We placed an order for a 3-piece sectional sofa on the website, and Vic (owner) called right after to confirm the order. The sofa was backordered at the time of order, but Vic ensured it would get delivered in a week. When the furniture came, unassembled, it was missing the ottoman. I called Vic and he had it delivered the next day. Then, during assembly, one of the screws was defective and Vic personally delivered replacements screws, same day, to our home. Amazing customer service! Very helpful and resolved all our issues professionally. I highly recommend this store. As for the sofa. Easy to assemble and had it for 7 months now, it's holding up just fine. :)

The salesperson was very nice and suggested I look through their catalog. I did find a loveseat that was a good enough match so I bought it. Unfortunately, it has to be the most uncomfortable loveseat I've ever sat on. Stiff seats that make my back hurt after a few minutes. Hard as a rock and no one wants to sit on it. I'm thinking of replacing it already and I haven't had it that long...and it wasn't cheap either! Please don't buy a catalog item without trying it out first.

If you are in the market for great mid-century furniture, then MidCenturyLA is the place to go. We…read morelive in San Diego and had been searching the country for months for some Kai Kristiansen dining room chairs. We found just what we wanted at MidCenturyLA. The owner, David, and his staff member, Aimee, were a delight to work with. They answered all our questions and went to extra lengths to make sure these chairs would fit our needs. Their inventory is incredible. They provided all the information needed for ordering upholstery, deliveries, etc. When there was a slight mix-up on the order they went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. Furthermore, if you have been trying to buy furniture lately and finding 4-6 month delivery times check them out. Their turnaround time to reupholster and refinish the chairs like NEW is totally dependent on how fast you can get your fabric chosen and delivered to them . Once they have everything it is just a couple of weeks for classic furniture to be new again. This is our "GO TO" for any future furniture purchases. Peggy and Tom from San Diego
