Super rude! I called on 8/2/18 to see if they could do a quick pick up. The lady had a harsh attitude, like I was doing her a favor for calling her. She asked me where it was being delivered and I told her it was at the Hyatt downtown San Francisco. She snapped back, "I need the address." When she asked me when I needed it delivered, I told her I needed it delivered in an hour. I got laughed at because they couldn't make a pick up/delivery in that time frame. This is my first time using a delivery company and didn't know what was realistic. Nobody needs to be treated that way, especially a customer. read more

We have been using WM for a long time. Lately, most dispatchers aren't interested on going into the building, onto the floor for pick up. I called today - 11/5/2018 @ 11:30pm - and the driver seemed very angry because he had to get out of his car, go to the building, onto our floor. He kept saying that the building security won't let him in. I told him I called security for clearance. Mathafker just hung up on me. Listen, If you don't like your job then quit! Their website says "24 hour immediate pickup", but they told me they are closed and call back tomorrow morning when I called them at 6:30pm to request delivery. read more

Undeniably, the most reliable, responsive, and professional courier service. Our firm trusts Western with the delivery, filing, and service of process of legal documents. Working with James / Jennifer is seamless and we know the job will get done and done right. They always are quick to respond, but they also go above and beyond to ensure the job gets done. Hands down the best. read more

Jennifer at Western Messenger has gone so far above and beyond for me so many times, this review is way overdue. I've needed things delivered to and from some pretty unusual places, and needed some urgent emergency-level deliveries done with no notice and it gives me so much more power in my legal practice to know that Western is a phone call away and is standing by to kick @$$ and make it happen for me. And their prices are very reasonable. Western comes with my high endorsement and I am a regular, grateful, and happy customer of theirs. read more

Not bad for your run-of-the-mill delivery around SF. However, don't get too sophisticated with them. Their legal services division cannot handle process serving and has provided several bad proofs of service. I may call them if I need something messengered, but never again for process serving! read more

These guys are the best messengers to ride on two wheels, EVER! I should know, I used to be a bike messenger with them.

I've used them for a few years at law firms I've worked for. Their courier service around the city are reliable. But ridiculous that I have to call to follow up if the delivery was completed. Their legal dept and process servers are terrible. Messed up a few of my cases in service of subpoenas and blotched a few proof of services. Do not use their legal services! read more

My law firm uses Western Messenger every day and they are the most courteous and professional people around. We have used Western Messenger for 8 years. They are always polite. If there is ever a problem with the delivery of a package/envelope, they are on the ball and call me to check-in on what to do next. I have never had a problem with a package not getting to the destination on time. Also, when needing messenger service outside of their area, they are always helpful in recommending other messenger/delivery services. I cannot recommend them higher. They are amazing! read more

I've used Western Messenger's service exclusively for my law firm since the mid-1980's. They are always responsive, on time and thorough, not to mention friendly. Just today they hand delivered a letter in 35 minutes from the time I emailed it to them. Can't say enough great things! read more

They are professional, super fast, extremely reliable and a friendly group of people to do business with. I have used many different messenger services over the years working in San Francisco. No one beats Western! I highly recommend Western to anyone looking for a messenger service. A very satisfied customer! read more

Without a doubt this company is AMAZING! I am located about as far away from San Fran as one can be, as I am in NY, and my client and her packages were in CA. FedEx dropped the ball for a huge event and the folks at Western Messenger not only were kind, patient and understanding, but they were quick! Within 3 hours of my call, they had picked up all 10 boxes, arrived at my client's home AND then brought all the packages she didn't need over to her San Carlos office! Cannot say enough about these wonderful people! A+++++++ read more

The law firm I worked for for ten years swore by Western for filing documents, for serving document, and for court searches. Very nice people and super efficient! read more

Please be careful this courier service I posting this because normal folk need to know the services who judge your status without a lawyer stay away they can really harm the precious time deadlines in court. The other reason my case got transferred on the same day this service was meant to file my amendment which never went on the docket yet this service charged me TWICE . I noticed the petition and the supervising clerk gave permission for the amendment to be brought to her. The amended writ now for all of you who do not know what a writ is it is what we are allowed to do if we feel a judge has deprived us of our rights it is important and most reading this who have been to court without a lawyer would agree of course the court clerks may not want this they work for a judge so it is necessary for a courier to state what it is to the clerk and it automatically is filed under the law. The title is on the front cover. What this company did was fax it only, their own stamp verifies this no file stamp i am still waiting. I told them to file it by courier and I was charged for this explaining the only way it will not be accepted is by fax so that was their choice This started long ago with their sister company king courier my rights in the supreme court were taken and the employees of these two companies unfortunately seemed to enjoy this. I would bet they never read my papers an experienced writ writer had helped me donating his time he has reported this to the justice dept.. See below review of the review of other company "the broken printer". King courier was notified in the morning if the supreme court of California has an issue with filings a clerks notice is sent however a review petition is always filed first the correction is done by written notice giving time for the correction your service is to file papers for those who cannot not. I never received any proof you did this or confirmation was never sent to me. The court states there was no delivery it was not filed you took the one day the last day of the ten day deadline for review of a writ of mandate. A writ of mandate or an appeal of has been filed since the magna carta in spite of difficult clerks all courts have. I called you in the morning your employee Esther did everything possible to delay until before 5:00 pm stating you cannot afford printers stalling on the phone I do not know why i was treated this way unfortunately your employees seemed to enjoyed it. i was so afraid my papers would not be seen and you did this to me. The deadlines are crucial you know that and the court is right across the street your employee stated it takes hours to print on the only printer you have which is old? I inquired your a courier service??? I need the file stamp copy she promised to retrieve on Monday is that not what i paid for?? Your customer service as they frantically hung up the phone stated they would give me a refund on Monday due to your printer it was promised of course your employee so guilty he could not speak with me hanging up after finding out what happened putting me on hold to look up my order. Did you ever think of reading the papers perhaps i was harmed in this case denied a jury trial on an important issue which will take my personal property and my pet from me which was stolen. If you are not going to refund could you upload pics for others if you are a true service please let us see your office and the printer you have the old one described or if you have others so we will know. If you do not want to help the average person be honest you do not need to harm our rights allow us to find a service who will help with the time we have. The most famous writ granted was written by an illiterate man on a napkin in prison it was about a fair trial as my review to Justice Canti Suyake was. the napkin was granted in the us supreme court by the highest justice of our country he was given a new trial as i might have been write a declaration send it to me upload it here for others to see you are a decent business this should state regarding your printer so i can file for default to the justice and my review of my writ of mandate may happen if it is the truth or send me the file stamp cover you have charged me for i am disabled with the money i could buy groceries or water i will need it without the review of the right to my jury trial. What your company took the hope of all regular folks who need the court you should be ashamed. I am sure the population who have had to go to court without an attorney will verify there are always clerks who are disagreeable however the laws and the constitution are for all of us. NEITHER COMPANY HAS REFUNDED AND MY PETITION FOR REVIEW WAS REJECTED WITHOUT A FILE STAMP WHEN I TRIED TO SAVE IT SENDING IT OVERNIGHT MY WRIT IS NOW IN THE LOWER COURT WHO ALREADY RULED ON THE ISSUE I HAVE NO HOPE . PLEASE BE CAREFUL THEY ARE RULING ON YOUR FILINGS Was this review read more
