"Fast Food?" This McD's is anything but fast. Came in for breakfast- no special orders, and it took 13 mins. That would be acceptable at iHOP, but I'm at the so called standard bearer for quality food done fast. Oh, "quality?" They missed there too. After a 13 min wait that only saw 4 additional customers including the drive thru, they screwed up the order too. No napkins, nothing for my coffee, no silverware...... the usual things. Seriously! It's 5:30 in the morning every weekend and you're not open. You're supposed open by 5 AM. Not only that but the manager is walking around by herself in the building with a mask on with no one else there. And when I go through the drive-through, I get completely ignored. Poor Customer Service Experience I recently had a very disappointing experience with Mc'Donald's 1100 N Highway 377 Roanoke, Tx. After ordering, I paid at the first window for 3 Large drinks. Afterwards, I proceeded to the pick up window where a mexican guy handed me the drinks. Seeing only 2 drinks made in his hands, I asked which one was the first one that he was handing me. With an attitude he says, Dr Pepper. I said, ok but I ordered three drinks. He's telling me I didn't, that I only ordered a coke & a Dr Pepper. So, I say maybe you didn't hear me, (reaching for my debit card) to pay for third drink. He's raising his voice to say, I didn't take your order. Be that as it may, I was still trying to pay for the drink when he left to go to the kitchen to talk to someone & then come back to the speaker, typed something in then he opened the window and yelled at me $9,94. I said why is it that price when I've already paid for two drinks. He starting arguing that I didn't pay. I asked what price are you saying because I did pay. He yells $1.94. I said, ok, and handed him my card and told him he needs to adjust his attitude. He starts to pulll off his headset saying what you say. I repeated the statement and at this point ask for my card back and to cancel the drink. He tried to throw me my card back and slammed the window, yelling bye. All I wanted was 3 large drinks.I was so willing to pay for the missed one. Unfortunately that didn't happen. I hoped for respectful service and did not get that as well. A resolution to my issue to the manager (s) who's over this location is to take this feedback seriously and work on improving their customer service with more trainings for their employees or some form of discipline to correct this type of horrible service. We drove from Fort Worth to go to the Bucc-ees for their amazing jerky! My 2 daughters decide they are hungry and want to McDonalds. We got it the one on the corner... This has to be the absolute WORST McDonalds I've ever been to! Our order was #3 pickles only with a sweet tea, 20 nuggets & medium fries and frozen Fanta , and a double cheeseburger. Seems simple enough and I've ordered hundreds of times at other McDonalds. We sit down and the cashier calls me up to talk about our order of 2 happy meals...I explain that's not my order and even show my receipt. He apologizes for looking at the wrong order... They bring us the food, 20 nuggets, double quarter pounder, and 2 happy meals. I again show my receipt and he apologizes and takes the happy meals back. I asked about the drinks and he said the Fanta machine was down and offers us another drink. Daughter is disappointed but asks for a frozen coke...while he's getting her drink she asks "why didn't they say something when we ordered". I said because we ordered at the kiosk instead of the counter the machine probably wasn't updated. They bring the Frozen coke and a boxed apple juice...I again explain one daughter wanted a frozen coke and other wanted a sweet tea. They takesthe apple juice back and comes back to the table with an empty cup and says "the tea is over there" I asked about the fries we didn't get and my daughter says "what about your burger dad?" Oh yeah, I had to ask for that too! They come back with the fries and again I ask about the double cheeseburger. They come back with the double cheeseburger and almost toss it to me and as they turned to walk away she sarcastically says "sorry about that" So my daughters burger and nuggets are cold, the fries are meh and my cheeseburger wasn't right. I've always had a decent experience at this location but I stopped here last week and was basically ignored for 5-10 mins while what appeared to be the manager yell at staff about making sure the food is paid for before giving it to them. She looked at me several times and all she would have to say is "be right with me" and I would have been totally cool, I get they are probably short staffed. I was just getting ready to leave and someone finally came over. My suggestion is close the dining room if you can't staff to that level or at least don't ignore someone even after making eye contact. As for the food, it was fine. read more

I've been here quite a few times but unfortunately it's all been negative experiences. I usually don't post negative reviews because I know how hard to start up a business and manage but unfortunately I find this necessary and hope it changes for the good not just for the customers but for the whole crew as well. I did mobile orders here at first but after a few times of missing items and forgetting my order while I wait outside for almost 30mins. Then going inside to ask for my order and be rudely treated by the manager I decided to start picking up Inside since they seem to be busy all the time but experience didn't change. Same rude manager with missing items. Today however pushed it, I ordered for Pick up, I get inside and the manager asked for my order number when I confirmed he gave me a bag. Because of prior experiences here I have to check my bags now and noticed a wrong sandwich, then another one and another one so I tried to tell the manager saying "excuse me" 3x since he's about 2 feet in front of me with his back facing me, it wasn't until someone told him to look back and said "yes?" So I told him this is the wrong order, wrong sandwiches, you would think he'd apologize and then fix it but he replies angrily, " why did you touch them?!" And I said you gave them to me and I wanted to check them. He said "still you don't touch them!" And angrily Tossed the bag in the trash in front of me. This manager is just plain rude. Even when the order is wrong he's mad because I checked my bag (because something is always wrong when I order here) and he told me "why did you touched it if it's not Yours?" And I said you gave me the bag with the right order number. Then he gave me a bag and had the audacity to say "thank you". I've noticed him been rude to other customers a lot and I'm so surprise he still works here. I've been here many times and I had the same interaction with this manager. He is just not good with customer service at all. I used to work at one of the busiest McDonald's before (Naval Base Pearl Harbor) and we took pride on great customer service as a team and we had the best managers. This team seems ok with the exception of the Manager. Today is March 10, 2023, and I was in the store at 8am. read more

Went through their drive through about a week ago and ordered two hamburgers only. Got to the window to pay and the person is busy on their headset taking orders. They don't even say anything just hold out their hand for payment. So I hand the person my credit card and get the receipt and pull to the next window. At the next window the lady asks if I need a drink carrier. I inform her that I had no drinks just 2 burgers. She hands me my food and that is that. Flash forward a few days and I get a charge pending of $16.77 from that McDonalds on that same day. I try to call. I call and call but it goes to voicemail. Very strange for a restaurant. So, while I'm at work my wife stops in and talks to A manager. She says they realized what happened and have my $14 that I overpaid in their safe and that I needed to come back when the General Manager, Veronica is there. So, I wait a few days until Veronica is scheduled to work and stop in. I talk to a gentleman and tell him the situation. I ask for Veronica. He informs me that she is too busy to see me but he will go talk to her. Apparently they didn't have my refund in the safe because he opened the cash register and handed me $15. I collected , drove 10 + minutes towards home before the kid figured out that his order had ever single add on we had requested not be added. I honestly (may or may not) have just came to pick up a doordash order. And this is one of many restaurants that is completely inconsiderate of people in general. Much less the acknowledgment that we as delivery personnel act as the active customer while in the restaurant. I get there and not a single employee will even look at me. Where is the hospitality. ‍. So I never thought an experience at a McDonalds would compel me to take to the pages of Yelp. Well fellow Yelpers, I was wrong. The following tirade stems from a multitude of negative experiences that has forced my hand to share with the masses. My goodness this McDonalds is terrible...even by McDonald standards. You know, when you're hungover there is nothing like a good McDonalds, and this is nothing like one. It's almost as if they are making a concerted effort to get your order wrong. You want onions on that burger? Tough luck. You don't want onions on that burger, again, tough luck. Extra sweet and sour sauce? Try getting none. I'm not positive I've ever had an order from here that was 100% correct. Ever. In five years. But at least one would think they could rely on the website to give accurate times for breakfast cut off. Nope. That was wrong as well. To be fair, when I filed a complaint their district manager called me to personally apologize. This was a nice gesture; however, it has not stopped this place from continually lowering the bar in every aspect of service. Please avoid this place. You deserve better...we all do. read more
