Weston Coffee Roastery has a nice origin story and is owned by locals. I love the location and the all brick building and interior walls. For a coffee shop that offers single origin beans and freshly roasts their beans I was hoping for more. I ordered a simple honey cappuccino. They offer it in 12oz, 14oz and 20z. A cappuccino should only be served as a 6oz. When I asked to just have a 12oz with a lot less milk they could not comprehend. I changed my order to an iced 12oz honey latte. Also their 12oz is only served with one shot which is absurd so I had to add a shot. Lastly, the espresso was very bitter and tasted burnt, this is the barista technique. Overall, coffee was not good on the day I visited due to my espresso being burnt. Staff was nice. read more

Weston definitely needs a walk-in place like this where you can grab an easy drink and bite and get back to your shopping. Stopped by this cute little coffee shop in quaint little downtown Weston to pass some time. Ordered an iced cafe mocha sub almond milk and sat at the window to read. Place stayed pretty busy and the window seat had a lovely view of the busy little downtown. Coffee was good, little pricey. Shop offered some merchandise and little pastries. This is a cute coffee shop! I love all of the local art that's up front too. I ordered the weston raspberry mocha, which was rich in flavor and so good! The girl working was so sweet! They had a couch and some chairs that we sat around in for a little bit before going out to shop around. They are a roasterie so you can buy a bag of their coffee beans to take home which is awesome! Pros: The customer service was great. I attended the AppleFest here and the coffee shop was crowded - everyone needed an afternoon pick-me-up it seemed. The baristas kept pace and the workers served with a smile. The place had cute little decor and the fact that they had a small lit tree up made me happy :) Cons: I ordered a chai latte with a shot of espresso. It came out to be a little over 6 dollars. Kinda on the pricey side but I'm all about supporting local business. Taste wise: I'd skip it. I was disappointed as it kinda had a sort of bland taste, no real spices. I barely tasted the espresso shot, which I didn't mind so much but generally with a dirty chai, you have to taste one or the other... but sadly, I didn't. Maybe I'll be back again to try their coffee if I'm ever up north again. But it just kinda left me disappointed and not all that satisfied. read more

What a great little spot to grab coffee!! We were in town for a wedding and stopped in to caffeinate before heading home. The vibe in here is awesome! It's cozy and clean, the coffee was a bit lighter than I prefer but still a good flavor, and the staff was incredibly friendly. This roastery provides the experience you expect from a local coffee shop...small, quaint & homey. I had the barista make my selection for me and had the mocha hazelnut latte. It took quite a while for my latte to be made...it seemed as a party of 3 got all their drinks before mine. The latte had a good blend of mocha and hazelnut. It was a very strong caffeinated drink so I added a little cream to tone it down a bit. On this cold rainy day the roastery provided a warm place to sit on the couch or as I did...beat someone at a fierce game of checkers. read more

Drove down one Sunday afternoon wanting a place to hang out, get some coffee, and get some work done. Respectably, many places are closed on Sunday, but I'm a heathen who likes to work on Sundays so it's nice to have places to go to this day of the week. Located in the heart of downtown Weston, parking is horrendous. However, if you drive around a bit you're bound to find a spot and walk no more than a block or two. After dealing with stress of parking, it's nice to walk into Weston Coffee Roastery, which just oozes with chillness--very open, a bit dark, quiet acoustic rock playing in the background (or if you catch them on a good day you might get a fun musician or band coming in to play live). I've been here a handful of times and tried different items each time. In addition to your usuals--coffee, lattes, cappucinos, mochas, etc.--they have specialty drinks, teas, hot chocolate, etc. I like their chai tea, which is incredibly spicey and a touch fruity, but not overwhelmingly so. The majority of WCR's food offerings are limited to baked goods, with a handful of different cookies, muffins, and biscotti. They also make a delicious breakfast burrito, but that's it for your savory options. Weston Coffee Roastery is a fantastic addition to Weston, which was begging for a coffee shop. I do recommend swinging by if you're around, but make sure that build into your schedule some time to find parking and be aware that you won't eat a big meal here. However, those issues are worth dealing with in order to enjoy a good cup of coffee in a nice, relaxing environment. read more

This coffee shop is located in charming Weston, Missouri. The interior feel warm, and is minimally decorated. The branding is nice, and the layout is lovely When it comes to the employees, however, this quaint coffee shop looses all of its charm. My wife, mother in law, and brothers in law stopped in this last Sunday, hoping to get some hot chocolate and warmed, spiced cider. Unfortunately, they weren't prepped for hot cider (though they could have heated it with the steam wand on their espresso machine). We also were seeking to relive ourselves. When my wife asked for the bathroom, a lady (roughly in her 50's) declared roughly that there was a line and "she was going to need to wait awhile." We could see the bathroom door (located behind the split counter), and there clearly was not a line. The gentleman working next to her then said quite loudly and gruffly "Yenno, ours isn't the only bathroom in town. People just think it is." After buying both cold cider and hot chocolate, these individuals (very possibly the owners) treated us very rudely and with no sense of hospitality. I wanted to give this coffee shop 5 stars, but beyond my drink tasting very delicious (I ordered a raspberry mocha and all the people visiting I brought with my loved their drinks), the wait time was a little ridiculous. I ordered my coffee last as my family waited in the car with my sleeping child, I was the only customer waiting for a drink, and the barista walked off at one point and may have even forgot about my drink, as I looked around. I will go again and see about the wait. I'm hoping it was a fluke and that my next drink is as good as my first. Very clean establishment, too. read more

We stop for a hot beverage before heading back to KC this afternoon and was pleasantly delighted by this cute shop on Main Street. I had the chai latte and it was excellent!
