    Customer service is awful!!…read more I am writing to formally complain about my recent experience at your branch involving a check from Chicago Title. Better than a cashiers check!!! I went to the branch, that i opened the account, they knew who I was... The branch manager, Jeff Chen tried to place a week hold on my check. And when i said that i wanted my fund available, He then had the audacity to ask me what I intended to use my own money for and what I planned to buy. I didnt know I had to beg for my money!! At no point should a customer be required to justify how they plan to spend their legally earned funds. I did not realize I was expected to beg for access to my own money. Because of this unacceptable interaction, I stopped the transaction immediately and took the same check to Wells Fargo, not the branch where i opened my account, where it was accepted without any hold or unnecessary questioning. and treated me like a real customer!! Afterward, I contacted your credit union and requested a call back from a manager to discuss this matter, as the situation was completely inappropriate. To date, I have received no return phone call, which only compounds the issue. This experience reflects poor judgment, a lack of professionalism, and a failure in basic customer service. I expect an explanation, accountability, and assurance that this type of behavior will not happen again.

    After 12 years of consistently good service at the Thousand Oaks Logix branch, I'm shocked at how…read morebadly things went during a recent visit. My mom and adult daughter--a long‑time customer--came in for a simple appointment to open a new joint account. What should have taken minutes turned into an hour of condescension and obstruction from the teller, Chris. Instead of helping them through a routine process, he questioned their ability to "manage the account," spoke down to them, and dragged out every step. These are two fully capable women who have handled their finances for years, yet they were treated as if they were incompetent. The tone was dismissive, patronizing, and frankly humiliating. It wasn't until I left work and came in myself--calm, direct, and simply insisting the account be opened--that anything actually moved forward. Only then did Chris suddenly become able to do the job he should have done from the start. The whole experience felt disrespectful and unnecessary. After more than a decade of loyalty, this was enough to make me ready to take my business elsewhere. If you value being treated with basic respect, be cautious about using Logix Credit Union.

I remember getting all the information that helped persuade to open a membership. They assisted me with a credit card and then a personal loan to help me be debt free from past credit card uses! As of now, I'm close to paying off my debt and feel that Logix FCU gave me the chance to make that a reality! It's also great to say that every logix location I have had the pleasure of going to have all been great service all around! Unfortunately, a recent interaction at the Woodland Hills branch was deeply disappointing. In December, my husband visited the branch to deposit the second of two large checks of very similar amounts. After looking up our account, an attendant took the check away to consult with a manager (initials G.B.) without providing any explanation. When the manager came over, he did not introduce himself or explain the situation. Instead, he abruptly asked, "What's up with these checks?" His tone was condescending and inappropriate. The interaction was upsetting enough that my husband later chose to address it directly with G.B., giving him the opportunity to apologize. G.B. claimed he did not recall saying this and stated that they use "certain standard verbiage." He offered an apology only in the form of being sorry that my husband felt offended, without taking responsibility for his conduct. We strongly disagree that "what's up with these checks" is acceptable or standard language to use with customers. At a minimum, the manager should have introduced himself, explained the concern, and allowed my husband the opportunity to respond. A few days later, my husband contacted Member Services to report the incident. The representative agreed that the treatment was unacceptable. However, it has now been two months, and we have received no follow-up from the bank. We expected, at the very least, a letter of apology and some indication that the issue had been addressed. This experience has significantly diminished our confidence in the level of professionalism and customer care at this branch and with Logix.

During one of the hardest moments I've faced, they supported me with genuine kindness, patience, and compassion. Because of them, this bank has become more than just a place I go for financial needs. It has become a family to me.
