I had to have my Smog done and it was late in the afternoon. I called and spoke to a very friendly gentleman who explained what to consider for my car which recently had an engine replacement. I had never known about Drive cycle and he shared that if my car had not completed that, some cars have not passed. He recommended I contact the dealership that replaced my engine to verify before bringing my car! He told me pricing with my coupon and the exact price I'd pay. I was able to get there before closing at 5 pm, have my car smogged in less than 10 minutes and on my way! He was very kind and efficient and even knew AAA's hours and that my Smog would be in their system when I arrived! I will be back next time. read more

Very friendly. Quick service, even for RVs. Will come back here again. Great location, right off the freeway.

Víctor was very helpful and efficient. It was my first time getting a smog check and they helped me out and gave me advice on the next steps! Make sure to bring in cash or they have to charge a surcharge, but it's not too much and reasonable for how quickly they got it done! read more

First time getting my car smogged and it was really quick and easy. The guy that helped me was amazing!!! He was professional, polite and fast. I'm bad with names but I think his name was Robert. The nicest guy! Place was clean, cool, room to sit and wait, but I was in and out within minutes. So didn't even need to stay. There was one person in front of me. So he said it would be 20 min. Felt like 5 min. though. Will definitely stick to them for all my smog checks. I don't even know why I was dreading it to begin with. Thank-you! read more

Terrible service. I showed up at 4:30 pm for a smog check and the owner tells me it's too late. Why have your business hours till 5pm if you won't work till 5pm. Do not come here. read more

Fast smog service with an air conditioned waiting room. Did not know about the coupon offer for what would have been a 20 USD discount.

Got here around 10am on a Saturday morning. The attendant checked us in right away and apologized for our wait (we waited maybe 1 minute). He checked us in and gave us a 2 hour estimated wait time. Our car passed smog and was serviced in about 1.5 hours, which was less than the quoted time frame. They honored our check-in offer, and we walked out with an affordable price on smog certification! We really appreciated our attendant's honesty and tips. He gave me a heads up that renewing my vehicle registration at the DMV kiosk would take time to process and that I would most likely need to wait for my tags to arrive in the mail. I asked if he knew of any way that I could receive my tags immediately, and he explained that since I am a AAA member, I can go down to their corona office and immediately receive my car tags. I appreciate that this employee helped me out even though he wasn't required to. Keep up the great work! read more

She explained everything to me in detail and my truck was in and out in no time. GREAT service! read more

Quick and easy smog check service. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I take all of my cars to AAA smog center.

I wish to complain about Oscar Gomez, / AA Smog Center. I am complaining because I took my vehicle for a smog test the vehicle passed all the emissions. However Mr. Gomez, failed the Smog Check inspection indicating that the Catalytic Converter was (TAMPERED) I strongly believe Mr. Gomez findings resulted in error. I was forced to schedule an appointment with the (B A R) Referee in which the vehicle was inspected and smog tested again and passed. I spoke to Mr. Gomez on 11/3/2021 to provide proof that the Catalytic Converter on my vehicle was legal and AA Smog Center I believe had made in error and to refund the money. Mr. Gomez acted in a condescending way towards me stating: no refunds and to leave his shop. read more
