The next day I called to ask the manager if my discount had been applied to the total of $667. He said no it wasn't and for me to come back and he would refund my money. Two days later, I started my car and the noise was still there. I went to get my refund and told the manager that I still had the noise. He was working on the refund and handed me the customer copy of the refund ticket and didn't really hear me when I said that "I still have the noise. " All he said was have a great day. Didn't at all listen to me and didn't ask how my car was running. He didn't even look up. But he did make money off of me. I guess that's what he was in business for. Would not recommend this auto shop as I think his prices were high. They really didn't listen to me when I was telling them my problem. All they heard was $. I was very upset and disappointed. I wasn't sure how extensive the damage was because my car sits so low, but it looked pretty bad from a distance. I thought maybe it would be much more severe than it was. I opted to take it to Fast specialties because if it had anything to do with my transmission or exhaust or my fuel lines or anything mechanical underneath, they could take care of me, and a body shop would probably have me send it somewhere else anyway. I made a phone call to Fast specialties after talking with my insurance and Trevor communicated with my insurance company and got the ball rolling. Trevor kept in constant contact with me sending me pictures of the damage after he got it on a lift and then told me what was damaged and then communicated with my insurance. They ordered the parts which took a while so I opted to have some Performance mods added to My Gt. They put on all the equipment made it look better than new and then they put it on the DYNO Made a video of the run and gave me the performance numbers. Throughout this whole process, I felt like I was there with all the pictures and detailed explanations about what they were doing and I have two boys and they love the video of the mustang on the DYNO. if you're looking to get your Mustang or Corvette or Performance vehicle worked on, I would go there. The first time I went there they were actually working on a Ford GT and I don't think the owner would trust a vehicle that's so expensive with fly-by-night mechanics. There is too much money at stake. I later found out it was an actual GT not a replica. That makes it even more impressive. I am happy with the service they gave me and the excellent customer service, and I will go there again for any modifications or upgrades for My mustang.

We have found the mechanics to be honest about what exactly needs to be done to our cars and we never have felt pressured or scared into having any work done that we did not feel needed to be done. The mechanics are upfront and honest with their estimates and what they feel is the best for the car. The prices are fair and most importantly they have great customer service.
