Frank is extremely knowledgeable, fast, and easy to work with. He is very straight forward and humble and pays very close attention to your needs. He asks good questions and helps me to better communicate what I really do not know and am unfamiliar with. FZ Taxes do both my business and my personal taxes and he is always available to me for questions. As a business owner, I have contact with several (intimidating) government agencies who make inquiries from time to time and freak me out...Frank has a very calming nature and eases me through the waters while telling me that everything is fine and most of these things are normal notifications. My parents just had a terrible experience with Frank Zamora. The company "values" state professionalism, responsiveness and quality. All of which were not met. The appointment ran an hour late. Frank was clearly heard chatting away with others with complete disregard for his standing appointment. Frank didn't even have the professionalism to apologize for being late and also expressed an arrogant attitude. On the other hand my experience with Juan was great. Sadly this location will lose our business, maybe they can hold eachother accountable and actually practice their values. read more

I put off my taxes till the last two weeks to go, the appointments were booked. I asked if I could just drop off my paperwork front desk lady said yes they were very nice. They will file for an extension on your behalf if you need one.(didn't the customer pays that fee or if they don't have a fee I wasn't told there would be a charge to file an extension so I don't know) but they did in time with no set appointments. Although it could've been done without me answering the questions he asked (did I have a third job? And was there any school expenses? It would've been in the folder turned in as everything that was already in there that was needed was provided so of course it would've been in there, but it was stalled two days. I thought that was the obvious , if it was there run what's there ) But I got a refund, which is what I usually expect. I would say they're good to go to. maybe have the drop off people sign a typed up agreements that everything that is needed is there so that you're not liable and it's not stalled. read more

In a nutshell, I made a mess of my taxes (FYI..don't procrastinate filing taxes last minute) I called FZ Tax Service on a Friday and on Monday I was in the office explaining my situation to Michelle.
