Great cold subs, prices were very reasonable, and extremely friendly staff! Would recommend to anyone in the area!

Craving some sandwiches so we decided to stop by since we were in the area. Service was fine. There was a little wait and the line was longer than expected because I think some of the other workers there might have been busy in the back or on break. Sandwiches were good! What we ordered: - Turkey sub - Super Italian sub - Beef Cheesesteak read more

I love this location. Whenever I'm in town visiting my buddy I get a whole sandwhich to eat partially while there and then take the rest on my journey back home as a train-snack or next day meal haha. The staff are easy going and work quickly, always listening and making sure they get my order right. You can tell they're friendly with the regulars which is really nice to see in this small town. The interior is small and you can feel the age of the location but it's still clean and very comfortable/welcoming inside! I love the cold cut subs like the #5 Italian Super Sub - 1, 2, 3 Combined. They PACK on the toppings too! Bread is always fresh and fluffy. An absolutely lovely monster of a sandwich! read more

The place itself is very unassuming but once inside the staff greets you with a smile and offers a choice of half or full sub. My husband got their chipotle cheesesteak, made to order and although eating it was a little messy he says it was delicious. My sub was a bit simpler, turkey, lettuce, tomato with oil & vinegar; next time I'd ask for extra as the sandwich was a little drier than I like but probably healthier . The team working there is quick and friendly, definitely recommend if you're on the area. read more

Please see pictures. I ordered a salad iced tea and water. The salad container was not bagged, taped or secured in any way. It was placed in a used produce box, along with the three bottles. Apparently the bottles must have rolled in transit, breaking the container and pouring the salad all over the box. Very unsanitary and I thought vendors were supposed to ensure items are not tampered with because other stores even tape the bags shut. Now I have no meal, garbage to through out and a nice produce box that I will need to cut down and take out for recycling. Very unhygienic, very concerning and very unprofessional. And I paid $25 for this privilege!!!!! read more

The minute I walked in I got that amazing smell of an old Italian deli it took me back. I was immediately helped by four very enthusiastic servers.Jake,Nick,Jackson, and Evan. The first time I came here I ordered their Roast Beef and Provolone Cheese Sub with lettuce, tomatoes, oil, vinegar, oregano, and black pepper . It was delicious. My bf ordered their Italian Sub. This place doesn't skimp on meat. All the meats are cut to order, then your sub is finished with toppings by another server. I ordered a half of a sub and it was big. At first I thought it was a whole sub. I really enjoyed it and went back the next day for another sub. This time I tried their Tuna Sub and it was loaded with fresh tuna. I got lettuce, tomatoes, and oil, vinegar, oregano and black pepper. It was also very good. Along with my subs I got their homemade macaroni and potato salad. They were both very good. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a delicious sub at reasonable prices. There's plenty of free parking. read more

This spot is our go to sub location. The sandwiches are typically loaded with ingredients and they are very filling. We usually order the chicken salad sub and the roast beef sub. The ingredients in both sandwiches are always fresh. Usually, I am not a fan of subs, but I am always down for a sub from here! read more

As someone who loves Tastee subs this is the closest thing in the area. Heck menu is near the same. Kids working the counter are always super nice. Have a few specials that we get from time to time. This is a very good sub place. read more

The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The ingredients are fresh and the store is clean. I love their subs!!

Classic sub shop, no frills great sandwiches. Highlights Number 4 (Italian) Big Dave (it's a Big Mac sub, only better! Cheesteaks also great Another plus, great selection of cheese (garlic cheddar, jalapeño cheddar to name a few) Lastly, great owners and staff....Always personable! read more

Just Subs makes good subs, but the last time we were there, we asked for extra oil and vinegar on the subs and that didn't happen. My husband said he thinks they forgot it totally! They still make the best cheese steak sub around here, and that's a fact. read more

Ordered the #4 and my experience was quite disappointing. The sandwich I ordered had hardly any meat on it, making it feel more like a bread sandwich than a sub. Additionally, the bread itself was tasteless and stale, which made the overall experience even worse. I expected a hearty, flavorful sub, but instead, I received a subpar product that didn't live up to the shop's reputation. There should have been a lot more meat on it, for the price. I hope they address these issues soon, as there is a lot of potential for improvement. read more

I just left, Great sandwich !!! I just got a chicken cutlet with lettuce, tomato, cheese and mayo. The bread was awesome and the cutlet not homemade but solid. The kids behind the counter were very mature, friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with those young men ! read more

Just Subs isn't your typical sub place - they slice your deli meats and cheeses to order, on soft bread, with a wide range of toppings. I usually get everything or 'the works' minus tomato with extra hot cherry peppers (I'm obsessed with the hot pepper topping). I also like the macaroni salad. It's always quick and friendly service, much better than other sub chains! read more

Good service, good amount of meat on the subs. Fast service. I will definitely be a return customer. Convenient location.

so freakin good!! when you walk in it smells so good! Best subs in Hillsborough, New Jersey! I visited just after 12 noon on a weekday for lunch. It was busy and the line was almost out the door but they were very quick with everyone. I waited no longer than 5 minutes. The Dietz & Watson deli meats are cut fresh as you order. Ordered a whole sub, it was quite pricey at close to $15, but I love the idea of the fresh-cut deli meats. The employees are absolutely wonderful. Already can't wait to go back and get another sub! read more

Every small town in New Jersey has your friendly neighborhood sub shop. Subway, Quiznos, Jimmy Johns, these guys don't cut it. Just Subs, however? A must-try! This place is clean and no frills. You know what you're getting every single time and they have a set system for ordering (meat, cheese and bread in one area, all toppings in another). Price point is VERY affordable. Deli meat and cheese is Dietz and Watson (personally, I'm a Boar's Head girl, but no matter) and portions are HUGE. I got a half and was stunned to see how much food it actually was. As for the food itself, it's your classic mom & pop sub; good balance of meat and cheese without it feeling slimy or overprocessed, with bread that's the right combination of chewy and soft and toppings that provide an extra oomph. A must-go if you're looking for a quick bite in the area. read more

This is my favorite sub shop. We have been going there for years. I just picked up a sub a few days ago and was shocked at the price. $18 for a sub? We picked up a sub, a bag of chips and a quart of ice tea and it came to $26! Wow! Not sure when the prices increased, but this is way too much to charge. This place is great for lunch. Call in your order if it's larger or a hot sandwich, because the lunch rush is pretty big. That's just a testament to the quality is the subs. We love this place! We go all the time. Fresh ingredients and generous portions. We typically get a full sub and get 4 meals out of it. I just wish they'd offer a little more diversity on the sub options, like avocados. Oh, and I really wish they'd put Cuban sandwiches permanently on the menu and not just a seasonal special. read more

Yummy, quick sub place. My family has eaten Just Subs practically every Sunday since as long as I can remember. At this time shift, there a couple workers who know my parents by name. Awesome, friendly staff. Small amount of seating available. An adequate assortment of chips available and potato, macaroni, and coke slaw as well. Delicious subs that are made before you (except the hot sandwiches) and you have the option of creating it as a platter if you are low carbs. There are soups absolve but personally I've never tried them. Recommend! read more

Just Subs is just what it says... subs. Although there are some pasta salads and coleslaw, if you want subs come here. I cannot judge many of the items on the menu since I am vegetarian, but they have quality subs made very quickly. The owners are friendly and seem to have relations within the community. There seem to be large amounts of regulars as well as people who stop in whenever they are in the neighborhood. Note: They could benefit from a better veggie sub with fresh veggies rather than mainly condiments. read more
