Not worth your time. Ordered just a few items for delivery, outside the usual busy hours. Despite being prepared and delivered quickly enough, food arrived cold and stale and some items missing. Most items were prepared poorly or just wrong, with missing ingredients. No consistency, no attention. Best I can say is that nothing was outright bad and the food was edible, but that's a low bar. I was shocked that the reviews were so low. The service and quality of the food has always been consistent and good, unlike other locations (East Brunswick, Rt 18)... Never in line too long, they get order correct, food is hot and doesn't taste like it has been sitting around forever. So I came here to pick up a quick dinner for me and my daughter, ordering through the app. Thinking I was going to get my order since I paid for it through the said app, this so called "manager" told me I owed them $12.93. Obviously I'm pissed because I got charged on my card, even showed her the proof, and she said well, it says you owe it. She had me go inside to the dining room area, and long story short they told me well we have to charge you again since it "didn't show up on their end" I'm pissed because I got charged $25 for a subpar meal, they messed up and put pickles and onions in my daughter's burger even though it said to NOT put that in the burger. We use notepad app, paper and pen, and ASL (American Sign Language) to communicate. Now, I was driving and she was in the passenger seat. My mother goes to this Wendy's SEVERAL TIMES. She is a regular customer there. Now, Augusto knows her usual order. However, he continued to give ME a hard time even though he can see she was next to me. He continued to speak. He ASKED her to write it down. I just took the paper because I knew what she was asking. I wrote down the same thing. He verbally repeated the written order then kept speaking. We didn't understand what he was saying. I asked him repeatedly to write it down. He just stood and continued speaking. So I left. Then I walked back and made a video of him. This Wendy's is just like the rest- great for 4 for $4s and other fast food. Sometimes I come here and the drive thru line is ridiculously long. I've waited over 10 minutes in the line. For what reason? I have no clue. If the line is too long, it's best to go inside. It still takes them a while, but I think they move a tad bit quicker on the inside. If you're looking for a healthier option, I'd go with the crispy chicken Cesar salad (half size ~$5, full size ~$7). I always get the full and finish about 95% of it. The salad comes with cheese, croutons, tomatoes, crispy chicken, and 2 packets of cesar dressing. Definitely my go-to when I want something other than a 4 for $4. I will say that depending on the time of day, you might have to wait a while to make the right turn out of the parking lot. This is because Easton Ave is a junction and the 287 exit is less than a mile from this Wendy's location. read more

Drive up" "Can I also have a 10 piece nugget" The drive thru attendant; " OK that's $x.xx drive up" After completing my 5th item.. while she rushed me to the window every time I ordered an item.. Ugh...They get your order wrong so much during day. The only time they don't is when their manager is around in the evenings, and he is super helpful and polite. However, the Hispanic women there are SO rude... especially if you're a white female. Despite giving my mobile order name at the speaker, I was asked for payment at the window (only 1 window open at the time of my visit). I received my order, checked for accuracy, and headed home. Fortunately my special order (no cheese on a burger) was correct. Upon getting to my destination and unpacking the order, I noticed the errors. The Biggie Bag meals were packed with incorrect chicken nuggets. One meal had the wrong sauce for the nuggets. Most annoying of all the errors, our fries were neither hot nor crispy! I always get the #1 single with cheese. This is a great little burger, with very fresh ingredients. The Tomato and lettuce are still cool by the time I get home to eat it with the yummy fries. I also sometimes treat my self to the oreo frosty which is no longer, and they have a parfait with ores now....ehhh not so much which is why they get 4 and not 5 stars. Best Wendys I've been to!! I ordered the chicken tenders and they were perfect! Crispy and juicy, hot and fresh. I had a 4 piece, and they gave me 4 containers of barbecue sauce (I didn't even have to request extra). Most places only give 1, maybe 2 for 4 tenders. I go here at lunch time as it is close to my job. Very quick, very efficient. They have never taken my order wrong. I would have given it 5 stars but the person who takes the orders in the drive through does not speak clearly at all. The fish itself was better than average for fast food, but was a bit greasy, the fries were not hot and crisp, and both had a slightly bitter aftertaste. The server put creamer in the coffee without asking how it was preferred, which I thought was odd, and the drink was lukewarm.
