The yellow drips on the metal on the left side of the photo is the newly installed turbo leaking oil.
    James S.

I had a ford f-150 3.6 L turbo boost engine that ended up having one of its turbos fail. I brought it into this shop. The shop manager recommended replacing both turbos on the engine along with the muffler. Unfortunately, less than 3 months after the repair, fluid started leaking from one of the turbos. The staff was friendly, and they did a good job on the muffler modification, but the turbo repair, which cost over 5,000 dollars was not quality.

    Today's oil change.

When it dropped to 23, I asked the service person why. I was told that it depends on the driver. I am the only driver! I recently began taking it to Master Tech. They are friendly & professional. AND when I picked up my vehicle, lo & behold, the MPG is again at 27. Highly recommended!!

Repair: Differential Gear Shaft Replacement Repair entails: disconnecting brake lines, reconnecting, and bleeding them Cost: $5,335.00 Summary: 3 repair visits and 24 hours out of state emergency brake failure repair Repair 1 p/u date April 14th - failed at 70 miles an hour in Oregon on my way to San Diego, Ca, by the time I got back to Vancouver, WA it was worse than when I first brought in for the repair. Repair 2 p/u date June 4th - failed at 25 miles almost immediately June 9th went into the shop One Last Chance and I Demanded Toyota OEM parts since I learned I paid too much for none OEM parts and they were trying to pressurize the pinion gear themselves, the reason for the immediate failures. Also, stated if this replacement failed, I'd expect all my money back. Repair 3 date July 9th - my brakes lost pressure in early Sunday morning of July 12th on my way to San Diego, Ca. failed in Bakersfield, California at about 8:30 am after driving all night. Paid $395.91 for a 24-hour emergency mechanic to bleed my brakes. Brake Failure Cause: bubbles / air in the rear brake line. Why didn't it fail sooner - low traffic cool night driving, used cruise and to keep myself alert slowing through curves by shutting off cruise and accelerated then restarted cruise while driving through the Oregon and California mountains. What happens when bubbles / air gets in the brake lines: brake fluid heats up and the air expands causing no pressure to your brakes and the pedal goes to the floor.

Outstanding staff who truly cared about my car and my concerns. They took time to carefully listen and they have great communication skill and business communication practices. The staff are polite and respectful. I appreciate that they have never tried to "find" additional unrelated work, or to inflate the bill. Their pricing is competitive and fair. On top of everything, they stand behind their work. What a refreshing surprise!

Took it across the street and they told me that the brand new radiator hoses that failed because Orchards screwed up. Then when I sold my car, the guy who bought it called me to tell me that I did not have a newer timing belt, which Orchards had said I needed and I paid for with some other things. Quit going there because things were adding up to not good. I had an emergency and needed a transmission pan. Over the weekend while they had my car, rats or mice destroyed stuff in my car and started to eat through area where my accelerator is. My first aid kits were eaten up, a nice basket I had my dog stuff in. Unbelievable. The work was fine I mean it was a transmission pan but the rodent issue was disgusting!
