The old lady talking orders and at window cashing out messed up on our order 5 times, took way longer than needed and was unnecessary. I confirmed my order before moving forward and when I got to the window my total was different and there was an extra item. Overall decent restaurant experience. I give it a 60 percent or three stars because it was a little dirty on the inside but the workers are doing a great job. Witnessed the drive thru employee being rude to multiple customers. After politely mentioning that I waited over an hr in the drive thru (without a way of getting out) her response was... I was passing through on my way home to Arkansas. First of all I got delicious food from Wendy's and three of the employees including Pierre were extremely friendly to me and my family. We realized about an hour past this Wendy's that my daughter lost her brand new sandal in the parking lot. I called and talk to Pierre who immediately went and located it in the parking lot. He came back and let me know he would hold it for me until my husband could pick it up on his way home to Arkansas also. Unfortunately - the pink sweatshirt one of the boys (very young in age) were wearing (one that handed out the food) was extremely dirty and that just horrified the whole situation. This is gonna be a long one. If there was an opportunity to get negative stars, you best believe I would do that. I understand that people have bad experiences but this was awful from the very beginning to the bitter end. Not once single part of this experience was even remotely close to acceptable. So let's get into it. Let's start with the wait time. I drove past and seen it was the shortest line out of the "fast" foods that were available and so I said what the heck, I'll get Wendy's. Not paying attention but on my phone in park waiting and about 10 minutes goes by and I realize that I have not pulled my foot off the break. Have not moved one inch. Nothing is happening. Now I'm paying attention to the nothingness that is the line and well Wendy's drive thru has a convenient curb that locks you into the drive thru so once you're in, your in it until the very end because believe me, if I could drive out of that horrid place, I would have. So I start watching the clock and 15 more minutes goes by and I'm finally at the window to order my food. Another 5 minutes goes by and I'm at the window to pay. The lady who I assume to be the manager, is looking lost and doesn't come to the window for about 3 minutes. I'm laughing at this point because of the god awful service here. I hear the lady ask if I was given my drink by the young hood rat working who really doesn't look like he cares too much for his job. So she brings my drink. I'm watching in the window now and I watched this punk "wrap" my double baconator and put it in the bag. He comes to the window. Doesn't say a single thing. Hands my food and my card back to me and shuts the window. At this point I'm just ready to get out of this nightmare of a Wendy's. My order was as follows. Double baconator, spicy chicken jalapeño popper sandwich large fries and pub fries. My pub fries look like trash. I ate them tho because it was the first thing I grabbed as I was driving and I should have opened my bag prior to leaving. I get home and my baconator had not one piece of bacon on it and honestly I have had better burgers from the dollar store frozen section than that sorry excuse of a burger. I have no idea what was supposed to be on the jalapeño popper burger but I'm just going to assume that was wrong because there wasn't anything spicy or jalapeño popper about it. I would give it a zero. Guy working the drive thru was literally the worst. He didn't even let me finish asking for my order, and then didn't say a word or look at me when I pulled up to the window.
