I believe in-store customers should be acknowledged and assisted before phone calls. Thankfully, a cashier noticed I was waiting and stepped in to help. My pickup took less than 5 minutes. If she hadn't stepped in, I would have waited even longer. While I appreciate the cashier's help, the lack of acknowledgment at the service desk was frustrating and disappointing.

Recently, we got our new front door from here and there was a mix up on the order. The manager Kayla totally made it right and we are so appreciative and happy with our new front door! I found the Nutro brand cheaper than PetsSmart and also her preferred treat, Wholesomes Gourmet Rewards Cheesy Bites. They have large area for pet food. I walked through the store. Virtually anything you need for animals, tack, clothes and all sorts of ranch supplies. Plenty of parking out front. The restrooms on the back wall have no access codes. I provided my email and phone number in order to earn Rewards. I noticed they have discount days. The checker was friendly.
