Visited a few days ago. I walked in to order carryout as the drive-thru was full. I was promptly greeted and placed my order. A few minutes into waiting, a large African-American employee stormed in the restaurant screaming at the top of his lungs at another employee because he couldn't handle the drive-thru. He started swearing at everyone who was working there, using extremely vulgar language. His voice kept getting louder and louder and he appeared more and more agitated. There were other guests in the restaurant besides myself and they looked equally as uncomfortable as I was. At one point I pulled out my phone as I was leaving and I heard him yell, "Go ahead, make a phone call, I don't care. I'll kick your a**". At this point I was in genuine fear for my safety and quickly left the restaurant with my food. I don't know what level of management was on-site tonight, but I did not see any attempt to de-escalate the situation before I left. I'm sure it goes without saying I am less than motivated to return to this location in the foreseeable future. read more

This humble order of baconator fries boasted of freshly fried French fries, perfect amount of nacho cheese and shredded cheese with large slices of bacon. Place sucks, tried to order from the window but was sitting there for about 10 mins behind 3 cars and we all decided to back up and leave. I however decided to go inside and I saw a total of 5 employees and not one said a damn word to me. One guy stood at the window attempting to do everything by himself, the other 2 guys were cleaning and the last 2 female employees stood there doing absolutely nothing besides staring. Worst customer service experience. We just got back from a long flight and rolled up to the Wendys here about 10:00 pm. I asked the lady taking drive through orders if I may get the chicken wrap with spicy chicken. She told me "no changes are allowed, only grilled chicken." I acknowledged her kindly and said "no worries, I'll take the grilled chicken." She then raises her voice and rudely says "NO YOU CANNOT!!" I responded "you know what, nevermind, have a good night." After a 10-hour day of work (which is more than their employee's work), I went inside to place an order to go for my family. I walked up to the counter and stood there for several moments while the drive-thru and food line employees looked at me but returned to texting on their phones. The manager and a trainee finally took my order, but I never got my frosty and didn't realize until I was already home, and of course, it was already too late. When calling the store, I was told I would have to come back up to have the problem solved, and they can't give me a refund, so enjoy the free money Wendy's corporate. As much as I hate McDonald, they will be getting my money from here on out due to them being closer to where I live, and I'm tired of talking my daughter out of going there to get crappy service elsewhere. I had a coupon for a free kids meal. The lady that took my order told the lady that took my money that I had a free kids meal. She did not take it off my total. When I got my receipt I said again that the kids meal wasn't taken off. A female manager came over and apologized and said she would take it off. She said she had to charge me extra for the 4 bbq sauces. I told her to deduct them from what she owes me for the refund for the kids meal. She comes back and says I owe you "$1.15". A kids meal is $4.79. 4 sauces add up to $1.40. I was owed $3.39, yet the MANAGER told me she owes me $1.15. She acted very put out that I corrected her math. I called it a loss and just drove away because I had already held up the line forever due to the managers careless errors. Zero customer service at this location. read more

Food is okay, but the fries are WAYYYYY to salty. Like, I have a little bit of potato to go with my side of salt rather than the other way around. This has been a consistent problem in my experience. Also, a friend of mine drove up behind me one night unexpectedly and when I pulled up to the drive thru, I asked the guy if he would pass a long a simple message of "fuck you" to my friend and he PROMISED, damn it he PROMISED he would, no fingers crossed, no takesies backsies, it was all legit. However, when my friend pulled up, he apparently wouldn't tell it to her, he just said I said something but he can't repeat it. I enjoy going to Wendy's from time to time during my lunch hour. Out of all the Wendy's I've been to, this location is the best one. It's a very updated location with a TV and free WiFi. They also have digital menu displays instead of those sun faded interchangeable signs. There's also one of them fake fireplaces, but it does give Wendy's a nice feel-at-home feeling. The service is pretty fast and they are very attentive to their customers. They also have two of those multi-flavored fountain drink machines. Yes, two of them. Some places have only one and that causes a lot of back up at the drink machine. Have you ever been to place with only one machine? I have there was times I want to throw some elbows because people are so damn slow on selecting a drink. Just pick a drink and go people. The only issue with this location, is the traffic that surrounds it. There's a Wal-Mart, Sonic, and a shopping strip. So you'll have to be careful here to drive around. You already know that people are dumb when driving and messing with their phone. So keep a look out for that idiot as you enter and exit Wendy's. As for the food, if you've been to Wendy's then you already know if the food is bad or good. This review is more about location and service at this specific Wendy's. read more

Where do I start. Here at 11:45, lunchtime on Thursday. I ordered a small soft drink and fries. There are cones set up because the floor is wet and slippery in front of the drink machines. One machine has no ice. The #2 machine has no Diet Coke. Back to #1 machine, which has Diet Coke, but no carbonation. I tried Dr. Pepper, but it's out in both machines. I tried the Dave's Cherry, but didn't like it. No carbonation. The French fries were good, but couldn't get ketchup. Not sure if the dispensers were empty or clogged. My husband used the restroom and said the men's urinal would not flush. The manager here needs to take a serious look at this restaurant and fix things. I won't be back for a long while, maybe never. You only have once to make a first impression, and mine was that this is a poorly run restaurant. If the thugs a customer can see don't work, what is the rest like??? read more

We returned them and explained the problem to the manager Javier, who had filled our order.
