    150 Sheets shredding apart

    These were the Silky TENCEL™ Sheet Set At $149- as they washed the pillow cases color changed and don't match and the fabric pictured is shredding apart. I've had other sheet sets from other companies that have lasted for years with the same use and care. When I spoke with west elm about the quality of the sheets and see if they would offer a replacement, they said they have a 30 day return policy and wouldn't stand behind their product. Highly disappointed in this brand and quality. Horrible customer services experience and they obviously don't care about the quality of product they are selling.

    Not a blackout curtain but sold as that.

    I ordered custom-sized blackout curtains for $370.00. I understood that they would be non-refundable because of the custom sizing but when I hung them, light comes through. They are "room-darkening" but not blackout. I have other blackout curtains and no light comes through. So essentially, the product was not as described. Customer service would not issue a refund even though the product does not blackout light. Won't be shopping at West Elm or Pottery Barn again, out of principle. Obviously, their vendor does not know the difference between blackout and room darkening.

    I recently purchased an X-shaped dish rack from West Elm's website. It shipped 9 days after I initially placed the order; I don't know that that's normal, to ship more than a week afterwards. (This was my first time ordering from a housewares/furniture store.) It arrived the day I was told that it would, great. My only other issue is that I ordered it in black, and received white. The invoice as well as the order confirmation email both listed the color chosen as black. I did not bother sending it back or calling to complain, because aside from being the wrong color, it came as described and is fully functional.

    I got coach and 2 chairs for $1800, after couple month they started making noise and getting unshaped. Very low quality for the. Price.

    We stopped by Watson Kennedy Fine Home after being drawn in by its beautifully curated window…read moredisplay, and it did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the wonderful staff. The store is a dream, everything is thoughtfully color-coordinated, making it a feast for the eyes. There's truly something for everyone, and it's the perfect one-stop shop for creating a thoughtful gift basket. I could have easily spent hours browsing the unique selection, but my husband was eager to get to our next destination. We were visiting from out of town the first time we stopped in, but now it is a go to spot, even if it's just to check out what they have put out recently! If you're in Seattle, this store is an absolute must-visit!

    Went here a couple of days ago and had a horrible experience…read more I went on a sunny day, and couldn't see through the window very well. I looked at the sign and it said they were open but I didn't see anyone inside. There's a buzzer out the door and I went and pressed it. No one came so I pressed it one more time. At this point, I saw movement and was buzzed in. Once in, I felt the sales associate staring at me. It was only me and her and I felt quite awkward. I couldn't figure out if I had something on my face or my shirt was on backwards. Finally, the sales associate sternly says "you know, we can hear the buzzer from back there. You do not need to buzz us so many times." I was appalled. I had never been stared at or talked to so rudely. I kindly said "Oh! Sorry. I didn't see anyone inside so I wasn't sure if you could hear me." She didn't respond to that and thankfully another customer came in. I promptly left and will be taking my money elsewhere. It's a bummer as I used to be a loyal shopper and love to support small businesses. As a veteran of customer service, I understand how demanding said job can be, but it doesn't merit being rude to customers.
