Four months after ordering, I still don't have the stools. I understand production problems happen. My issue is the lack of communication or accountability. When I expressed frustration about the delay, the response was simply, "we can issue you a refund if you'd like." I've also seen other customers describe similar experiences with delays and poor communication, so mine does not seem unique. I still really liked the stools, but the way this order has been handled has been very frustrating.

I just wish it was a lot more direct way to go from the beginning of the store to the location you wanted to and then out but the main system here does have a rhyme to the reason however, I'm completely over the rhyme I want to get in and out sometimes as soon as possible. Overall, a 4/5 star visit because it took way too long to go to the exit from the section, after finding my item directly, within five minutes, and then took me another 12 minutes to get out of the store. ,
