Zack responded the same morning I requested their service and a quote. He and Carlos came out that same day, inspected the roof, and presented us with options. We ended up getting a completely new roof, and they did an awesome job. Throughout the process Zack and Carlos took multiple photos/videos to show us what they were seeing on the roof and in the attic. To say they were transparent and had great communication doesn't do it justice. Every single part of the process was laid out and they updated us throughout the whole process. It made the whole thing so much less stressful for our family. We have a 1,300 square foot house and they were able to take off the old roof (including 30 plywood pieces) and install the new one in under 48 hours from start to finish. I had just come home from work as they were finishing, and Carlos had me come up on the roof right then and there to see the work they had done before it was dark. Without getting into details on how horrific our old roof was, I immediately could tell that the new roof they had just installed was done very well and properly. The bathroom faucet wouldn't fit. The roofing is fixed and the flashing is done to standard after having them come back and do it right the second time. They will throw the contract at you so make sure it covers you "the customer" up front if you decide to go with this company. Original: This is an extremely unprofessional, overpriced company that does not stand by the work they do and will not remedy issues caused by their company. Like other reviewers say, there is a language barrier while work is happening. While they are at your house, WATCH THEM LIKE A HAWK and video them being unprofessional if you have to. They did the job incorrectly on my roof vents, drip edge and flashing. Customer should be able to trust a contractor.... you can't trust them. PERIOD. The "toss" heavy roof material leaving cracks in drywall and damage to your house, which they will not take responsibility for. They even damaged my kitchen cabinets due to the vibration and rough work leaving my new cabinets coming off the wall. They simply blow debris around to "clean up" your yard. it's disgusting and these people don't deserve to be in business. They are absolutely not worth the price and only care about money. Rude customer service, cross out the liability section in your contract. . I'm disgruntled.
