Great service, once he gets you in the test should take no longer than 10-15 minutes. He tries to fit as many people as he can before he closes especially on Saturday since he closes at 12pm. I will be coming to smog my new used car in a few days. read more

First time getting my car smogged and it was really quick and easy. The guy that helped me was amazing!!! He was professional, polite and fast. I'm bad with names but I think his name was Robert. The nicest guy! Place was clean, cool, room to sit and wait, but I was in and out within minutes. So didn't even need to stay. There was one person in front of me. So he said it would be 20 min. Felt like 5 min. though. Will definitely stick to them for all my smog checks. I don't even know why I was dreading it to begin with. Thank-you! read more

I found this business on Yelp. So, I stopped by and asked if I needed appt and person at register stated no, he just needed dmv registration form & mileage. He quickly checked my car in & I showed him the Yelp discount and it took off $20! He said have a seat & it should be no more 20 mins. He came back and said it passed. I was happy with the fast service, discount and pleasant customer service. Definitely be coming here with my other car too from now on. read more

Got here around 10am on a Saturday morning. The attendant checked us in right away and apologized for our wait (we waited maybe 1 minute). He checked us in and gave us a 2 hour estimated wait time. Our car passed smog and was serviced in about 1.5 hours, which was less than the quoted time frame. They honored our check-in offer, and we walked out with an affordable price on smog certification! We really appreciated our attendant's honesty and tips. He gave me a heads up that renewing my vehicle registration at the DMV kiosk would take time to process and that I would most likely need to wait for my tags to arrive in the mail. I asked if he knew of any way that I could receive my tags immediately, and he explained that since I am a AAA member, I can go down to their corona office and immediately receive my car tags. I appreciate that this employee helped me out even though he wasn't required to. Keep up the great work! read more

I wish to complain about Oscar Gomez, / AA Smog Center. I am complaining because I took my vehicle for a smog test the vehicle passed all the emissions. However Mr. Gomez, failed the Smog Check inspection indicating that the Catalytic Converter was (TAMPERED) I strongly believe Mr. Gomez findings resulted in error. I was forced to schedule an appointment with the (B A R) Referee in which the vehicle was inspected and smog tested again and passed. I spoke to Mr. Gomez on 11/3/2021 to provide proof that the Catalytic Converter on my vehicle was legal and AA Smog Center I believe had made in error and to refund the money. Mr. Gomez acted in a condescending way towards me stating: no refunds and to leave his shop. read more

US Smog Check on the other hand was very transparent in pricing and their workspace was clean. They have 3 workstations for the cars to get smogged; the drive in and out of the place was easy since the garage is a through and through. There was no additional cost for a "luxury" car because a car is a car. Different size cars with big engines (big trucks), different fuel (diesel), and year (older than 2000), I get the additional cost. They posted their pricing and it is fair. WHO in their right mind would agree to only a 6 mos warranty after paying that much?! So, the car ran well for about 7 months, then transmission went out. I called him, and had the car towed back over there. He said that " you know it's out of warranty, but I will see what I can do". So now he forgets about what he initially told me! So, he kept my car for another 6 mos......dodging all of my calls, and making up B.S. excuses about why my car wasn't ready! When I got the car back he told me that he would not give me a new warranty! The car ran for another few months....then transmission went out again! Smh SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! Oh, and he must know someone over here at YELP, because he had my 2 prior reviews taken down! Smh

AAA Smog check is the best place to take your vehicle to get a smog test. The service was great and it only took about 5 minutes. Joie wrote up all my information and then serviced my car. She was amazing. I wish more companies could be like this one. read more
