Ordered through the aesla app and waited over a week for them to schedule an appointment. Appointment never arrived. Hadn't used Lalo's before and on a whim pulled in to see if they could plug the leak. Spoke with Hector, he looked at it said no problem and immediately went to work removing the tire. Told him I was still waiting on new tires from Tesla and that each tire was 500 bucks. He checked with the front counter, came back and said he could have the tires next day for 510 each. Cancelled my Tesla service and went with Lalo,s. They did a great job and are my future new tire go to. Nice work Hector.

Brought it into the shop and they offered a repair but recommended a replacement due to the code that popped. They shopped around and found a transmission in good condition for a great price so I went with it. After they looked at the car more they realized it didn't even have a Toyota transmission. Someone had replaced the transmission with one from a camry. I got quoted on transmission replacements from a few shops and this shop offered full replacement, including mismatched parts, for half the price of any I contacted. If you are having transmission troubles I couldn't, in good conscience, recommended anywhere else but here. From the service, friendly nature, explanation of issues in a way I understood, and letting me have the final say and what repairs to make, there isn't another shop I would ever go for transmission issues. Also took only about 9 days(including weekends) where I didn't have my car. That includes them diagnosing, hunting down a transmission for me, ordering parts, and installing. Honestly quicker than I expected!
