I got the short rib panini and upgraded the fries to Parmesan truffle fries for an extra $1.50. My boyfriend got the buffalo chicken cutlet sandwich with regular fries. The panini was delicious. The short rib was moist and tender and it had a lot of flavor. The Parmesan truffle fries has a lot of flavor. My boyfriend's buffalo chicken cutlet sandwich was okay. I ate here with my family the day after Christmas. The restaurant is very nice and the staff all seemed friendly. The drinks were good and the food was decent. I got a fish sandwich and it was average. Not too sure how everyone else felt about their meal but no one complained. We had a great time at the restaurant only to have it ruined by having our waiter, Alex, chase us out to the car as if we had skipped out on the bill. We were in the car about to leave and we hear someone saying "Excuse me!" so we roll the window down. He CLAIMED that he thought he was missing one of the credit card receipts but he miraculously found it right there. He was not telling the truth as he was holding the 3 trays in his hand and all 3 trays had the signed receipt in them! We all came to the conclusion that the real reason he came outside was because we left a cash tip which he couldn't find because it was tucked behind one of the slips. Just by chance that we stopped there as we are not from the area. All the staff were very good, attentive and polite. The food was also very good. We had the steak and cheese egg rolls to start, they were very good. My wife had the Chicken Bucatini and was very pleased with her choice, said the chicken was the tastiest and juiciest she has ever had. I had the Hot Pastrami Sandwich which was also very good and the fries that came with it were exceptional, crispy and not at all greasy. The chef could give lessons as to how to fry food properly! Good place overall, and worth stopping in before or after a movie next door. I think they sell discounted movie tickets with a meal too. This review is really only for the bartenders service, as I have yet to actually eat or drink here. My first attempt to try this place was about 6 months ago. It was a Friday night and pretty busy. I found a place at the bar but after about 5 minutes of waiting neither of the bartenders acknowledged me so I left and went to outback. This time was last night a Tuesday night 9:50. I walked in and asked if the kitchen was still open. I was informed that it closes at 10, so I had to hurry. There was plenty of open spots at the bar. I found a seat and politely waited. 2 bartenders a male looked like he was doing some side work, emptying buss tubs and what not. The Female was chatting with a large group in the corner. Not a problem I'm patient. She turns to the register and I try to get her attention. She goes back to the large group and gives them a menu. It's now going on about 5 minutes. A gentleman now sits next to me. The female bartender doesn't even say hello to me but walks right over to the other guys greets him, asks what he drinking and informs him that the kitchen is closing in 5!!! I got up and walked out. She had to walk past me to greet him. I have been in this industry for almost 20 years. All she had to do was say hello to me, just acknowledge my existence. Ordered over the phone for takeout, the menu states one price and when I showed up they were charging me more. A lot more. When I inquired about this, I was told it's because the menu "literally just changed" and it wasn't reflected online yet. I asked if they would honor their online price (because how would anyone who is calling to place an order know that their menu prices had changed?) and I was told no that I would have to pay this higher price. confusing. I had also asked to substitute fries for a side salad and was charged $5 extra for this, even though nowhere on the menu (again) was this indicated since the menu online states that sides come with sandwiches. We went here for Mother's Day last night and the food was delicious. We were a large group (7 adults and 5 kids) and was so glad they could take us at last minute. My kids and I loved the bread rolls. Our waitress (Britney) was great. She kept checking on us which was nice. They ran out of the fish and chips, but I ordered the Salmon which was perfect! Went there for lunch today. Had their West End Cobb salad. Although I had to ask for extra honey mustard dressing twice, it was quite good. Everything was fresh and flavorful. My friend had the special of the day a chicken panini and raved about it. It was so good I'm going back tomorrow night for dinner with my brother, we're going to try their bar pizza. I enjoy coming here with a small group of friends. I always get their salmon dish because I'll eat salmon anywhere available to be honest. At first it feels like you're checking into a hotel but once they take you further back you realize how huge the restaurant actually is. Overall vibe is nice, cozy, and has a huge bar in the back. Was here for a holiday company party last week and I think I speak for all involved that it was a great experience. Our reserved section was well placed and organized and our two servers were very friendly and attentive, taking care of the 20 of us quite nicely. We were served a variety of appetizers; nachos, buffalo tenders, spring rolls and scallops and bacon---incredible by the way, the bacon was crispy and the scallops fully cooked. It's no secret that many restaurants serve this but can never seem to get it right. They were excellent. As for myself, I had the stuffed cod, which was delicious. From what I had seen others eating, their food looked great (panini sandwhich, surf and turf, steak and cheese sandwich...all looked terrific.) Judging from the empty plates at the end, I'd say everyone was happy. I look forward to coming back for a regular dinner sometime soon. read more

My husband and I are from CT but were in the area visiting local breweries. We found this restaurant on yelp and I have to say it is absolutely FANTASTIC. I don't normally post reviews on yelp, but since this restaurant currently has only 4.5/5 stars I felt it was necessary for me to give a 5 star rating and try to boost their rating. We sat at the bar for our meal, and not only were all the bartenders very attentive and amazing, but the food was to die for. My husband and I almost both got the Short Rib, but at the last minute he switched to the NY Sirloin and neither dish disappointed. The meat was cooked perfectly and the potato sides were delicious. This place was a disaster. We walked in and there was no hostess. The floor was dirty. We walked in and no one sat us. When we finally got a hostess, he appeared flustered and too busy. He sat us at a table and said the silverware coming. My wife went to the restroom and come back and no one asked for drinks or appetizer orders yet. No one was seated at the front of the restaurant so it seemed like no one worked there. Simply this place is mess around and need major help!! read more

My wife and I had a GREAT experience at the new Kingston location on Tuesday night. Eli was our waiter and he was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable about all the different appetizer and entree selections as well as the multiple different drink offerings. He had the perfect balance between table-side "banter", menu suggestions and service......making for a really pleasant night. The food was outstanding.............from the steak & cheese egg roles to the onion soup to the Bolognese. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming and they did a terrific job with the building renovations.
