Super rude! I called on 8/2/18 to see if they could do a quick pick up. The lady had a harsh attitude, like I was doing her a favor for calling her. She asked me where it was being delivered and I told her it was at the Hyatt downtown San Francisco. She snapped back, "I need the address." When she asked me when I needed it delivered, I told her I needed it delivered in an hour. I got laughed at because they couldn't make a pick up/delivery in that time frame. We have been using WM for a long time. Lately, most dispatchers aren't interested on going into the building, onto the floor for pick up. I called today - 11/5/2018 @ 11:30pm - and the driver seemed very angry because he had to get out of his car, go to the building, onto our floor. Not bad for your run-of-the-mill delivery around SF. However, don't get too sophisticated with them. Their legal services division cannot handle process serving and has provided several bad proofs of service. I may call them if I need something messengered, but never again for process serving! read more

Without a doubt this company is AMAZING! I am located about as far away from San Fran as one can be, as I am in NY, and my client and her packages were in CA. Please be careful this courier service I posting this because normal folk need to know the services who judge your status without a lawyer stay away they can really harm the precious time deadlines in court. The other reason my case got transferred on the same day this service was meant to file my amendment which never went on the docket yet this service charged me TWICE . I noticed the petition and the supervising clerk gave permission for the amendment to be brought to her. The amended writ now for all of you who do not know what a writ is it is what we are allowed to do if we feel a judge has deprived us of our rights it is important and most reading this who have been to court without a lawyer would agree of course the court clerks may not want this they work for a judge so it is necessary for a courier to state what it is to the clerk and it automatically is filed under the law. The title is on the front cover. What this company did was fax it only, their own stamp verifies this no file stamp i am still waiting. I told them to file it by courier and I was charged for this explaining the only way it will not be accepted is by fax so that was their choice This started long ago with their sister company king courier my rights in the supreme court were taken and the employees of these two companies unfortunately seemed to enjoy this. I would bet they never read my papers an experienced writ writer had helped me donating his time he has reported this to the justice dept.. King courier was notified in the morning if the supreme court of California has an issue with filings a clerks notice is sent however a review petition is always filed first the correction is done by written notice giving time for the correction your service is to file papers for those who cannot not. I never received any proof you did this or confirmation was never sent to me. The court states there was no delivery it was not filed you took the one day the last day of the ten day deadline for review of a writ of mandate. A writ of mandate or an appeal of has been filed since the magna carta in spite of difficult clerks all courts have. I called you in the morning your employee Esther did everything possible to delay until before 5:00 pm stating you cannot afford printers stalling on the phone I do not know why i was treated this way unfortunately your employees seemed to enjoyed it. i was so afraid my papers would not be seen and you did this to me. The deadlines are crucial you know that and the court is right across the street your employee stated it takes hours to print on the only printer you have which is old? I inquired your a courier service??? I need the file stamp copy she promised to retrieve on Monday is that not what i paid for?? Your customer service as they frantically hung up the phone stated they would give me a refund on Monday due to your printer it was promised of course your employee so guilty he could not speak with me hanging up after finding out what happened putting me on hold to look up my order. Did you ever think of reading the papers perhaps i was harmed in this case denied a jury trial on an important issue which will take my personal property and my pet from me which was stolen. If you are not going to refund could you upload pics for others if you are a true service please let us see your office and the printer you have the old one described or if you have others so we will know. If you do not want to help the average person be honest you do not need to harm our rights allow us to find a service who will help with the time we have.
