As someone who has been through the mortgage financing grind six times in my life, I can claim…read morewithout any hesitation, that Strategic Home Loans is the best. Mark Gottlieb worked with me to make sure that we locked in the lowest possible rate, and when I say lowest possible rate... I don't know anyone who has a 30 year fixed mortgage as low or lower than the one I received. And I shopped around... Obviously there are a lot of factors that come into play with the rate, but Mark was a patient advisor who monitored the rates with me for a couple of weeks and when we both agreed it was time to lock in, call it luck, call it skill, call it serendipity, we locked in at rock bottom. The next day rates started climbing again. Then comes the process of getting the paperwork done. Mark, Denise Coffaro, and Robert Bartolomea shepherded my file with great care, making sure things kept moving forward and outstanding issues were addressed in a timely manner. It was a very stress-free process and I appreciated the transparency and communication of overall progress. They explained everything really well and were always available to answer questions. I don't think I ever waited more than 5 minutes for a response to an email. Lastly, for a transaction occurring during the COVID lockdown, I appreciate how everything was able to be done remotely. The only in-person meeting was with the notary to sign the documents, and they came to my house and were fine signing in our backyard, so I felt safe from beginning to end. I cannot recommend Strategic Home Loans highly enough... if you are looking to buy, or looking to refi, they are the best partners you could ask for.

My girlfriend and I were purchasing our first place and we could not be happier with our decision…read moreto have George help us with our loan. We had been given a few recommendations for who we should get a loan with and George quickly stood out. We had already run into a few issues due to recommendations other loan officers were suggesting but George was aware of these issues and quickly helped us past those problems. George was highly accommodating, helpful, understanding of our situation, and knowledgeable. For every question we had George had an answer. George was available on what seemed like a 24/7 basis. We would call at any time and he would either pick up or return the call shortly. George was also available through text which helped a lot as my girlfriend and I were not always available to talk on the phone. The best part about working with George was how attentive he was to our needs. I was worried about a lot of the information I read in the various documents that require signing when taking out a house loan, but George was able to ease my stress. Anything I did not completely understand George was able to help explain it further. Anything I was not comfortable signing, George understood my worries, but explained why it was necessary and why my worries should not be as high as they were. My girlfriend was also worried about the costs and rate's of taking out a house loan as we have just started our careers and do not have a lengthy work history that banks like to see when giving a home loan. However, George was able to work with our information and get us the best interest rate possible! He also offered to refinance our home 6 months after owning it if we are interested free and he helped us out in several other areas regarding costs! To sum up my experience as a first time home buyer, my girlfriend and I were completely happy and satisfied to have found George to work with getting us a home loan. I recommend him to anyone reading this and will be recommending him to anyone who asks me about home loan information.
