The taste and quality of the food is always good along with the service but the order accuracy for me personally is never acceptable. Honestly best customer service ever,never felt so welcomed ,had a horrible night missing my bus and came to this place in the morning to buy some food and Noah the director or manager not sure but he was great from telling me places nearby to having sympathy for my situation of missing my bus .Noah needs an extra raise along with another server I forgot her name but she was was blonde and they were both just amazing people all around and honestly they picked up my mood .On top of that food came out fast and food was great ! Worst Experience Ever at Chick-fil-A - Unacceptable Service and Attitude I've always appreciated Chick-fil-A's reputation for great service and quality, but my recent visit was an absolute disaster and one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I feel compelled to share my story to warn others and hold this location accountable. I went through the drive-thru and ordered four Chick-fil-A sandwiches, four large fries, and 10 sauces, totaling $32 and change. At the window, I was handed a single bag that appeared full, so I trusted everything was there. When I got home, I was shocked to discover only two sandwiches and two fries were included. I hadn't eaten any of the food, as I immediately went back to the restaurant to address the issue. When I returned to the drive-thru, I calmly explained the situation to the first employee and requested that my entire order be remade. Since the food I had was now cold and unacceptable to serve, a full remake seemed like the fair solution. She walked away to check with management and returned to say they'd only replace the missing items, not remake the order. I politely protested, but she insisted it wasn't up to her. I moved forward to the window and encountered a manager, who was shockingly rude and dismissive. I restated my case and produced my receipt, but she smugly told me they'd only provide the missing items, ignoring the fact that I now had cold food sitting at home. When I asked to speak to the person in charge, a male shift manager came to the window and repeated the same unhelpful spiel. At this point, I admit my frustration boiled over. I raised my voice and expressed my anger with the refusal to fix their mistake. They had now failed to provide my full order not once but twice. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager threatened to call the police on me for voicing my dissatisfaction--a move that was not only unnecessary but insulting. Ultimately, I left with only the missing items and an intense sense of frustration and disappointment. I've never experienced such a lack of accountability or professionalism from any restaurant, let alone one that prides itself on customer service. This experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I will never return to Chick-fil-A again. I hope corporate leadership sees this review and takes action to retrain the staff at this location. I came here after leaving another restaurant I was disappointed with at lunch. I have dined in and out of a number of their locations and can say that their food is generally hot, fresh and the quality great. I enjoy their chicken noodle soup and their chicken sandwiches, several of their beverages and always their fries. Notably, the floors, walls and bathrooms are clean, they take care of you well and often do the little things like removing your tray, refilling your drink or bringing something extra to the table. It makes a difference and few others in town can come close to comparing any more and the price differential is minimal. read more

Absolutely best service I've ever received. Ordered online for drive through, however the truck I'm in didn't fit in the drive through lane. The store was closed for walk in and me and my cousin were standing outside in freezing weather just before close (around 9:50pm) We walked up to one of the workers (Maddie) and she took our drive thru order on foot and got us into the store where it's warm. Even when the drive thru line is super long, the employees as so efficient that it doesn't actually take much time to get your food. Another bonus is that the employees not only wear masks, but they wear them correctly (over both their nose and mouth). After spending $35 for 2 meals, I had to go up and ask for the BBQ mustard. Clerk hands me just one packet ! Then I have to argue with her to get a second packet for the second meal ! Saw a sign outside that it was the best place to work in Toledo and wouldn't disagree with it at all. We were in the drive thru lane this morning (one was closed, leaving one lane open) and get to the ordering speaker only to realize we missed breakfast by four minutes. We double checked with the girl to make sure that we couldn't order breakfast, and she confirmed. We were slightly disappointed, but still placed an order for lunch food. We get up to the window to find out that they gave us an order of chicken minis on the house, since that's what we wanted off the breakfast menu. This is seriously the best fast food experience I have had in my entire life. The staff there is also helpful and kind. They offer refills come and talk with the people that are there. They opened the door for us. They could tell I was there alone with three kids and went out of their way to make our dining experience excellent. The food was hot and delicious.
