I never dreamed it would cost me MORE than $550 to have everything repaired. This estimate was to repair to small areas in our bedroom and office. The carpet installer said the backing of the carpet is coming off because of using so much water on the carpet. What's worse is they won't take responsibility for thier own mistakes. Tried to throw me under the bus with my customer. They're take offs are far from complete and they pass the buck on personal responsibility. They can't even unload hardiboard siding they don't have the equipment , they claimed to have told me they couldn't deliver, without me supplying a forklift. But the truth was Joe never told me he couldn't deliver the product, his dispatcher did. But he then he said he'd figure something out. Then they both threw me under the bus to protect themselves for whatever reason, I couldn't care less what they said about me. But I thought we were good and worked things out. So as an act of good will I sent another house over to bid with MY OWN material take off and Joe sent a passive aggressive email to all my subs, and supplier's etc and in the email thread saying he wouldn't supply for THIS CONTRACTOR. All of this unnecessary passive aggressive behavior over a small disagreement started OVER A FORKLIFT. They claim thier customer service makes up for thier higher prices. But that is not so. My experience with Builders first source BMC UFP They have far superior customer service and material take offs that are always within 10%.. I just walked out of builders first source with everything I need and was treated fairly and with respect, as the way I am accustomed. Side note the owner of County line seemed reasonable and fair. But wouldn't fix anything.

Denver Steam Cleaning seems to have a lot of availability, so we were able to schedule service quickly. 2. Price was reasonable. 3. Technicians were friendly. 4. We engaged them for one part of our couch. Both times they cleaned some extra sections of the couch at no extra charge. Cons: 1. The first time we booked them they didn't ask many questions beyond what we needed cleaned and when we needed it cleaned. We scheduled an appointment and when the crew showed up, they said they couldn't do the work because they couldn't park close enough to the door of the Airbnb unit. If they had asked prior to coming what the accessibility of the unit was like, we could have told them. Because they didn't ask, we had to reschedule the service for a different day. 2. The second time they came the couch was very clean, but they left a HUGE mess in the Airbnb unit: lots of water and wet leaves on the floor around the couch, down the staircase, and in the bathroom. I spent 30 minutes cleaning up. They didn't acknowledge the mess at all before they left. They also left our front gate open when departing.

B&G were very flexible in scheduling both the measuring appointment and the installation appointment, which I especially appreciated with my busy schedule. There was one point in the fabrication process where Mel called me to inform me that my countertops were actually going to require the use of two slabs of stone, which was different from the original quote. She worked with me to make adjustments to the size of my kitchen island so that we were able to keep our materials and costs at just one slab - which made a huge difference! In the end, we think the island turned out even better with the slightly smaller dimensions. The countertops were installed flawlessly, and they even managed to keep our longest countertop to one piece with no seam! We have an older home with some definite challenges, and they navigated those challenges extremely well. We are beyond thrilled with our new countertops and would highly recommend Bath and Granite!
