The air conditioning is not working - again! It's not just me in the house, there's a cat, too. Earlier in the hot summer the air condition stopped working. It was 2 days of high heat indoors before a repair person arrived. The air conditiining operated after that repair, until yesterday morning. The indoor temperature was 84 degrees in the late afternoon. If I were an owner in Leisure Village, I'd replace the air conditioner if need be. Multiple breakdowns, and not just this summer, would be untenablle to me. I wouldn't put a lessee through repeated breakdowns. And the rent was raised without informing me. No phone call, no text, no email. No notification at all.i was charged late fees. And to pay rent online costs $99.00!

The property manager was wonderful, very nice and genuinely cared about the tenants. Whenever something needed to be fixed, she was on it right away! The property grounds were always clean and well taken care of. We are currently living in our second Ventura Investment Company property and have been here for 3 years. The property manager at this location is great and when we need something done or fixed, she jumps on it right away, and schedules maintenance to come out. She is very attentive to our needs, very nice, and checks back in to make sure the job was done. The property grounds here are clean and well taken care of. One of their employees accidentally turned my water off for 3 days in December. I've been calling…read moresince December 6th, and it's February 27th to get a resolution. The last 12 days I've called everyday and no one from corporate has been able to return my call or respond to an email. I pay $3,000 a month, and they have so many empty units, rent is now $2,500 online. They offered me a $100 gift card for 3 days of no water, even though my rent is $100 a day, and I couldn't stay for 3 days. I had to get a hotel because I also have a 5 year old daughter and a dog. No one has replied or responded. Meanwhile the trash hasn't been picked up in 9 days, washers and dryers never work, the hardwood flooring in my apartment peeled up, no one came out so I fixed it myself. I've been here a year and a half, and right now they offer free 1st month rent if you move in, but I got offered $100 for compensation in a place I couldn't live at for 3 days. The hold music says what a great place they are to rent room, and such a respectable company... but I haven't been able to get a hold of corporate office once. This kid Ian keeps saying he doesn't know what else to tell me but sorry they don't call back... Ramona at corporate office is a receptionist and says she passes on every note... it's been 3 months.

Once in escrow it is easy for a client to have all paperwork at your fingertips as the Realtor invites you to an online portal which stores all the documents. No running through old emails trying to find an item. The portal also works with a cell phone so if you are on vacation it's no problem. The people I know who have used this company have been very happy with their Realtor's performance.
