Statler Chicken

Generally good food and service, my waitress was very friendly and accommodating. However the ambiance was a bit overwhelming as there was both clamorous conversation paired with music being played as well. The chicken was also a bit dry and unseasoned though the broccoli and mashed potatoes were delicious.

Pretty good value for the portion sizes. And good service- very attentive to families with young kids

You can go tapas and share or not depending on your style. We like to try everything and suggest you do the same. Which was a plus. We were seated right away. Nice table with a very pleasant but absent minded server. It's small plates and now pizza. We ordered the brussel sprouts, ceviche, wild ramps, wagyu beef , salad, mushroom pizza and dessert. We each ordered a drink. For hits -- brussel sprouts were a bit, good crunch and sweetness. The salad had a great crunch and was well prepared. Mushroom pizza was maybe the highlight. As good is not better than Posto. Very well executed. The best of the best was the donut. Amazing donut! For misses -- the ceviche we could not find the fish and it was over powered by the seasonings. The ramps again all we could taste was the cilantro. Wagyu beef - my friend is a huge fan of it. She found it chewy and oddly paired with grits? Other notes -- this place was so loud that we could not hear each other, almost at a night club level. Unpleasant. Service was very inconsistent and I'd offer not up to their standards. Last the price we spent $240 for two people. Between the ambiance and the food misses, I think this is a hard pass going forward. Pizza was amazing.

The donuts called my name the minute I stepped up to the bar to order...so many yummy options to chose from and the same goes for their coffee choices. The team at Midnight Morning really took time to cater to my needs and answer questions to help me make great choices since it was my first time in. I ended up ordering a Cortado, the avocado and pepper jam sandwich, and their epic strawberry brioche doughnut. When I'm not in a rush, I'm going to definitely come back and enjoy the patio area and a cocktail. I'm sure it will be amazing!

It was their first time organizing it so definitely a bit chaotic and several kinks to work out but I'd say it was a success and hope they make it an annual tradition. We ordered a bunch of apps to try and enjoyed them all - Beets with shiso labne, goat cheese and currant croquettes, buttermilk fried pickles, veggie dumplings. Everybody's favorite were the buttermilk fried pickles. Generous portion, very crispy, and downright yummy. Each of us ordered a cocktail and we enjoyed those as well. We also tried the throwdown flight (coffee + cocktail) and that was probably the only thing we didn't enjoy as much - but maybe that's just us! Highly recommend food-wise. Service was a bit hit-or-miss that evening. Took a looooong time for anyone to take our order and we had to keep craning our necks to flag down the wait staff, especially if you're sitting at the long center table. They also got us pork dumplings first and when we mentioned it, they apologized and brought over the veggie dumplings. But it was a busy night so I'll just say, it happens.

We arrived during the dinner rush and were lucky to get one of the last available tables. Despite how busy it was, we were seated quickly, and our server immediately went over the dinner specials with us. We started with the fried calamari, which was decent--nothing extraordinary, but still enjoyable. For our main dishes, I ordered the pistachio‑crusted haddock with grilled vegetables, while my colleague chose the fajitas. The dinner special was the highlight for me: the haddock was incredibly fresh, cooked perfectly, and wonderfully moist with a delicate, flaky texture. I loved it. My colleague said the fajitas were fine, though not particularly memorable for his taste. Service throughout the evening was excellent, especially considering the crowd. Overall, I really enjoyed our meal and the attentive service. I'd happily return the next time I'm in town.

Parking was our concern but, lot on corner. Signage 2 hour limit, no paid kiosk sooooo?? Loved the exterior wall mural. NAVY medal of honor, old MBTA trolley, etc. THANKS. The fries look fresh cut in photos from years ago on yelp but now they're bright yellow frozen style ones. No one liked their meals. I suspect this place decided to cut its food costs and switched to all generic products that come frozen. We decided to pull this place from our sports bar rotation. Hope it improves.
