I bought my house through KW and I am very happy with the way it was handled. I realize how tricky it can be to let people know that you have a license to sell. I also knock on many doors, hop over hoses and weave through bushes to get to front doors with my business. I don't like to litter your sidewalk with ads. I'm there to let you know that I came by to meet you. Most always I meet very understanding people and I find the people who were frustrated and needed help with my service. That moment is a fantastic feeling. It can be tricky to pick someone from the yellow pages or a common name in town. So hats off to the people at KW. I know I enjoyed their help.

The air conditioning is not working - again! It's not just me in the house, there's a cat, too. Earlier in the hot summer the air condition stopped working. It was 2 days of high heat indoors before a repair person arrived. The air conditiining operated after that repair, until yesterday morning. The indoor temperature was 84 degrees in the late afternoon. If I were an owner in Leisure Village, I'd replace the air conditioner if need be. Multiple breakdowns, and not just this summer, would be untenablle to me. I wouldn't put a lessee through repeated breakdowns. And the rent was raised without informing me. No phone call, no text, no email. No notification at all.i was charged late fees. And to pay rent online costs $99.00!

I believe it was her relationships with the other agents that facilitated the sellers into accepting my offers. She answered every text, call, and email immediately and went above and beyond for the buyer and the seller! Plus, her inside knowledge of the area and clear communication style made challenging situations easy. If I listed the number of ways she went above and beyond you'd be reading for days. Honestly, she made it seem so easy, even when it wasn't. Her partners Randy and Ann were also incredible. For Camarillo purchases, you won't find a better agent.

I have sensitive materials that must be protected and guarded and it's just so much better than leaving it in my front house With all the stealing going on and all the high risk this has been an incredible solution to protect my shipments and I'm grateful for that So without a doubt, I think this place is outstanding and sometimes every now and then maybe twice a year I get an emergency situation where I ask them to stay for an extra 10 minutes and they've always done it

I have had a mailbox at Postal Magic for the past 3 years. When I first signed up, it was with the…read moreprevious owner. At that time, I only chose Postal Magic because of its location. We live in Mission Oaks and Postal Magic is right around the corner from our home. I wasn't thrilled with the way the previous owner interacted with me, but I really wanted a convenient place to send and receive mail for my business. To my pleasant surprise, just a few months later, a new owner took over at Postal Magic! The first time I walked in after the ownership change, I still remember Norma greeting me with a great big smile and a warm, positive attitude. From that point on, I've sincerely enjoyed every visit to the shop, even though I'm just going in to do the mundane task of picking up and sending out mail. At this point, even my youngest son looks forward to Postal Magic visits. Norma is always ready with a free sticker or cute little toy that she generously offers to him. It's just one example of the kind, honest, and good-natured values with which Norma runs the shop. I think my little one might even have a crush on Norma because she is so nice to him! I wouldn't consider using another malbox center in town even if I lived across town. I can always depend on Norma and her mailbox prices are extremely reasonable compared to others. If you are shopping around for the right place to setup a mailbox in Camarillo, THIS is the place to do it. We love Postal Magic and we appreciate you Norma! PS: If you're concerned about the 3.2 rating ... keep in mind only TWO 1 star ratings are from the new ownership and those two ratings are NOT a reflection of the way this store operates. To be honest they both sound like people who would complain even if Mother Theresa herself were to rise from the dead, take over at Postal Magic and try to offer them free services!
