    Fried Spicy Pickles

Charming cafe in downtown Weston serving traditional fare. Great service and ample seating. Menu does switch from breakfast to lunch at 11am, so breakfast is not served all day. We shared the Spicy Pickle Fries and they were fantastic. I don't typically enjoy fried spears, but these were skinny, crispy, and the little bit of spice made them extra delicious!

Quaint hometown cafe on Main Street Westin. It's a little step back in time with breakfast dishes that are hearty and plentiful. I had the 1/2 breakfast skillet - which was way more than I could eat!!! Oh and the berry wheat bread is thick slices and fantastic. No speciality coffees or teas here but the original straight up options. Service was great!!!!

Cesar salad with a side of cottage cheese! Fantastic service with a sense of humor ... loved the waitress! We also had the fried pickle fries which are a MUST ORDER, club sandwich with fries and some unsweet tea. They still use big 'ol plastic cups and aren't shy with the ice. Takes me back... great home cooking!

I like when servers and everyone are honest and don't leave you hanging, we had enough time to review the menu we ordered drinks and our food, the wait for the food was awhile but with it because it was so good! I ordered the chicken biscuit with the hot honey chipotle sauce with a scrambled egg on top. The food was amazing! Definitely make a reservation if you're visiting on a Saturday or Sunday, or you'll be stuck waiting on the sidewalk! My favorite dish is the Tuscan Benedict! It's unique and delicious - especially the focaccia it is served on! They have several very delicious vegetarian options as well! Parking is hard on River Market on the weekends, so incorporate brunch into a whole day of adventure in River Market. Parking is more accessible on weekdays.

They also serve breakfast from 7 to 11 AM. Food came quickly. You order and they bring it to your table when ready. I had the pulled pork, baked beans, and pickle potato salad. The pulled pork was very tender and juicy. No seasoning in the meat that I could taste so it's perfect for barbecue sauce. The baked beans were mild hotness flavor, with more sauce than beans. The pickle potato salad is just that. Strong dill flavor. I was there about 5:30 PM and there was a steady flow of Customers. Smaller dining area. Seating stayed full, but the timing always worked out to find a seat with somebody leaving. There's also outdoor picnic tables. They close at 6:30 pm. Everyday except Sunday. Gas was $4.20 a gal today at the airport. Yikes!

The Royal Deluxe - Weston, MO**…read more From the brilliant culinary minds of Nick and Andrea Martinkovic -- the duo behind the much-missed Noah's Cupboard -- comes **The Royal Deluxe** at The St. George Hotel in Weston, MO. If you've been longing for that same inventive, intimate, and inspired dining experience, here it is... but this time with a soulful, Italian-inspired twist. This isn't your run-of-the-mill Italian joint. The menu is limited, but that's because everything is crafted around what's **fresh, seasonal, and locally available**. Expect change -- and welcome it. Chef Nick's inspirations show up on the plate, and if you have a request or want a tweak, he's often happy to riff on a dish for you. This is creative cooking with both heart and skill. **The Feast:** * **Tagliatelle with Sausage, Tomatoes, and Homegrown Basil** - Fresh, silky pasta coated in a luscious, velvety sauce, studded with sweet cherry tomatoes and crowned with creamy ricotta and fragrant basil. * **Pizza Extraordinaire** - A charred, thin-yet-chewy crust with rich tomato sauce, melty cheese, and basil that tastes like it was just plucked from the garden. * **Caesar Salad** - Crisp romaine piled high with a snowy drift of finely grated cheese and a dressing that's perfectly balanced -- tangy, savory, and addictive. * **House-Made Stracciatella with Local Fresh Peaches & Basil** - Summer on a plate. Sweet, juicy peaches with delicate, creamy cheese and bright basil leaves -- the perfect sweet-salty-herbal trifecta. * **Arancini with Peaches & Cream** - Golden, crispy risotto balls paired with silky cream and tangy pickled peppers for a surprising twist. * **Toasted Homemade Bread with Compound Butter** - Simple, but utterly perfect. The butter is rich, silky, and kissed with olive oil and herbs. * **Cheesy Bread with Herbs** - Comfort food elevated, with gooey cheese, fresh herbs, and a satisfying crunch. * **Italian Green Olives** - Briny, fresh, and bursting with flavor -- a perfect nibble between bites. * **PEI Mussels in Dunkable Garlic Butter Sauce** - Plump, tender mussels bathed in garlicky, buttery heaven, served with bread to soak up every drop. And don't miss their **artisanal espresso** -- a rich, velvety shot that proves their attention to detail extends right down to the last sip. **Bottom line:** The Royal Deluxe is worth the trip to Weston all on its own. It's a place where the food is thoughtful, the flavors are bold yet balanced, and the experience feels like you've stumbled upon a hidden gem -- because you have.
