2k that I'm just finding out that I paid for now that the car has been deemed totaled due to the current floods in Missouri. Do not trust the salesman or finance department with this dealership. The really sad part is they are using other people of color to trick people of color for the all might dollar. Because my salesman is black and so is the finance officer. I would not suggest that you buy anything off this lot in a predominately black area because they are truly finessing folks out of money just to get commissions. I'm so sad about finding this out because my salesman was somebody I was trying to support as I didn't even need a car when i decided to purchase this vehicle. What THIS PEOPLE ARE LIVE AND LIVING SPAMMERS OUT TO TRICK YOU OUT YOUR MONEY!!!!! Try a real dealership... this one is designed to rip off already poor people.

This is Not true, we told the guy that who sold us the car that car is making a rattle noise after we start it (within the 30 day warranty)- something we didn't hear while at the dealership because they started the car in the back lot & kept it running for us to drive away with. He shrugged his shoulders & never filed our claim for repair. Don't Trust them.

I Dropped…read moremy vehicle off to them with minor idling issues & my a/c not blowing cold they sent me a text message showing what I thought would fix the problems I was having for $588, the next day they they send me another text message showing another bill for almost another $1500 I call them they tell me the 1st invoice was for a diagnostic & they charge $185 a hr for diagnostics....which i thought was absurd....so beware of Ferguson motors i thought I would give them another chance to work on my many vehicles but if they wanted almost $1500 for a tune-up on a 98 tahoe what they go charge to work on our new cars I recommend if you go pay these kind of prices you might as well go to the dealer.......at least their waiting room has a/c...

I am not pleased with the service I received at Ferguson Motor Service. I had a timing chain replaced. I had to pay for the parts up front before any service was provided. A friend recommended them so I thought it would be okay. After getting my vehicle back and driving it for a few weeks all the same lights came on on the dash again and the engine was performing badly. I took it back and it took a week before being told it might be because of the after market parts in the kit they used. I was told this on a Friday after being told over and over that I would receive a call at certain times but never received it. I called them and was told what they thought might be the problem. I was told that I needed to pay $388 for the dealer part. I had rented and returned a car on Friday so I just wanted my vehicle fixed and returned. So I agreed. I waited all week for the repair but the mechanic wasn't in. Finally, Monday of the third week the mechanic returned and after 2-3 days I received a notification that my vehicle was ready. I paid for the 2 parts plus taxes and shop fees which cost around $435. I thought $388 was a lot. I guess they don't receive a discount from the dealer on parts they buy all the time. I was only told I would pay $388. After going to my car I noticed I had damage to my vehicle that I had to go back in and discuss. After he looked at it for quite some time, I was told to get an estimate. I went to Johnny Landolff and they referred me to a place he felt does great work and charged a fair price. I didn't tell them that it happened at a shop where I had repair work done. After driving my vehicle I noticed an extremely strong exhaust smell inside my vehicle which I could smell when the outside air was directed in or my window was down. I had someone take a look under the hood to see if they could figure out the problem. He told me the oil cap was off and I was inhaling those fumes. I also noticed a lot of greasy places on the top front of my vehicle where I assume the mechanic worked. It is on both sides of the top front. I found out the business changed owners within the last two years. If only I had known, I would not have gone there because the reviews were for the previous business owner. The communication was lacking. During my time waiting for a response to whether they were going to fix my issue, there was zero communication, as well as, while waiting for their mechanic to return there was no communication. After waiting for my auto body repair appointment and receiving the estimate, I emailed the receipt to Ferguson Motor business after speaking with them on Friday. I did not receive a response. I called on Monday to see if they were going to take care of the repair but was told they couldn't see how it could have been done there. I would not have asked them to repair damage that was already there. He wasted my time. I drove to the repair shop and found out I had to make an appointment then weeks later took it in just to find out Ferguson Motor was not going to take responsibility for the repair. I will never do business there again and will be on the phone complaining to the BBB and pursuing other. They should not have been able to keep the name of the previous business. That is deceptive and misleading. Update: I am receiving a code now for the camshaft they put on a week or two ago.

I contacted the dealership and spoke with Mr. Michael Frazier himself. (owner) I told him which vehicle I was interested in and what I was looking to do. He was easy going and extremely accommodating. We had several calls to sort out all the details and get everything set up. You'd never know this was an out of state venture, (I came in from Texas) with how smooth things went. When I arrived, Mr. Frazier had the vehicle spotless, fully fueled and with a "Do not sell" sign on it. (That was a very nice touch) Everything was set up just as we discussed, right down to the very last detail. Checking out the vehicle, test drive and paperwork couldn't have been more seamless and worry free. After everything was said and done, I was ready to be on my way. I drove the truck back to Texas. The entire experience was amazing from start to finish and I cannot recommend this dealership enough! Very professional and stellar customer service! Mr. Frazier checked in to make sure I'm still happy with the purchase. And sent a nice thank you for your business gift. If you're in the market for a new or used car, make sure you give him a call!
