They need to work on the business and customer skills. Ordered a Baconater burger. I open it up and no bacon. I finally get the managers attention and explain the problem. She has the sandwich maker fix the problem. I open up the sandwich again to find small little bits of bacon. I couldn't understand why he left his post to see who caused him to fix the sandwich. In drive thru. Person in front of me orders 10pc meal + 6pc meal nuggets. I order 10pc meal and 10pc no meal. Person in front gets their meal bags at a decent time. My turn comes up. I pay given no receipt and told to pull up front to the side railing. So I did just that waiting for my order. 20 minutes past and people behind me are getting many bags of orders at a decent and quick time. And I'm here still waiting for my order... I walk in and they said they are still working on my order. Really?.... Never got my order. Lost 22 dollars What a scam Never going back to Wendy's ever. The lobby is closed at 7:00 p.m. on a Thursday. Not everyone wants to eat in their car. Again this location is not worth going back to. Consistency is key but the store manager seems to think differently. I guess from all of the negative reviews this location should be visited by corporate unless corporate is part of the problem. read more

The woman behind the counter was so rude! It took around 5 minutes to even be helped at the register and when she finally came over she said we have a kiosk for card and I said I was doing cash. The food was good at-least but she slammed it into the bag. There wasn't anyone inside but cars wrapped around the building. read more

Everyone who works here has been incredibly kind and the manager knows how to take charge and make things right for the customer. No wonder there's always a long line... I think it's great service and they really care about the customer in an old-fashioned way. We normally don't eat fast food but this place tends to be the occasional treat and it's always pleasant to be smiled at by the kind people work there. read more

I do not recommend Wendys as far as a place of employment. It's point blank, awful. I walked out after 3 months due to being disrespected in front of customers, sworn at, and put down. I was targeted from the moment I started working there on a daily basis. It was to the point where other employees would point out that it was obvious that I was being targeted. Yes, it was reported and no, nothing was done about it. It starts with the management (Walter Omar Correa), who does not have control over the store. From continuous vaping in the store, slamming and throwing things, and sharing personal employee information with customers, I've finally had enough. Walter's girlfriend is Chelsey, who is a supervisor. The two of them are constantly fighting and Walter is known for his rage fits. There is swearing by many of the employees in front of customers, which is unacceptable behavior, especially seeing young children in the lobby that have to hear this. Walter does not deserve to be a manager at Wendys! Other young supervisors such as Joakim and Nick are constantly on power trips especially towards the new employees. They like to demand, yell and use criticism in front of customers instead of appropriately discussing what the issue may be in private. Anyone looking for employment, I highly suggest looking else where. The best decision I've made is leaving and finding employment at a company who truly appreciates me. read more

This Wendy's in West Lebanon seems to be even more busy during the pandemic. The drive-thru line had at least 12 cars in it yesterday but moved relatively quickly. I've never been disappointed by the food or service at this Wendy's. The 2 for $5 promotion going on is a great deal. I loved getting the classic chicken sandwich and the spicy chicken sandwich for $5. I definitely want to take advantage of this again. If you need a snack while you're shopping in West Lebanon, give this Wendy's a shot. read more

The soda machine was not working chili was like soup fries was cold and chicken sandwich was cold

The food is good, service is slow (they're always understaffed). They now have an outdoor seating area, but I went to use it today, and just as I was about to sit down, a staff member sat at the very next table, pulled out a pack of cigarettes, and started smoking. I didn't want to breathe their smoke, so I got up and went to my car to eat. It would be nice if management would tell staff who smoke to do so away from public seating areas. read more

It used to be great but like other "fast food" restaurants it's not very fast anymore but if you want chili it's the only place to go around here. I went to get some today. The first time I went there the line at the drive thru was quite long. I looked on the door and they didn't have their little sign there saying the dinning room was closed this time so I parked and went in. There were 6 or 7 people milling around but none at the register. My lucky day right, the (I assume) manager saw me and says "only kiosk orders" I said what does that mean and he says that you can only order thru the 2 machines they had near the counter. I asked several people if they were in line and when I had things straight I realized that I can't use the kiosk as I have cash. I was out of luck so I left to go grocery shopping and I figured I could try later after I got my groceries. When I came back the line was just as long as before so I spent 15 minuets in line going through the drive up. Then I drove home as I bought several so I could have at home at later times. When I got home and started in on the chili it was thin, like water with a few beans, you could say it was chili soup.I don't know if they didn't stir it up first or if there was nothing in from the beginning. It tasted good but way to thin. Lately it has been hit or miss but one thing is for sure. It will not be fast. I don't know why they can't hire enough people to keep the place running as before. You know with the dinning room open and not closing the whole place early and no super long lines. Maybe they should try paying more? Well that's my 2 cents worth or more like a nickel. read more

Out all of the "Fast Food" restaurants out there. I tend to favor Wendy's . This particular one, this past Sunday at noontime was all a mess. We waited for 5 minutes in the drive thru- without moving. We then parked asnd I ran inside, thinking this would be faster. I wanted a simple order: 2 fish sandwiches and a large fry. So I get back to the car and drive off. What do I get? 2 chicken sandwiches and a large fry. Dear Staff: LISTEN and COMMUNICATE. I have experienced better. I still like Wendy's. read more

This Wendy's is the best in the area! I think they have really done a great fob at turning things around over the last couple years!! The lines are sometimes long but the food is always really hot and fresh. On the off chance that the food is less than stellar, they are really great about giving us new food or in some way making it up to us! Love this place! read more

Let's talk....Dave had a beautiful thing going...a Wendy's single with chili and a frosty. Succulent and very tasty...however the old woman at the window seems to have issues...perhaps she didn't think her dreams would land her at Wendy's but ok Lady AT LEAST BE NICE...it doesn't take much to listen and be courteous....In San Antonio TX there is a restaurant that is famous for insulting its patrons...perhaps she could work there...fit right in...otherwise it's all good read more

Went there today to the drive up. Handed them my bank card to pay for my order. Never got my bank card back. I asked for it. They told me they lost it and can't find it. The lobby was closed and there was a line. I asked them to look for it and I would pull into a parking spot to wait. They said okay. I waited an hour. I had to walk over to the window and knock on it. Finally they opened it and yelled at me for not being in a car. I told them they lost my card and asked if they found it. They told me no and to go get a new one. Never going here again!! Terrible customer service. read more

This is a good Wendy's, located conveniently right off Rt. 89. Drive-through service was quick and courteous: all orders are "served with a smile". Food is on-par with most other Wendy's locations. It is kind of difficult/awkward to get into, as there is a road between the point of entry from the main road and the actual lot, so if there are people lined up to get back on 12A, you either have to wait for the line to clear or drive down and turn around in a parking lot of the neighboring business. read more

It's quite possible that the only thing better than a Baconator is a Baconator, Jr. (less guilt). And, unlike the other Wendy's I visited during that fateful weekend, they (a) got my order right and (b) didn't try to convince me that a hamburger bun was a tortilla. So, yay for this Wendy's! There was a crazy long line in the drive-through, but it went fast. And they were really nice about helping me find he nearest gas station. When you go into the Wendys in W.Lebanon, NH. look above the counter where they put your food on the tray. The back of the monitors are covered with grease and dust. Wendy's has served me well. Love them. I must say that the drive through line takes a while especially during covid. They also usually forget my barbecue sauce. When I ask for it they always give it to me. That is post asking for it while ordering. I recommend this Wendy's over many other fast food places in the area. The food is good and I must say that the staff have treated me nice as well. read more

A real disappointment. My wife and I were driving from Stowe VT to Boston. We talked about where to stop to eat, use the bathroom and stretch our legs. Picked this Wendy's. Stopped here before. Won't ever stop again. They were closed at 9:01 pm. Had to use drive thru. Not impressed. Ordered food at the window. Waited for food to be brought out. When it finally arrived I asked them to use the bathroom for 30 seconds. Nope. Can't let "customers" into the premises. So wasted time. Waited for food. No bathroom at freaking 9:25 pm. Skip it. The good: usually quick service, the food is usually pretty fresh and good The bad: orders are often wrong, something always seems to be missing from the bag at drive thru, employees outside smoking with aprons on. Customer relations is really bad. The bads mentioned are pretty standard for any Wendy's location. Guest relations at Wendy's is pretty much the worst I have seen. As mentioned I say several employees standing outside smoking with their aprons on which is disgusting. So I sent Wendy's a email and never received a response from them and still to this day the employees are outside smoking with aprons on. They need to really look at how they interact with their customers! Go across the street to McDonalds if you want a quick mail. read more

Walked in, the place was so smokey from burned bacon I assume. You could see it in the air. Should have walked out then. The Jr. Cheeseburger was disgusting. Could barely find the tasteless burger and the cheese was not melted. The place was filthy! Flies everywhere! In fact they were all over the dirty tables on top of one another (if you know what I mean.) The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned for days.
