This Wendy's made a simple meal look SPECTACULAR! This humble order of baconator fries boasted of freshly fried French fries, perfect amount of nacho cheese and shredded cheese with large slices of bacon. Not that bacon bits nonsense, but real slices of bacon. Blessed be God in the Most High! I'm off to dream sweet dreams with a full tummy. This Wendy's in Roanoke near Walmart is great! read more

The food is consistent. Some of the young men in the drive-through line asked very inappropriate questions of women coming through to pick up their food. I've never eaten in the restaurant I've only ever done drive-through and after this last experience, I don't think I will be returning. There are 1 million different fast food places in the same area to choose from. read more

Stay away from this location. The staff are rude and I was overcharged, I called it out they said "ok I'll fix it" and they still charged over. Also the guy was trying to take a picture of my card. I filed a charge back and cancelled my card. 0 stars! Such a shame what Wendy's has become read more

Their ok. I think there's something about fast food burgers these days that just ain't right. After eating, i just felt like blah and bloated, and that ain't right. I don't know what it is, but i think i'm off fast food burgers for a while. I didn't even care for the overly salted fries either, just too much. read more

Wendy's - Burgers Near Me - Roanoke, Texas

Visited a few days ago. I walked in to order carryout as the drive-thru was full. I was promptly greeted and placed my order. A few minutes into waiting, a large African-American employee stormed in the restaurant screaming at the top of his lungs at another employee because he couldn't handle the drive-thru. He started swearing at everyone who was working there, using extremely vulgar language. His voice kept getting louder and louder and he appeared more and more agitated. There were other guests in the restaurant besides myself and they looked equally as uncomfortable as I was. At one point I pulled out my phone as I was leaving and I heard him yell, "Go ahead, make a phone call, I don't care. I'll kick your a**". At this point I was in genuine fear for my safety and quickly left the restaurant with my food. I don't know what level of management was on-site tonight, but I did not see any attempt to de-escalate the situation before I left. I'm sure it goes without saying I am less than motivated to return to this location in the foreseeable future. read more

Worst Wendy's in TX. I've been here twice, and it's always a 20min wait and 2 people working. the lil guy didn't say , sorry for the wait, didn't offer me a receipt. and didn't say thank u have a good day.... didn't tell me my price , nothing. it was horrible. all this for a LG Chilli, and the last one didn't have meat in it. Lawd, I tried again only cause I'm pregnant....will never return. service and food are trash. read more

Rude employees acted like they were put out to take our order after we had to stand there for a few minutes being ignored bc no one was even at the register and we were the only customers in the place. Then they got our order wrong as well. Will never go back to this location again. read more

Place sucks, tried to order from the window but was sitting there for about 10 mins behind 3 cars and we all decided to back up and leave. I however decided to go inside and I saw a total of 5 employees and not one said a damn word to me. One guy stood at the window attempting to do everything by himself, the other 2 guys were cleaning and the last 2 female employees stood there doing absolutely nothing besides staring. No one attempted to say anything or ask me if I needed help. This place sucks and has just continually gotten worse over the years. read more

Worst customer service experience. We just got back from a long flight and rolled up to the Wendys here about 10:00 pm. I asked the lady taking drive through orders if I may get the chicken wrap with spicy chicken. She told me "no changes are allowed, only grilled chicken." I acknowledged her kindly and said "no worries, I'll take the grilled chicken." She then raises her voice and rudely says "NO YOU CANNOT!!" I responded "you know what, nevermind, have a good night." She then began to apologize over the speaker but she lost my business and I will make sure to tell my friends in Roanoke about this crappy experience over nothing. You bet I'll be calling for a manager in the morning. read more

After a 10-hour day of work (which is more than their employee's work), I went inside to place an order to go for my family. I walked up to the counter and stood there for several moments while the drive-thru and food line employees looked at me but returned to texting on their phones. The manager and a trainee finally took my order, but I never got my frosty and didn't realize until I was already home, and of course, it was already too late. When calling the store, I was told I would have to come back up to have the problem solved, and they can't give me a refund, so enjoy the free money Wendy's corporate. As much as I hate McDonald, they will be getting my money from here on out due to them being closer to where I live, and I'm tired of talking my daughter out of going there to get crappy service elsewhere. I've learned that Wendy's employees and customer service are worse than Jack in the Box. Sadly, it isn't the first Wendy's location I have had this terrible experience at, but it will be my last. read more

I don't know why this Wendy's is so bad. They got my order wrong 3 times!!! Good gawd it can't be that hard. Horrible!

Do not spend your money. They have drastically cut sizes, quality is subpar, in addition to missing items and inappropriate pricing.

Give James a raise he was an awesome server !!!! Food was great and came out fast Signed-Dmarcus

Breakfast special suppose to apply to the 3 sandwiches. The lady wasn't sure of the special (the one in front of her) "the breakfast baconator and I don't remember the other two" she told me.. I replied "they're the two sandwiches that I got, sausage Swiss and HBCB". It didn't click with her. So I just paid the extra so I could get out of there. It's only like $2. Kinda ridiculous tho. read more

Wendy's - the receipt for the restaurant - Burgers Near Me - Roanoke, Texas

I had a coupon for a free kids meal. The lady that took my order told the lady that took my money that I had a free kids meal. She did not take it off my total. When I got my receipt I said again that the kids meal wasn't taken off. A female manager came over and apologized and said she would take it off. She said she had to charge me extra for the 4 bbq sauces. I told her to deduct them from what she owes me for the refund for the kids meal. She comes back and says I owe you "$1.15". A kids meal is $4.79. 4 sauces add up to $1.40. I was owed $3.39, yet the MANAGER told me she owes me $1.15. She acted very put out that I corrected her math. I called it a loss and just drove away because I had already held up the line forever due to the managers careless errors. Zero customer service at this location. read more

Food is okay, but the fries are WAYYYYY to salty. Like, I have a little bit of potato to go with my side of salt rather than the other way around. This has been a consistent problem in my experience. Also, a friend of mine drove up behind me one night unexpectedly and when I pulled up to the drive thru, I asked the guy if he would pass a long a simple message of "fuck you" to my friend and he PROMISED, damn it he PROMISED he would, no fingers crossed, no takesies backsies, it was all legit. However, when my friend pulled up, he apparently wouldn't tell it to her, he just said I said something but he can't repeat it. Fair enough but man don't break your promise to me like that, it's shit like that that keeps me up at night trying to cry myself to sleep as I lose faith in humanity. There was this older man who was very hateful towards my friend who was giving our order. My friend was very polite to him (always nice to everyone) and he was hateful for the fact that he asked for extra mayonnaise on the side, assuming we meant the sandwiches and when we said on the side he was like "well you said extra mayonnaise" under his breath. He continued to make sly comments. But Hailey, giving us the food, was great. She said sorry for the wait and was nice! read more

I enjoy going to Wendy's from time to time during my lunch hour. Out of all the Wendy's I've been to, this location is the best one. It's a very updated location with a TV and free WiFi. They also have digital menu displays instead of those sun faded interchangeable signs. There's also one of them fake fireplaces, but it does give Wendy's a nice feel-at-home feeling. The service is pretty fast and they are very attentive to their customers. They also have two of those multi-flavored fountain drink machines. Yes, two of them. Some places have only one and that causes a lot of back up at the drink machine. Have you ever been to place with only one machine? I have there was times I want to throw some elbows because people are so damn slow on selecting a drink. Just pick a drink and go people. The only issue with this location, is the traffic that surrounds it. There's a Wal-Mart, Sonic, and a shopping strip. So you'll have to be careful here to drive around. You already know that people are dumb when driving and messing with their phone. So keep a look out for that idiot as you enter and exit Wendy's. As for the food, if you've been to Wendy's then you already know if the food is bad or good. This review is more about location and service at this specific Wendy's. read more

Where do I start. Here at 11:45, lunchtime on Thursday. I ordered a small soft drink and fries. There are cones set up because the floor is wet and slippery in front of the drink machines. One machine has no ice. The #2 machine has no Diet Coke. Back to #1 machine, which has Diet Coke, but no carbonation. I tried Dr. Pepper, but it's out in both machines. I tried the Dave's Cherry, but didn't like it. No carbonation. The French fries were good, but couldn't get ketchup. Not sure if the dispensers were empty or clogged. My husband used the restroom and said the men's urinal would not flush. The manager here needs to take a serious look at this restaurant and fix things. I won't be back for a long while, maybe never. You only have once to make a first impression, and mine was that this is a poorly run restaurant. If the thugs a customer can see don't work, what is the rest like??? read more

This place does a great job of accommodating varying tastes and requests. I'd come here again. Clean and quick place to visit for fast food.

Was extremely rude and just about threw all of the items at me without saying anything since I wasn't responding to him in Spanish. After all that, the food was disgusting and burnt or something. Also did not include straws which i did not check for as usual because I just wanted to get the heck out of there. Horrible place. Never returning. read more

food is always great here, but James is the BEST manager...lots of great jokes, made our night even better!!

We ordered multiple orders of chili to go. When we got home, every chili was only partially filled and had no meat or beans, pure juice. We returned them and explained the problem to the manager Javier, who had filled our order. The manager Javier gave an annoyed-angry look, took our bag of chili and literally threw it in the trash, and then walked away without saying anything. Will never go to the Roanoke location again. read more
