This location is understaffed and service is very much lacking. They were out of popular sauce choices for nuggets and tenders. Soda machine had no ice and needed to be serviced. All soda choices were flat. We ate inside and they closed the dining room at 6:30 pm. There were people wanting to come in and the manager on duty was extremely rude to these customers. Wendys is my go to for fast food/ drive thru. They always prepare the freshest burgers and have the hottest fries! The quality of this Pretzel Pub burger is outstanding! The generous amount of toppings piled up definitely makes it one of my favorite burgers and I'm so happy they brought it back! It has frizzeled onions, beer cheese, munster cheese, pickles, Applewood smoked bacon, and a honey mustard sauce. The combination is delicious and affordable. I love how I don't have to wait long for a quality burger and how this establishment is located so conveniently in most of my surrounding towns for a last minute restaurant stop when I'm in a hurry. I also love how they have the biggie bags for 5$ and a variety of desserts to choose from as well. They even have breakfast. I went to Wendeys after a movie at AMC theatre, and was about to get a vanilla frosty due to my sore throat. KNOWING they close at 2am they told me they were closed due to a VIRUS apparently that has infected the restaurant, and apparently was CAUSED BY the fire department. After a late movie, I stopped at the drive through for a late dinner on the ride home. Of the Wendy's I have been to in my life, this will not be at the top of my list. The server at the drive through was very nice and friendly considering the late hour, but the fries were out-of-the-fryer hot and soggy, and the burger was cold and tough. My theory is the patties may have been out for a little while and not heated long enough for the cheese to fully melt. It was a meh experience. read more

I could not pick up my door dash order because the doors were locked and only the drive thru was open at 7:30pm. I had to wait in a 20 minute plus drive thru line while the food was ready and getting cold. The same is true of any app orders. Avoid at all costs IMO. read more

this wendy's has a lighting problem that's even visible from the drive thru. the problem is that the interior is mixing two different shades of light: blue and yellow. the new yellow light look good. you need to make your fluorescents match the new bulbs. and yes, white-yellow always look better. never blue read more

WORST DRIVE THRU IVE EVER SEEN! Let me tell you (or hopefully owner/manager) that this is THE SLOWEST WENDYS in area. Unimaginable slow. The lines after 6-7pm are almost causing traffic jams. How they have not hired more staff or faster workers is insane. Not to mention there's nothing fast about this food. **beware of images** I have been eating at this location for at least 4 years. I have never experienced something like this within that time frame. But I guess there's a time for everything. On 5.31.19 at 9:37 p.m I ordered a "biggie bag" through the drive thur. When I was given my bag I immediately folded my nag since I live 7 minutes away I didn't want my fries to get to cold. Once I got home I put the bag into the microwave (bag still folded). Once I sat down, I opened the bag & started eating. 4 bites & some fries into my meal I saw a big in my fries. No it did not fly in from anywhere; it was literally moving in between my fries. I immediately stopped eating. When I called the location (took 2 attempts) the manager on duty Nekah was far from empathetic. Her tone was very bland & seemed not to care I just experienced this disgusting thing. I then returned to the location & spoke to the manager of duty she immediately gave me a refund with no apology, no remorse, she just didn't care! I expressed to her her lack of care; still nothing. She said she was confused because nothing like this happens here. I showed her the images I took of the bug; she seemed shocked but again; total disregard. I will not be returning to this location. I go to this wendys location in my town because it is very close to where I live but unfortunately I've never had a good experience. Their fries are usually disgusting and soggy. And I usually have to swing back around or drive Back for something they forgot to give to me. Which sucks because then the rest of my food gets cold by the time I get home and settled down to eat.. The last time I was there I waited in line for ten minutes while they waited on the drive thru customers and then I was cut in front of by a guy and his order was taken right away instead of mine. And I was never acknowledged. The employees were very rude and short with me while taking my order... Not to mention my frostys were not thick at all they were more like slightly chunky vanilla milk. Like any fast food place, you are getting what you pay for, and you can't expect more than what you can get for quick, but my last experience here wasn't that great. I went inside just because I find it easier if I'm not in any sort of hurry. When it was my turn I was rushed through my order and could barely even finish the phrase of the item I was trying to ask for. Now, I could see if it was really busy how this might happen, but really, it was just me and two other people who had already ordered and were waiting. There was no big line outside either at the drive-thru. I didn't take it to harshly, I know everyone has their days that you just can't WAIT to be done with, but from a customer service perspective that wasn't really satisfactory. Food here is fine, like any other Wendy's I've been to. It's usually relatively clean, and there's lots of seating. I've seen worse, but I've also experienced better. read more

I did find a small bone in my chicken nuggets last time there, though, so I can't see myself going to any Wendy's for the foreseeable future. I don't usually write complaints but after getting out of 3rd shift and having to drive almost an hour home, it was a bit disappointing to realize that one of the only open fast food places to choose from was spending approximately 6-10 minutes waiting on each car. The total time spent in my car waiting in line was approximately 1 hour. While most would drive away, this was literally my only option for food aside from Taco Bell. Next time, regardless of what I'd like to eat, I will choose to go to the Taco Bell next door. read more

This Wendy's has better consistency than Southington's but still has some problems. One I'll share with you a few years back- it's worth pointing out. Wendy's was to close at 11pm that day for dine-in. We arrived at 10:42pm. The doors were locked. Someone in there had decided they would close early, well before hours. I ended up writing in about that one. But, for more recent visits. My orders have been accurate. The food's been all right, sometimes not as hot as it should be. Fries remain excellent. It's okay. Not the best Wendy's (somehow, none of the ones I've been to are) but better than some. read more

I like burgers, and they look cool and tasty for some reason when they are SQUARE! haha. Well I came here cuz for some reason i was particularly in the mood for em. So i swung by and went inside. They have a nice seating area and a nice look to the inside. I was a bit confused when i was walking to the line cuz there was people standing everywhere, and the poles to control "people traffic" look as if they were randomly thrown in the middle of the floor. People were nice but my order took longer then your average "fast food" place.
