If you come here you KNOW that it's going to take you forever in that drive-thru line. If you order in advance you're going to have a much smoother experience. They seem to always be short staffed, but they do their best. I never have really had an issue with the customer service they're kind and are just doing as much as they can with who they have. I usually hit the drive-up. It's usually busy, but the line usually moves reasonably fast ... usually. Not so on my last visit. There were only two cars ahead of me, so I was pumped, until I got to the ordering screen, which was oddly dark. I waited for a greeting, a voice, a lit screen, but I got ... nothing. After a looonng silence, I said "Hello?" and finally, an annoyed-sounding female voice told me to wait. I finally got to place my order, but the food seemed to take longer than usual to come out. When I got home and ate it, the food (a classic double with cheese plus fries) tasted okay, but, I really could have done without the long strand of hair in my French fries. I love this Wendy's! It's very convenient in location near the malls, fast service too if you need the drive thru! We currently are inside, and was greeted with a smile! The service Level is absolutely awful. I spent the better part of a half hour just sitting in the drive thru line not even moving forward. At one point I decided to just say screw it and leave, and as I was driving I noticed that they were still on the same vehicle and the vehicle at the second window the driver had gotten out of his car to see what was taking them so long to get their food. This is not the first time that this has happened at this Wendy's. I can count right off the top of my head at least five other instances where it took me over ten minutes to just get someone to take my order, and when finally getting to the second window, waiting another ten minutes just to pay, and then finally after spending close to thirty minutes, I get my food, just for it all to be wrong. read more

This Wendy's has never been my favorite location to go to but it is conveniently located so at times it does the trick. The line is always real long but once you get your food its usually pretty good. The fries they gave me this time were mad small like little end pieces which shouldn't have been served as fries..but overall the cheeseburger was good and the prices are decent. read more

The salads at Wendy's are very good. I would recommend if looking for a healthy choice. Very fresh ingredients every time. This is the Quinoa Mediterranean salad. I have also had the fresh mozzarella and that is very good too. They are out of it a lot. At least they make them fresh everyday. read more

This Wendy's is pretty ok. They are mostly quick when it comes to drive through and do not mess up my order very often. The only thing keeping this from a 4 star is the fact that they do not have a 99 cent menu. Seriously, all the items that should be on there range from $1.29 to $2.30 which is nonsense. first off let me start by saying i waited in the drive thru for a solid 5 minutes before getting any kind of response from the staff. After ordering I had to go back to work due to waiting for so long. I did not check my order to make sure it was completed thoroughly. As you could probably guess it was not. I received no fries or sauce. And my 10 piece nugget contained 9 nuggets. This Wendy's is disgusting. I walked in there with my family yesterday. The Floors were cracked and sticky, and all I could smell was a weird metallic smell, I looked at the dining room, and all the tables were dirty and garbage all over the floor. We left without ordering anything, I wouldn't even recommend going through the drive-thru at this location, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I visited this Wendy's at noon on a Sunday. I should have known it wasn't a good sign when the men in front of me in line told me to prepare to wait for a long time. And wait I did. It was about a 15 minute wait just to place my order even though there were just two people ahead of me. Then it was about another half hour before I got my food. When I went to the drink station there were no lids for the cups. There were also no napkins in the dispensers. Always get fresh hot French fries. I think one time I got a wrong sandwich. Not bad for 3 years of service. I stopped there last night and was told it would be 6 min for my sandwich. The food was great! The service however, was not. Had to tell cashier Jenna 4 times I wanted a baked potato with chives and sour cream. Also ordered three strawberry lemonades and got one along with two regular lemonades. I'm lucky to have spoken up because if not, I wouldn't have received anything I originally ordered! Another thing, closing time was 10pm for inside service, but she asked for here or to go, we said here THEN she told us no. I have worked up the road from this location for about 6 years now. I have come about once or twice a month for that period of time. Everyone knows what Wendy's food tastes like, so my 4 stars is based on service & accuracy & time of which the food is prepared & given to me. At this location I have found that if I go inside it seems to take way longer than drive thru. Worst restaurant ever, one of the workers was flirting with the customer. there was a expired DD coffee In the bathroom they put mayo and ketchup on my burger when I asked them not to. half of the soda favors were out I got mellow yellow it tasted like crap. Went on a Friday evening and ordered inside. Short line, few customers inside, courteous staff. There were five large screen TVs on the walls, including one playing the Red Sox game, and the wooden chairs were comfortable. The Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and chicken nuggets (with barbecue sauce) were very fresh and tasty, while the fries were of average freshness and very salty. The modern self-serve soft drink dispenser had Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper. Enjoyable experience for a fast food restaurant, would definitely visit again if I was in the area and seeking fast food. read more
