Yes, most of us can say they have worked with a great real estate professional - but Janet's knowledge and work ethic goes way beyond that. We had a list of challenges for her; a unique property on a unique street, parents that struggled with mental & physical health issues who couldn't leave the home during a showing, an emergency health scare for my husband, and a volatile market. Janet dealt with all of this with grace, professionalism and kindness. She remained calm when I was overwhelmed with emotion trying to keep the family in tact while trying to sell our home. We listened intently to all her suggestions and taking most (only Janet will laugh at that) of her advice. When she said to remove furnishings and clutter, we did it. When she convinced us that Open Houses are NOT just for lookie-loos, we did it. When she brought us a qualified offer and weighed our options on negotiations we followed her lead. Selling or buying a home is an extremely stressful process both emotionally & financially. They are called Real Estate PROFESSIONALS for a reason. There are a ton of agents out there that either work part time or come with very little experience which can be detrimental to your transaction. Trust me when I say after 2 dozen real estate transactions over the last 30 years, Janet is one of the best. Janet will walk in your door as a Real Estate Professional with years of experience, knowledge & guidance and then will leave your home as a dear friend.

After losing thousands of dollars remediating issues the home inspector referred to us by this duo chose not to alert us to, I contacted a few agents with years of experience to help us sell after the repairs were resolved. When I spoke to Laura I was convinced she was the agent we needed. Laura took the time to hear our story and offered to help even if we did not end up selling the place or choosing her as our agent. She explained that she too had a bad purchasing experience and that was the main reason she became an agent. Laura is honest and straightforward. She is not just trying to close the deal, she actually cares. Laura helped us put this nightmare purchase behind us. If you are deciding which agent to list your home or if you are looking to buy, do not think twice about going with Laura and her team. In two years when we are ready to purchase again, the only phone call I will make will be to Laura. In us she has gained a client for life!

When I met Cherrie we viewed my childhood home that had been rented out for 10 years. There was a huge amount of work required to put the house on the market. I was thinking 3 months of work was required and didn't know when I'd find the time to do it. Cherrie told me "Don't worry I'll make sure it all gets done". I asked, you'll oversee the work and get the people in yourself? She said "Yes, all you have to do is approve the estimates". I was completely blown away that she would take that on and extremely grateful.
