Ok I m here to raise the stars. I had a pick up at the airport and was a hour early. An hour. Ok the cell lot, but no shade. So a ice tea and 10 Spicey chicken nuggets. She gave me a senior deal large ice tea at regular price. Thanks. I thought spicey needed no sauce but she recommended bbq. It was good. The two lady's are doing the counter and drive thru. Def needed one more person. My wait was normal. Ice tea was excellent. And I do care At least I could sit down. 106 f outside And McDonald's in the next lot turned me away. I needed to lay low. This Wendy's will get ALL my Airport wait times. And I NEVER go to Wendy's. The two ladies were so kind to everyone, I watched.. They work way too hard for the money they make and no tip jar. Went here today, Sat in the drive thru for forever. thankfully no cars were behind me so I reversed and went inside. I think I seen a total of 3 workers so maybe they were understaffed. Went here for lunch. Sat inside the restaurant to eat with my grandson and husband. Just happened to look at the serving counter and noticed the workers handling food with no gloves on no nets on their hair. One young lady scratched her head and then put here hands in the French fries to get a customers order. Another young lady wiped down the counter with a rag no gloves and then took care of another customer serving her French fries and soda all without washing her hands.My stomach started to boil. I had to wait over 20 minutes in the drive thru with just 2 cars I front of me, after I paid and left I noticed my bill came to be too high for what I order I looked at the receipt and they charged me for 4 cookies instead of one that I ordered. This location is horrible. I live in the neighborhood so my kids always request it even though 9 out of ten times they get my order wrong and I have to get down after opting for the drive through because they forget something or don't make it the way I ordered it. It's infuriating that this has happened on almost every occasion that I've been here. While the facilities are clean and inviting, the service is the exact opposite. My roommate and I came in, and had to wait for 5 minutes, even though there was a manager at the free register having a personal talk with a customer. We were willing to be patient, and then we we served. My roommates service was so-so; not great but not horrible. My service however was terrible. I asked for no onions and no blue cheese on a salad, the second manager looked at me and said, "the salads are pre-made, we can't do that."
