Personally, I find adding this cheese to these hot dogs does not add much beyond calories and fat (and not the kind of fat that equals flavor, there is already plenty of that in the sausage and chili). But the hot dogs come with pickles. And they are magnificent. It's kind of like the fun that comes with eating shishito peppers. You never know which one is going to be the spicy one. The spicy ones are especially delightful. One of these days I'll get the fried pickles. I am sure they are divine, and may bring the place up to 5 stars. But I need to bring a crew with me, and regrettably, my family just isn't into this type of cuisine.
