Horrible place to go. Every single time I go back it's always wrong. Why do I give them chances? Idefk. I always order the number 2 WITHOUT SOUR CREAM. Don't like, never have. Go to this Taco Bell if you want to lose weight!!! I'm vegetarian so I ordered from the veggie cravings menu for myself and my friend yesterday. Everything we got contained ground beef!!!! It's extra fun if you want to be surprised because I don't think they've ever gotten my order right here in the years I've lived in the area. Yesterday was an all time low though. Literally everything we ordered (almost $40 worth since the prices are also going up) was thrown in the trash. The plainville Taco Bell is hands down the best Taco Bell in the state. It's always clean and the orders are almost never incorrect. You get the occasional out of bags blast but they are great at spreading the ingredients in a crunch wrap so you don't get a mouthful of just lettuce. Been coming there for years. Most problematic fast food chain I've ever experienced. Orders are constantly made wrong, slow service during lunch hours. Staff is slow and unskilled. I work in food service myself and this place is a disgrace. I don't know why I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and extra chances. This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to. It is the closest taco bell to my work location and I have gone there a few times. Everytime I go, my food is never right or they don't put enough in it, yet it takes 10 minutes for 2 things. Nicely decorated - one of the newer stores, and much better atmosphere than the one on Route 10 in Southington. Food is pretty much the same as any Taco Bell I'd say, but they also have a Long John Silver's selection which is nice. They're pretty quick most of the time, especially now that the kinks are worked out of the system. When they first opened, the wait was pretty long, but I think they've got it down. I love Tacos and im a fan of alot of salsa on em too! This place got some average food, and is pretty average all around. I gotta compliment them on speed and accuracy cuz i ordered about 5 things and was in my car about 5 minutes later haha. Got great parking and a good atmosphare (however u spell that word) lol. Also, There is Wendy's next door and McD's a block away, Dunkin donuts right accross it and so they have lots of competiition and they do well in the mix. Yummy Yummy Taco in my Tummy! read more

The cashier was very nasty to me after she informed me that she was all out of breakfast for the day at 10:26am...basically it was going to take her 15 minutes to make more and she was "Not bout to do that", horrible attitude over the intercom as I came around the drive-thru she hung herself out of the pick-up window and was still screaming and proceeded to say to me "YOUR MOTHER IS A BITCH"...furthermore told me to go ahead and call corporate because she did not care (attempts made to contact corporate are unsuccessful so now I now why she doesn't care!) The parking lot and the restaurant were empty (only 4 cars belonging to the kids who were trying to raise money with car washes) but according to her they had customers who ate all the eggs so it wasn't her problem. this place has messed up my order each and EVERYTIME I go there. Hola, my compadres and I came to this establishment one evening after a recent viewing of the terrible TMNT: OOTS upstreet at AMC Reclining Sofa Theater. What a great Taco Bell! I must start by saying the staff is wonderful and pleasant, and the food is top notch. After winning the restaurant wars in the movie Demolition Man, Taco Bell has taken over all restaurants. Now, one would assume that due to this Taco Bell would lack in quality as they would own the market. No sir, this Taco Bell is standing the test of time. The restaurant is clean, the food was piping hot, the staff was friendly and smiles were abound. Everything came out as ordered. Only thing they were missing were the three seashells but heck of a work Mrs. & Mr. Bell! read more

I would probably give this Taco Bell two stars as my actual rating, as I have been to worse locations. But, since a location that absolutely does not deserve any rating above 2 stars has several, I figured I'd edge the balance closer to reality with a 1 star. This place is slow, literally never gets the order right, and makes some of the worst quesadillas of any Taco Bell ever. It seems that every time I go here whether it's 1am after a bar night or 1pm in the afternoon when I get to the drive thru window they say "sorry our computers are down and we cannot take your order please try back in 15 minutes" so one night I called bull on them and waited 15 min and went back and the same thing, the staff was outside smoking cigarettes near the back door. As I was trying to google another food joint opened in the area the kid thought I was taking a picture of him and started to storm my car. Very unprofessional and rude. I find it hard to believe that the 4 out of 5 times I have tried to go there even for a cold soda that they are having computer issues. Seems like something sketchy is going on there and the owners should be ashamed and investigate immediately!!! read more
