I had brain surgery 3 months ago, I really don't need this crap. Don't recommend nd, still finding roofing nails around my house. Update. They did try to make it right in a way. I have to give them credit for that. That turns this review from a 1 to a 3. The damage to the interior of my house still exists and is ultimately up to me to fix. The roofing is fixed and the flashing is done to standard after having them come back and do it right the second time. They will throw the contract at you so make sure it covers you "the customer" up front if you decide to go with this company. Original: This is an extremely unprofessional, overpriced company that does not stand by the work they do and will not remedy issues caused by their company. Like other reviewers say, there is a language barrier while work is happening. While they are at your house, WATCH THEM LIKE A HAWK and video them being unprofessional if you have to. They did the job incorrectly on my roof vents, drip edge and flashing. Customer should be able to trust a contractor.... you can't trust them. PERIOD. The "toss" heavy roof material leaving cracks in drywall and damage to your house, which they will not take responsibility for. They even damaged my kitchen cabinets due to the vibration and rough work leaving my new cabinets coming off the wall. They simply blow debris around to "clean up" your yard. it's disgusting and these people don't deserve to be in business. They are absolutely not worth the price and only care about money. Rude customer service, cross out the liability section in your contract. . I'm disgruntled.

Working with the owner was OK. I got 3 bids and Stewart roofing was the lowest but there is a catch that you'll need to consider. Stewart's bid doesn't include Ice and Water shield. It wasnt on the bid as an option either. The others did include it. When i inquired about this i was informed it wasn't necessary. I did some research and 99% of other companies i checked with said its important. Im scratching my head at this point. I had somewhat of a working relationship with Stewart (they did a previous repair which went great) so i took Richard's word cause of his longevity in the career. I asked a lot of questions and they finally gave a cost to do it which i should of accepted but thought it was too high so i didn't. Im a bit concerned about that but only time will tell. The roof seems fine for the most part. Im not an expert. The job went fine with a couple hiccups. I struggled with leaving a review considering my concerns but here i am. Overall my experience was pretty good so im giving a 4 star.

I'm so grateful to have found Northwest Preferred Roofing! Our home is located in a smaller housing…read moredevelopment and build it '92 with a cedar shake roof. Over the last few years almost all of our neighbors had their roofs replaced with the composition roof and it really improved the look of their homes. We were dragging our feet because of the huge investment and several of our neighbors had horror stories of upsales, cheap materials being used, unreliable crews, the final bill being way more than the estimate ect. Needless to say we were worried and made sure to get several bids for comparison. When I called NW preferred the office manager was amazing and didn't make me feel like an idiot when I still hadn't figured exactly what type/look we were going for. I wasn't sure what would look good with the color and style of my home. She took the time to email me over some ideas based on the picture I sent her of my home! That to me was above and beyond and we were able to find the perfect look! My husband and I have crazy work schedules and they worked around us with ease so we could both be there to ask all our million questions. I LOVED that the actual foreman who would be working on our job came out to talk with us where he explained the process in simple terms from tear off to installation, the material options, time line ect. It was not some sales man with a binder who's probably never been on a roof. If you've had a few bids I'm sure you know exactly what I'm talking about. there was none of that scare tactic nonsense many of the companies who bid before tried to use either. He was straight forward, honest, knowledgeable, and efficient. Needless to say we picked NW Preferred and are so happy we did! To be honest, when the guy told me their crew could get it done in a weekend I was skeptical because we needed a full tearoff and all new decking (or whatever that's called) just to lay the new roof and several other companies said it would be 4-5 days. They showed up exactly when they said they would, all crew members were courteous (no blaring radios and tramping through our home!) & they finished ON TIME! They cleaned up thoroughly and when it was completed they had us do an inspection to make sure everything was to our satisfaction including the clean up. We shared our story with our neighbors who had their roofs done and our experience was by far superior and the best part is... we paid significantly less then they did!!!! Thank you Northwest Preferred Roofing! I will absolutely be recommending your services to my friends and family!!

Before contacting the roofing companies I did a deep study of roofing system and type of material and roofing companies. I decided to go with Certainteed Presidentail Shake TL Singles. I explored the GAF but the GAF certified contractor quotes were very high. I used Certainteed website to find contractors in my area. I called up few contractores and one of them was Eliseo from Allied roofing. After multiple discussions with him and looking at their track record I decided to go with Allied roofing. I have considered the various factors(years in business, the current market (Price), Select ShingleMaster title, reviews on various websites etc) in my decision making. Choosing Allied Roofing for our home roofing project was the best decision we could have made. Their team's professionalism and attention to detail were evident from the start. They not only delivered a high-quality roofing system but also ensured a seamless process from start to finish. We were particularly impressed with the real-time updates and the customer service team's responsiveness. It's clear that Allied Roofing values customer satisfaction above all, and it shows in their impeccable work and service. We highly recommend Allied Roofing to anyone in need of reliable and top-notch roofing services. The Allied roofing also replaced by gutter system. I am thankful to Alfonso , his team first removed gutters, then I got fascia boards painted, then they installed the gutters. I was impressed by flexibility Allied and Alfonso demonstrated. I am thankful to Alfonso and Allied for doing our roofing project.
