Ableist manager

DO NOT COME HERE!!! ABLEIST DISCRIMINATION against the Deaf! I think Augusto is the manager. He is in the photo I added. My mother and I are Deaf. We use notepad app, paper and pen, and ASL (American Sign Language) to communicate. Now, I was driving and she was in the passenger seat. My mother goes to this Wendy's SEVERAL TIMES. She is a regular customer there. Now, Augusto knows her usual order. However, he continued to give ME a hard time even though he can see she was next to me. He continued to speak. He ASKED her to write it down. I just took the paper because I knew what she was asking. I wrote down the same thing. He verbally repeated the written order then kept speaking. We didn't understand what he was saying. I asked him repeatedly to write it down. He just stood and continued speaking. So I left. Then I walked back and made a video of him. A screenshot is from that video. She did go back on her own, though. I am definitely NEVER coming here ever again! NEVER! EVER! EVER! Augusto, go fuck yourself. Have the day you deserve, cunt.

got a horrible chicken sandwich with basically zero meat and all breading, also seemed like it was a leftover at lunch for whatever reason, it was hard, crusty, and not even edible. Contacted customer service and they responded that the restaurant would contact me, yeah of course that didn't happen, literally gave it a month for response but nothing. So done with this restaurant - doesn't get much worse than this...

Biggie Bag $5 Bacon Double and fries and nuggets
Christopher C.

Quick service, and lots of parking. Very clean ! The biggie bag for $5 is a great value.

Cold old food, given to me, No excuse for this, shame on you!!!
Eric Y.

Cold fries, cold nuggets, cold sandwich. 5 dollar biggie bag, usual lunch for me, when I need to work and don't have time to stop. The cashier, didn't give me a receipt, no manners. I guess these guys want to be rude and run the risk of giving someone food poisoning #boycottwendys

Very interesting scene... the line was slow but my lemonade was good, this picture scared me over to the second window.

Some might say too much time. Some might say. So I just typically avoid the area because it brings back so much...stuff. When it transitioned to Stateside sometime during the early days of the pandemic we did get take out once and it was delicious - I still dream about the Brussels sprouts. But it was a bit expensive when everyone was dying and all. Like am I really gonna risk my life for $16 sprouts? I think not. Now I think it's under new - new management. My cousin stopped by there about a month ago when she was in the area and gave it great reviews. I was feeling A Kind of Way a couple of weekends ago and just really wanted a cold beer. So me and huzzo stopped in. Service was good and beer was solid. This week I wanted another beer. Blame your president as he insists upon annihilating everyone and sending our collective pressure through the roof. We arrived about 20 minutes before the end of Happy Hour and snagged a couple of beers as well as wings and a shrimp quesadilla. The food was great but the service was the real stunner. I found myself stuck between two beers and the bartender suggested Arnold Palmering it and going halfsies on both. Fantastic decision - the mixed drink was refreshing and tart without being too pedestrian or too far afield. Food came out quickly and deliciously. Saved $15 on food prices alone during Happy Hour. Fat things: The bar stools are excellent - steel with a wide seat and a foot bar so your legs don't fall asleep. And they don't pack too many of them in so it's easy to get into and out of your seat without bumping someone else. Other stuff: They have regular indoor seating and an outdoor seating area on the side with couches, high table, and heat lamps. Overall, the space is open, airy, bright, and clean. It's pretty packed when the temps warm up but shoulder season is very nice for us right now. Be advised: Regular menu prices still seem steep - like everything else these days. But the food is good and they have a very nice craft beer selection. If you can't make happy hour and are looking to treat yourself this might be it. We'll def return!

I just wish there was something fresh or crunchy to balance out all the soft textures from the bread, beef patty, and cheese. I also added beef bacon to my burger, even though it's not listed as an add on the menu. I really wish more of these newer smashburger restaurants had lettuce and/or tomatoes as an add on topping. That would help cut through the grease and make the burger feel a little lighter. The restaurant is very clean and bright, I liked the atmosphere while I was in there and the staff were nice!

The restaurant was not yet crowded, yet my husband and I were put essentially in an "alcove" seating area away from the main dining room. Absolutely no ambiance, right next to the beverage area where the servers gather and also where the high chairs and booster seats were stored. When I noted my displeasure, I was met with, "Sorry, we're really busy today and we can't seat you elsewhere." There were many other empty tables in the main dining room and also empty hightop tables in the bar area. The buffet food was overcooked and cold. The coffee tasted like it was made last night. Total of our bill was $157.00 (and we paid an additional 3% on top of this for credit card). Yes, we knew what it was a head, but they also added an automatic 20% tip and the bill still suggested that we give our server a tip, who we had to follow up with for another cup of coffee, milk and water. Extremely disappointed. We won't be coming back here for a holiday meal.

It ended up being the perfect weekday spot to sit and yap for a while. We originally planned to just grab coffee and a sweet treat, but once we got there, we ended up staying for lunch too. The decor is so cute and the overall atmosphere is really nice. It feels like one of those places you can hang out in without feeling rushed. The service was also great and everyone was super friendly and attentive. Only thing to note is the service charge. Not an issue that it exists, but it wasn't super clear before paying. I did notice after the fact that it's explained on the back of the plaque with the menu QR code. We ended up double tipping, which was fine because the service was great, but it's just something to be aware of for next time. Overall, definitely a spot I'd go back to for coffee, food, and a good catch up session.

The beef bacon was good. I loved the presentations of the food, it just didn't quite deliver on execution.
