The drive thru wasn't responding so my daughter and I went in. The female at the counter acted annoyed we were there. After waiting for 20 minutes for our food, the same female placed our bags on the counter, but never said who they were for (there were other people waiting). 2 minutes later she only said, "there's your bags". The worst service ever been here two times in one week and the food was not cooked fully/nuggets were close to being raw and I didn't get my chocolate frosty. I had issues with the staff both times. Soooo disappointed with the quality of the NEW HARVEST SALAD I ordered at Wendy's. I ran in because it looks enticing on the picture and when I brought it home it was brown lettuce, about 2-3 days old. I have tried to be patient with this location but they are terrible. I ordered online so I wouldn't have to go in. They told me to come inside anyways. I waited at least 15 minutes. They don't have enough people. There was one person (manager I think) making sandwiches. The kid up front seems clueless. There is no system for mobile orders. Very highly disappointed in one of your locations. I'm talking about the location at 1859 Laskey Rd Toledo OH. I went there on November 16 and placed an order on your Mobile app. When I got up to the speaker I told them my name and they said pull up to the window. When I got to the window they didn't have what I ordered. I did not want anything else, so I said, can you cancel the order. The guy at the drive-through checked with his manager and said yeah we can cancel it. You're all set. Now thinking about this after I left I even called that store manager and talk to her and said there is a hold on my bank account will that fall off? Did you cancel the order? She said we do this all the time. On November 18 the charge posted my account the order was not canceled. I called this location and got the most shitty customer service ever. I was told I don't know what you want me to do about it it's not our problem. You're going to have to call corporate or try to deal with people at the app. I called your customer service on November 21. I was told the request was put in for a refund and here I am today with no refund. I called back on November 28 and was told that the email was never looked at by that manager or the higher up. I'm not paying for food. I never got. I don't understand why getting a refund is so difficult. Please make this right here is the order I never received. The service was horrible , my chili was cold and undone ... My chicken sandwich was also old and cold . My fries were not filled up , cold , and also old. I am a huge fan of Wendy's. I go to the Laskey location most often because it is closest to where I work. I was very excited to see that the Berry Burst salad was back as it's one of my favorites! Today was the second time I have gotten the salad and there are very little berries on it. The first time, I gave the benefit of the doubt, but this time I cannot. I counted 3 little pieces of strawberry and maybe 4 blueberries! The grilled chicken on it is dry and chewy. Oh, and I didn't get any almonds! Out of all the times I've gone there the employees are never rude but they are not friendly either. I will continue to go to Wendy's, but I think from now on I will drive a little out of my way to avoid going to this location unless absolutely necessary. read more
