We were meeting people in the middle of our trip and they chose this place... After reading the reviews, I was skeptical....but it was too late to change locations. To their credit, the dining room was cleaner than expected...see first photo... And there was plenty of space for us to share. Staff were friendly....but we're seriously handicapped by a nonfunctioning cash register at the front counter... They were taking turns ripping cash register tape to write our order to take it to the drive through window and enter it in...to staff credit, the orders were correct. However, the trays looked like they had sat outside and been splashed with salt water! And the paper on the trays had been wet and dried again!! The hamburger was thrown together, and the French fries were overcooked. My taco salad had more chili than I needed... That was nice, but the skimpy salad left a lot to desire...frostys tasted good and water from machine was okay. The management needs to upgrade their quality processes. read more

Limited time while waiting for someone at the hospital. I thought I would hit the drive through quick. Sat for five minutes and never moved, so I decided that I would run inside. There were two couples ahead of me, so I did not think it would be too bad. I waited 14 minutes before I even got waited on. Since I just ordered chicken nuggets, I got them fairly quick. They are definitely shortstaffed and the staff that was there did not look like they cared or had a clue. Other customers were irritated at how long it was taking, and it was not even lunch time. On a good note, the nuggets were good, but I won't go there again. Why don't these companies send people into a Chick-fil-A and see how a fast food restaurant has run? read more

Bad night for the Wendy's crew? This restaurant was disgusting...floors and tables were gross. The girl who took our order was ok but the rest of the workers looked like they just got out of bed! not good at all is an understatement. I went to the Wendy's in Olean New York. Ordered two number ones with a lemonade and a coke, and a 4 piece nugget. Not only did I have to pull up and wait for my food to come out (while 4 employees were sitting beside my car smoking), but when it came out it was COLD! everything was cold. and soggy. I got home and threw the fries in the garbage because they were so soggy. then tried eating my burger and my patty was not cook. still very pink. also my son could not drink the lemonade because it tasted like water that sat in a cup for days. and to top it all off it was 37.97 for the food. You can literally search "Olean NY Wendy's" on youtube and see a video of a former employee showing how the food prep area of this Wendy's is covered in black mold and peeling away drywall. They also refused to accommodate a friend of mine that worked there when she was pregnant - forcing her to lift things that they knew were unsafe until she had to quit to avoid hurting her pregnancy. read more

Terrible service new cashier clueless on how to do his job. They were "in the process of making tenders" so they tried to rip off my brother one tender thinking he wouldn't notice then had to wait till we were all done eating to get his tenders back after taking them back up. Stopped and Wendy's on Union street in Olean NY to go pee and grab a quick bite to eat!! Let me tell ya the kid working the counter , Marcus , was the friendliest cashier I have ever seen! Big smiles full of jokes and very quick and courteous! If you ever get up this way I recomend stopping in there!! The food there was fresh and really good too!! read more
