I paid the entire month of Feb. and moved our on Feb. 14th. The new tenant, by law, could not move in until March 1, 2025 but she moved in on Feb. 28 as witnessed by the neighbors. In addition, Dan Klein, the owner, was to pay LV change of tenancy fees of $80. Dan Klein and McKay with BPM charged me both the $80 and for the last day of Feb. even though the new tenant moved in on that day. This is all illegal. Nothing new for both McKay at BPM and Dan Klein. They are horrible and will charge you for things that are not even legal to charge you for. NEVER RENT FROM BPM!

Once in escrow it is easy for a client to have all paperwork at your fingertips as the Realtor invites you to an online portal which stores all the documents. No running through old emails trying to find an item. The portal also works with a cell phone so if you are on vacation it's no problem. The people I know who have used this company have been very happy with their Realtor's performance.

I had to put up the sign they left it on the porch. There wasn't the correct hardware so it fell off and luckily someone else was selling their house two doors down and they fixed it. Finally sold for alot less. If you don't mind doing all the work showings, hanging up the signs dealing with multiple agents. Oh and being promised that it was in great shape and worth a certain amount and then taking it back when they can't sell it. Well this is the company for you. My advice rethink this decision.

The last 12 days I've called everyday and no one from corporate has been able to return my call or respond to an email. I pay $3,000 a month, and they have so many empty units, rent is now $2,500 online. They offered me a $100 gift card for 3 days of no water, even though my rent is $100 a day, and I couldn't stay for 3 days. I had to get a hotel because I also have a 5 year old daughter and a dog. No one has replied or responded. Meanwhile the trash hasn't been picked up in 9 days, washers and dryers never work, the hardwood flooring in my apartment peeled up, no one came out so I fixed it myself. I've been here a year and a half, and right now they offer free 1st month rent if you move in, but I got offered $100 for compensation in a place I couldn't live at for 3 days. The hold music says what a great place they are to rent room, and such a respectable company... but I haven't been able to get a hold of corporate office once.
