I always order a # 7 salad with honey mustard dressing J put extra tomatoes, pickles, banana Peppers . There is no charge for adding more condiments. You CAN"t ADD MORE MEATS without being charged more. The meats are always cut to order. I also tried the grilled chicken. I wasn't crazy about it. The grilling made the chicken hard and tasteless. Ordered ham and cheese with extras and specified the coldcut meat to be sliced thin. Why ? Because thin sliced meat tastes better as more flavor is brought out and it's just nicer. 5 minutes from my house and on the way home from work no less? This will either be the best thing that happened to me. Or the worst. I stopped in today for a 3pm lunch. Ordering on the app was easy as usual and the sub was fresh and ready when I got there. Employees were friendly and vocal but not overkill ::Moe's cough Moe's:: I got the roast beef and Turkey club. I appreciated that the roast beef wasn't super rare and that the sub wasn't drenched in mayo. I mean I love mayo but I don't love soggy bread. This is a clutch addition to that strip mall. Welcome to the neighborhood! Super close so I deff will be putting in those delivery orders. The location is super clean and filled with positive helpful workers. It was one of the workers first day and did so well with customer service already. Got wheat bread which was just as soft as regular. I know sometimes wheat is hard, so happy it wasn't. So good!! Best sub I've had in years. I ordered the turkey and provolone with lettuce, tomato, onion, salt, pepper, and oregano. My husband got the chicken big kahuna and my daughter got tuna fish. If you order through the app for pick up- the order will most likely be wrong. They almost always forget to put bacon on the club sub, which is the whole point of getting the club sub. I went to Jersey Mikes yesterday. David went the extra mile for his customer. I am older and I did not know how to work the app. David walked me through it. He was patient, kind, and considerate. It makes me feel good that I saw such good service and kindness with the whole staff also. You not only have a good Sub you also have a great staff. I'm both happy and dismayed that they opened a Jersey Mike's so close to my house and the reason is the same: I'm going to be there all the time. And being open until 9 p.m., it's even available for a second dinner. There's not much to add that hasn't been said about other locations, but having a new place means it's squeaky clean. 95% of time for orders made on the mobile app, the employees do not start making your order until they see you walk in at the time it's supposed to be ready for pickup. Additionally, the employees do not greet you, or give you a status on your order even though you're in there waiting for 15 minutes.
