The agent I spoke with (he's one of the principles and his name rhymes with Dizzy) refused to show my husband this home, once he discovered that we already had our own agent (who wasn't able to show us the property himself that particular day.) Last I checked, both agents get paid when a home sells. Apparently this man thinks that he's above actually working for his clients, and he deserves tens of thousands of dollars per transaction purely because his name is on the sign out front. I'll admit that as I'm writing this review I'm very angry. But honestly, he did his own client a disservice by refusing to let a potential buyer see a property that has a very tricky contingency attached to it. I feel badly for the seller. This agent is not looking out for ANYONE'S best interest. Poor form indeed. Every other agent we called had no problem whatsoever showing my husband the property they were representing. And consequently we bought a property that day. With cash. His (and his client's) loss. Do yourself a favor and find someone who actually cares about providing courteous and professional service. This man does neither.

Karen and I have both worked with this client for many years and both Karen and I know she does need assistance with things like this. Karen stepped up and promptly found a roofer to go clean the roof and send me photos showing it had been cleaned. She was also so kind. I could tell she actually cares about her clients just by the body of her emails. I have worked with many property managers on situations like this and most just get mad and don't want to help. Us as agents need help sometimes from management companies. Especially with older clients that need help. Many property managers argue about what needs to be fixed and don't want to be bothered and 99% of the time their arguments don't change anything.. They only care about the extra work it puts on them.. The arguing just takes more of their time and mine. To me that means they do not care about their clients. I am an old school girl where customer service means a lot to me. times are changing and it many cases customer service is not the same as it used to be. During such an overwhelming and emotional time, finding Mosaic Apartments turned out to be a true blessing. My first contact was with Samantha in the office, and she made what felt like a very overwhelming online application and move-in process as smooth and stress-free as possible for us. Her patience and kindness meant so much during a very stressful moment in our lives. Since moving in, Tiffany, the resident manager, has been absolutely amazing. She, along with the rest of the team, truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and taken care of. Charlene in the office has also been incredibly helpful and friendly. Worst experience of touring apartments…read more My sister and I had a 1pm reservation to tour the apartments. We had called ahead the previous week and set it up. The day of, it poured the whole time, and we were still on time. We walked in, and a lady who never introduced herself to us came out of her office to tell us, "We aren't taking any walk-ins today". We had to tell her we had an appointment just for her to talk to us in a calmer manner. She then gave us a guest pass paper to fill out and said she would be about 10-20 minutes because she was backed up. We waited for 45 minutes with no contact from her before we had to leave to visit another location. She apologized and told us to come back on the same day or another time. We visited a few more properties and then returned at 4:30 p.m. that same day. She came out of her empty office and told us that she couldn't see us because she was still on her lunch break and had just given a tour to someone else. She ended it all by saying she was too tired to give us a tour of the property because the day had been a long day for her. Honestly, her awful attitude and her out-of-the-gate refusal attitude makes me think she profiled us as someone who wouldn't be able to afford the cost of living or something. I have no idea how she was so busy she could tour other people but not us. For all those shopping for an apartment, beware of this place. Dress nicely, or you might get ignored. God bless that we found a dream apartment somewhere else in the same price range. I would never let anyone I care about visit that place.

I had an office, bedroom, cute little dining room, and small kitchen. My only down side was the open patio. Had they an upstairs available I would have snapped it up! When I lived there you could borrow a golds gym member card and go workout. I got a trainer and worked out almost everyday. I was in the best shape of my life. I never had maintenance issues. I felt safe and had a great little mile running route. I was a mile and a half from my parents and could run over in the summer. I only moved out because I got married and moved into my husband's house. It's a great first time living on your own apartment complex.
